A tervezett fejlesztés célja gépi berendezések és ipari automatizáláshoz szükséges gépegységek gyártására alkalmas eszközök beszerzése. A beszerzett eszközöket a 4400 Nyíregyháza, Szamos u. 21 Hrsz.: 0321/215 számú üzemünkbe kerül majd beüzemelésre. Célunk jelen beruházással a termelő kapacitásunk bővítése gépészeti egységek önálló gyártása, ezáltal pedig árbevételünk és ügyfélkörünk növelése. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő eszközöket a következőkben részletezzük: - 1 db Ferdeágyas CNC eszterga, 1 db Megmunkáló központ függőleges: a fémmegmunkálás tokmányok között történik, nem pedig munkaasztalon történik - 1 db CNC megmunkáló központ: a gépteste, gép burkolatok kialakításához. A gépnek köszönhetően nő a megmunkálás sebessége, biztonsága javul a termelékenység - 1 db Almig Combi 22 csavarkompresszor: gépeink nem csak áramot igényelnek működésükhöz, hanem több gép használ sűrített levegőt gyártási folyamatai során. A projekt során beszerzésre kerülő kompresszor fő feladata a gépek kiszolgálása. - 1 db Hagyományos eszterga gép: főként meglévő gépek átalakításához és egyedi munkadarabok gyártásához fogjuk használni - 1 db Síkköszörű: inkább egyedi akár után gyártott darabok készítéséhez fogjuk használni - 1db bakköszörű: hasonlóan a másik két köszörűhöz egyed kis darabszámú gyártást szolgálja ki - 1 db szalagfűrész: a munkadarabok előkészítésére alkalmas, javítja az átfutási időt és a gyártás előkészítés hatékonyságát - 2 db speciális hegesztő: a legyártott elemek összeillesztésére szolgál. Cégünk számára fontos a minőség a beszerzésre kerülő hegesztők gépekkel pedig minőségi varratokat tudunk majd készíteni Gyártási tevékenységünkből kifolyóan szükségünk van egy speciális termelésirányítási rendszerre. Ezért esett a választásunk a DLM Solutions Kft. saját fejlesztéső K2D vállalatirányítási rendszerére mely a következő területeken fogja támogatni Társaságunk napi működését: - Projekt ajánlatkérések fogadása, ajánlati kalkulációk, ajánlatadás, teljes projekt ajánlat menedzsment. - Projekt tervezés, projekt kapacitástervezés, projekt feladatok kiosztása, projekt időráfordítás követés, projekt jövedelmezőség monitoring. - Termelésirányítási rendszer, gyártásprogramozás, tervezés, követés, alapanyag beszerzés menedzsment, optimalizáció, gyártótéri félkész termék logisztika, on-line gyártásinformáció gyűjtés PLC-ről. - A projekt és gyártás rendszerhez is kapcsolódó komplex raktár és logisztika. - A hatályos magyarországi jogszabályokat kiszolgáló pénzügyi és könyvelési szoftver, számlázó funkcióval, bejövő számla nyilvántartóval, pénztárral, bankkal, folyószámla kezeléssel, integrált könyvelési modullal, ideértve a tárgyi eszköz almodul is. A projekt és a gyártási információk adatgyűjtése, erre épülő kontrolling és döntéstámogató rendszer kiépítése, amely beépített és ad- hoc lekérdezésekkel támogatja Indsutrial Electric Bau Kft. projekt és gyártás rendszereinek továbbfejlesztését, a hatékonyság növelését, optimalizációját. The purpose of the planned development is to acquire equipment suitable for the production of machine equipment and machine units for industrial automation. The purchased assets are 4400 Nyíregyháza, Szamos u. 21 Hrsz.: It will be put into operation at our plant 0321/215. With the present investment, our aim is to increase our production capacity as a stand-alone production of mechanical units, thereby increasing our turnover and customer base. The assets to be procured under the project are detailed as follows: — 1 Pcs Stainbed CNC Lathe, 1 Pcs Machining Center Vertical: metalworking takes place between chucks, not on a worktable — 1 CNC machining center: the body of the machine, the machine for the construction of casings. Thanks to the machine, the speed of machining increases, the safety of the productivity is improved — 1 pcs Almig Combi 22 screw compressor: our machines not only require electricity for their operation, but also several machines use compressed air during their production processes. The main task of the compressor to be procured during the project is to serve the machines. — 1 Pcs Traditional Lathe Machine: we will mainly use it for the conversion of existing machines and for the production of individual workpieces — 1 pcs. we're going to use it to make custom or post-made pieces — 1 pcs of buck grinding: similarly to the other two grinders, it serves a small number of production — 1 band saw: it is suitable for the preparation of workpieces, improves lead time and production efficiency — 2 special weldings: it is used to fit the manufactured elements together. Quality is important for our company, and we can make quality seams with welding machines to be procured, and we need a special production management system as a result of our manufacturing activities. This is why we chose DLM Solutions Ltd.'s own development K2D corporate management system, which will support our company’s daily operations in the following areas: — Reception of project calls, bid calculations, submission of bids, complete project offer management. — Project planning, project capacity planning, allocation of project tasks, project time monitoring, project profitability monitoring. — Production management system, production programming, design, tracking, raw material procurement management, optimisation, production area semi-finished product logistics, on-line production information collection from PLC. — Complex warehouse and logistics related to the project and production