A projektünk kizárólag új termelőeszköz beszerzésére irányul, nem kapcsolódik hozzá más, a támogatás által érintett projektelem. A fejlesztés részletes szakmai tartalma: 1 db csőhajlító gép beszerzése és 1 db lézervágó berendezés beszerzése TEÁOR 25.11. fémszerkezetek gyártásunkhoz kapcsolódóan. A fenti berendezések beszerzésével fejlesztjük gyártóképességünket, így képesek leszünk az eddig nem teljesíthető és/vagy új típusú megperzselések telesítésére, amely így létszámmegtartást, árbevétel-növekedést és piaci pozíciónk megerősítését, javítását eredményezi. A projekt keretében beszerzendő berendezések az alábbi magas feldolgozottsági szintű termékek jönnek létre: 1. Csőhajlító gép: segítségével képesek leszünk akár 3000 mm hosszú és 42 mm átmérőjű csövek megmunkálására, gyors hajlítására is max 150 mm sugárral. Ez növeli a gyártókapacitásunkat, csökkenti a ciklusidőket (kb. 15%-kal), ezáltal lehetővé teszi jobb ár-érték arányú termékek sorozat gyártását. 2. Lézervágó berendezés: A gép szinte minden fém hegesztésére és vágására alkalmas 3 dimenzióban. A felső kategóriás 4000W-os lézer akár 22 mm anyagvastagságú munkadarabok megmunkálása alkalmas, az előállítható geometriák száma gyakorlatilag végtelen, a jelenlegi lehetőségeinkhez képeset kb. 30%-kal több. Segítésgével termékeink megfelelnek a legszigorúbb DIN szabványok szerinti pontossági osztályoknak is. Az akár 0,1mm pontosság teljesítése hozzájárul az exportképesség növeléséhez. A fenti gépbeszerzési tevékenységek által tovább javul jelenlegi piaci helyzetünk, közvetlen exporttevékenységünk (kb. 5%-os növekedést várunk), és közvetett exporttevékenységünk, mely a megrendelőinken (pl. IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy) keresztül realizálódik, így a világ számos országába eljutnak az új lézerrendszer és hajlítógép segítségével előállított termékeink. (Hungarian)

Our project is exclusively aimed at the acquisition of new production equipment, and there is no other project element covered by the aid. Detailed professional content of the development: Purchase of 1 pipe bending machine and purchase of 1 laser cutting equipment related to our production of metal structures TEÁOR 25.11. By purchasing the above equipment, we improve our production capacity, so we will be able to saturate the previously unfulfilled and/or new types of scorching, resulting in staff retention, increased sales and strengthening and improving our market position. The equipment to be procured under the project will produce the following products with a high level of processing: 1. Pipe bending machines: it allows us to machine pipes up to 3 000 mm long and 42 mm in diameter, and to bend quickly with a radius of up to 150 mm. This increases our production capacity, reduces cycle times (by about 15 %) and thus enables the production of better value-for-money products in series. 2. Laser cutting equipment: The machine is suitable for welding and cutting almost all metals in 3 dimensions. The high-end 4000 W laser is suitable for machining workpieces with a material thickness of up to 22 mm, the number of geometries that can be produced is virtually endless, and our current possibilities are about 30 % more. With its help, our products meet the strictest DIN standards of accuracy classes. Meeting an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm contributes to increasing exportability. Through the above-mentioned machinery procurement activities, our current market position is further improved, our direct export activity (we expect an increase of about 5 %) and our indirect export activity, which is realised through our customers (e.g. IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy), so that our products produced using the new laser system and bending machine will reach many countries of the world. Notre projet vise exclusivement l’acquisition de nouveaux équipements de production et il n’y a pas d’autre élément de projet couvert par l’aide. Contenu professionnel détaillé du développement: Achat d’une machine à cintrer 1 tuyau et achat