A projekt során beszerzésre kerül egy db Él hajlító berendezés DENER SMART XL 3000/100t CNC elnevezéssel. Egy db Targonca Tailift FG-25 típusjelzéssel, illetve egy db Lemezolló berendezés DENER DMMH NC 3000/06 mm elnevezéssel. A termelési kapacitás bővítése olyan módon valósul meg, hogy a két db CNC vezérlésű fémmegmunkáló gép munkáját mindeddig bérmunkában végeztettük el. A gépek beszerzésével és rendelkezésre állásával, a technológiai sorunk teljessé válik. Minden fémmegmunkálási műveletet képesek leszünk elvégezni a saját gépeinkkel. A pályázat sikere biztosítani tudja, hogy továbbra is beszállítói legyünk a multinacionális cég, a LEGO vállalatnak. Az új gépek működtetéséhez a körülmények -terület, működési hely és szakmai tudás rendelkezésre állnak, sőt az elektromos ellátás is biztosított. A cég vezetői nagy szakmai tudással bírnak, s két új munkahely létrehozása is tervezett a pályázati tevékenységben. A projekt során többlet értékként jelentkezik az a hozzáadott érték, amit az egyedi termékek előállításával nyújtani tudunk: innovatív megoldások, CNC vezérelt gépek, innovatív munkaerő. (Hungarian)

In the course of the project, a piece of live bending equipment will be purchased under the name DENER SMART XL 3000/100 t CNC. One forklift with FG-25 type marking and one forklift device with the name DENER DMMH NC 3000/06 mm. The expansion of the production capacity is achieved in such a way that the work of the two CNC-controlled metalworking machines has so far been carried out in contract work. With the purchase and availability of machines, our technological line is complete. We'll be able to do all metalworking operations with our own machines. The success of the tender can ensure that we continue to be suppliers to the multinational company LEGO. Conditions, location and professional knowledge are available for the operation of the new machinery, and the electrical supply is also ensured. The company’s managers have great professional knowledge, and two new jobs were planned in the application activity. In the course of the project, the added value that we can provide through the production of individual products will be added: innovative solutions, CNC controlled machines, innovative workforce. Au cours du projet, une pièce d’équipement de cintrage sous le nom DENER SMART XL 3000/100 t CNC sera achetée. Un chariot élévateur avec marquage de type FG-25 et un chariot élévateur avec le nom DENER DMMH NC 3000/06 mm. L’expansion de la capacité de production est réalisée de telle sorte que le travail des deux machines de travail des métaux commandées par CNC a jusqu’à présent été effectué dans le cadre de travaux contractuels. Avec l’achat et la disponibilité des machines, notre ligne technologique est complète. Nous serons en mesure de faire toutes les opérations de travail des métaux avec nos propres machines. Le succès de l’appel d’offres peut garantir que nous restons fournisseurs de la multinationale LEGO. Les conditions, l’emplacement et les connaissances professionnelles sont disponibles pour le fonctionnement de la nouvelle machine, et l’alimentation électrique est également assurée. Les gestionnaires de l’entreprise ont de grandes connaissances professionnelles, et deux nouveaux emplois ont été prévus dans l’activité d’application. Au cours du projet, la valeur ajoutée que nous pouvons apporter par la production de produits individuels sera ajoutée: solutions innovantes, machines commandées par CNC, main-d’œuvre innovante. Im Laufe des Projekts wird unter dem Namen DENER SMART XL 3000/100 t CNC ein Stück Live Biegegerät gekauft. Ein Gabelstapler mit FG-25-Typmarkierung und ein Gabelstapler mit dem Namen DENER DMMH NC 3000/06 mm. Die Erweiterung der Produktionskapazität wird so erreicht, dass die Arbeiten der beiden CNC-gesteuerten Metallbearbeitungsmaschinen bisher in Vertragsarbeiten ausgeführt wurden. Mit dem Kauf und der Verfügbarkeit von Maschinen ist unsere Technologielinie komplett. Wir werden in der Lage sein, alle Metallbearbeitungen mit unseren eigenen Maschinen durchzuführen. Der Erfolg der Ausschreibung kann sicherstellen, dass wir weiterhin Lieferanten des multinationalen Unternehmens LEGO sind. Für den Betrieb der neuen Maschinen stehen Bedingungen, Standort und Fachkenntnisse zur Verfügung und die Stromversorgung ist ebenfalls gewährleistet. Die Manager des Unternehmens verfügen über große Fachkenntnisse, und zwei neue Arbeitsplätze wurden in der Bewerbungstätigkeit geplant. Im Laufe des Projekts wird der Mehrwert, den wir durch die Produktion einzelner Produkte erbringen können, hinzugefügt: innovative Lösungen, CNC-gesteuerte Maschinen, innovative Mitarbeiter. (German)