system. — Financial and accounting software serving the current Hungarian legislation, with invoicing function, incoming account registry, cash register, bank, current account management, integrated accounting module, including tangible assets sub-module. Data collection of the project and production information, development of control and decision support system based on this, which supports the further development of Indsutrial Electric Bau Kft.'s project and manufacturing systems with built-in and ad-hoc queries, increasing efficiency and optimising the efficiency. L’objectif du développement envisagé est d’acquérir des équipements adaptés à la production d’équipements de machines et d’unités de machines pour l’automatisation industrielle. Les actifs achetés sont 4400 Nyíregyháza, Szamos u. 21 Hrsz.: Il sera mis en service à notre usine 0321/215. Avec l’investissement actuel, notre objectif est d’augmenter notre capacité de production en tant que production autonome d’unités mécaniques, augmentant ainsi notre chiffre d’affaires et notre clientèle. Les actifs à acquérir dans le cadre du projet sont détaillés comme suit: — 1 tour CNC teinté de Pcs, 1 centre d’usinage de pièces verticales: le travail des métaux a lieu entre mandrins, pas sur une table de travail — 1 centre d’usinage CNC: le corps de la machine, la machine pour la construction de boîtiers. Grâce à la machine, la vitesse d’usinage augmente, la sécurité de la productivité est améliorée — 1 compresseur à vis Almig Combi 22: nos machines ont non seulement besoin d’électricité pour leur fonctionnement, mais aussi plusieurs machines utilisent de l’air comprimé au cours de leurs processus de production. La tâche principale du compresseur à acquérir pendant le projet est de desservir les machines. — 1 Pc Machine de tour traditionnelle: nous l’utiliserons principalement pour la conversion de machines existantes et pour la production de pièces individuelles — 1 pcs. nous allons l’utiliser pour faire des pièces personnalisées ou post-faites — 1 pcs de broyage de bille: à l’instar des deux autres meuleuses, elle sert un petit nombre de productions — 1 scie à bande: il est adapté à la préparation des pièces, améliore le délai d’exécution et l’efficacité de production — 2 soudures spéciales: il est utilisé pour assembler les éléments manufacturés. La qualité est importante pour notre entreprise, et nous pouvons fabriquer des coutures de qualité avec des machines de soudage à acquérir, et nous avons besoin d’un système spécial de gestion de la production en raison de nos activités de fabrication. C’est pourquoi nous avons choisi le propre système de gestion d’entreprise K2D de DLM Solutions Ltd, qui soutiendra les activités quotidiennes de notre société dans les domaines suivants: Réception des appels d’offres, calculs des offres, soumission des offres, gestion complète de l’offre de projet. — Planification du projet, planification de la capacité du projet, répartition des tâches du projet, suivi du temps du projet, suivi de la rentabilité du projet. — Système de gestion de la production, programmation de la production, conception, suivi, gestion des achats de matières premières, optimisation, logistique des produits semi-finis de zone de production, collecte d’informations en ligne sur la production de PLC. — Entrepôt et logistique complexes liés au projet et au système de production. — Logiciel financier et comptable au service de la législation hongroise actuelle, avec fonction de facturation, registre des comptes entrants, caisse enregistreuse, banque, gestion des comptes courants, module comptable intégré, y compris le sous-module des actifs corporels. Ziel der geplanten Entwicklung ist der Erwerb von Geräten, die für die Produktion von Maschinenanlagen und Maschineneinheiten für die industrielle Automatisierung geeignet sind. Die erworbenen Vermögenswerte sind 4400 Nyíregyháza, Szamos u. 21 Hrsz.: Es wird in unserem Werk 0321/215 in Betrieb genommen. Mit der gegenwärtigen Investition ist es unser Ziel, unsere Produktionskapazität als eigenständige Produktion von mechanischen Einheiten zu erhöhen und damit unseren Umsatz und unsere Kundenbasis zu steigern. Die im Rahmen des Projekts zu beschaffenden Vermögenswerte sind wie folgt detailliert: — 1 Stück CNC-Drehmaschine, 1 Stück Bearbeitungszentrum vertikal: die Metallbearbeitung findet zwischen den Spannfuttern statt, nicht auf einem Arbeitstisch – 1 CNC-Bearbeitungszentrum: der Körper der Maschine, die Maschine für den Bau von Gehäusen. Dank der Maschine steigt die Geschwindigkeit der Bearbeitung, die Sicherheit der Produktivität wird verbessert – 1 Stück Almig Combi 22 Schraubenkompressor: unsere Maschinen benötigen nicht nur Strom für ihren Betrieb, sondern auch mehrere Maschinen nutzen Druckluft während ihrer Produktionsprozesse. Die Hauptaufgabe des während des Projekts zu beschaffenden Kompressors besteht darin, die Maschinen zu bedienen. — 1 Stück traditionelle Drehmaschine: wir werden es hauptsächlich für den Umbau bestehender Maschinen und für die Produktion von Einzelwerken – 1 Stück verwenden. wir werden es verwenden, um benutzerdefinierte oder post-made Stücke zu machen – 1 Stück Buck Schleifen: ähnlich wie bei den anderen beiden Schleifmaschinen dient es einer kleinen Anzahl von Produktionen – 1 Bandsäge: es eignet sich für die Vorbereitung von Werkstücken, verbessert die Vorlaufzeit und die Produktionseffizienz – 2 Spezialschweißen: es wird verwendet, um die hergestellten Elemente zusammenzupassen.