de 1 équipement de découpe laser lié à notre production de structures métalliques TEÁOR 25.11. En achetant l’équipement ci-dessus, nous améliorons notre capacité de production, de sorte que nous serons en mesure de saturer les types de brûlage non remplis et/ou nouveaux, ce qui entraînera la rétention du personnel, l’augmentation des ventes et le renforcement et l’amélioration de notre position sur le marché. Les équipements à acquérir dans le cadre du projet produiront les produits suivants à haut niveau de transformation: 1. Machines à cintrer les tuyaux: il nous permet de machiner des tuyaux jusqu’à 3 000 mm de long et 42 mm de diamètre, et de se plier rapidement avec un rayon allant jusqu’à 150 mm. Cela augmente notre capacité de production, réduit les temps de cycle (d’environ 15 %) et permet ainsi la production de produits à meilleur rapport qualité-prix en série. 2. Équipement de découpe laser: La machine convient au soudage et à la découpe de presque tous les métaux en 3 dimensions. Le laser haut de gamme 4000 W convient à l’usinage de pièces d’une épaisseur de matériau allant jusqu’à 22 mm, le nombre de géométries pouvant être produites est pratiquement infini et nos possibilités actuelles sont d’environ 30 % de plus. Avec son aide, nos produits répondent aux normes DIN les plus strictes des classes de précision. Le respect d’une précision allant jusqu’à 0,1 mm contribue à accroître la capacité d’exportation. Grâce aux activités d’achat de machines susmentionnées, notre position actuelle sur le marché est encore améliorée, notre activité d’exportation directe (nous prévoyons une augmentation d’environ 5 %) et notre activité d’exportation indirecte, qui est réalisée par l’intermédiaire de nos clients (par exemple IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy), de sorte que nos produits fabriqués à l’aide du nouveau système laser et de la nouvelle machine de cintrage atteindront de nombreux pays du monde. Unser Projekt zielt ausschließlich auf den Erwerb neuer Produktionsanlagen ab, und es gibt kein anderes Projektelement, das von der Beihilfe abgedeckt wird. Detaillierter fachlicher Inhalt der Entwicklung: Kauf von 1 Rohrbiegemaschine und Kauf von 1 Laserschneidanlagen im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von Metallkonstruktionen TEÁOR 25.11. Durch den Kauf der oben genannten Ausrüstung verbessern wir unsere Produktionskapazität, so dass wir in der Lage sind, die bisher unerfüllten und/oder neuen Arten von Scoching zu sättigen, was zu Personalbindung, erhöhtem Umsatz und Stärkung und Verbesserung unserer Marktposition führt. Mit der im Rahmen des Projekts zu beschaffenden Ausrüstung werden folgende Produkte hergestellt, die ein hohes Verarbeitungsniveau aufweisen: 1. Rohrbiegemaschinen: es ermöglicht uns Rohre bis 3 000 mm lang und 42 mm Durchmesser zu bearbeiten und schnell mit einem Radius von bis zu 150 mm zu biegen. Dies erhöht unsere Produktionskapazität, reduziert die Zykluszeiten (um ca. 15 %) und ermöglicht so die Produktion besserer Wert-für-Geld-Produkte in Serie. 2. Laserschneidanlagen: Die Maschine eignet sich zum Schweißen und Schneiden von fast allen Metallen in 3 Dimensionen. Der High-End 4000 W Laser eignet sich für die Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mit einer Materialstärke von bis zu 22 mm, die Anzahl der zu produzierenden Geometrien ist nahezu endlos und unsere aktuellen Möglichkeiten sind rund 30 % mehr. Mit seiner Hilfe erfüllen unsere Produkte die strengsten DIN-Standards von Genauigkeitsklassen. Die Einhaltung einer Genauigkeit von bis zu 0,1 mm trägt zur Steigerung der Exportierbarkeit bei. Durch die oben genannten Maschinenbeschaffungsaktivitäten wird unsere aktuelle Marktposition weiter verbessert, unsere Direktexporttätigkeit (wir erwarten einen Anstieg um ca. 5 %) und unsere indirekte Exporttätigkeit, die durch unsere Kunden (z. B. IKEA, Bosch, BHG, Remy) realisiert wird, so dass unsere Produkte, die mit dem neuen Lasersystem und Biegemaschine hergestellt werden, viele Länder der Welt erreichen. (German)
