A fejlesztés egyik fele egy ingatlan bővítés (géptároló szín), mely a meglévő termelő gépnek az elhelyezésére szolgál. Ez azért szükséges, mivel az időjárás viszontagságainak kitett termelőeszköz tényleges fizikai avulása jelentősen magasabb, mint a védett, fedett helyen elhelyezetté. Az ingatlanbővítés egy, a meglévő silótér beton támfalához illesztett acélszerkezetes épület, melynek az alapozása már rendelkezésre áll, mivel a termelőeszköz is itt helyezkedik el jelenleg. A termelőeszköz egy kutatás-fejlesztési projekt keretében a társaság anyavállalata által kifejlesztett többlépcsős szárító és pelletálló berendezés (Ökofluid-dryer), mely a társaság azonos helyrajzi számon (Vajszló, Hrsz. 140) található biogáz üzeme gázmotorának hulladékhőjét hasznosítja a szárítás során, és a biogáz üzem végtermékét, a szeparált fermentumot szárítja, és pelletálja az igényeknek megfelelően. Az így kapott végtermék egy tüzelésre használható szeparátum-pellet. A fejlesztés másik része egy teleszkópos rakodógép (VTSZ 8427), mely a gyártósor beadagolását végzi, illetőleg az elkészült termék rakodását. Amennyiben jelen fejlesztés megvalósul, a gyártókapacitás a lehető legnagyobb hatékonysággal lesz kihasználható, az üzemmenet gyorsul, illetőleg az eszközök amortizációja csökken. A beruházás megvalósulásával a vállalati portfolió diverzifikálásra kerül, mely jelenleg villamos energia termelésből, hőenergia fűtési célú értékesítéséből, illetőleg hulladék alapanyagok feldolgozásából áll. Ezt egészíti ki a projekt egy konkrét termék gyártásával, azaz a több lábon állás megtörténik, illetőleg a rendelkezésre álló megújuló energia alapú hulladékhő teljes mértékben kihasználásra kerül. Ez egyfelől az árbevételt növeli, másfelől a kapacitások kihasználásához járul hozzá nagy mértékben, amellett, hogy új piacok felé nyitás lehetőségét biztosítja. Költségcsökkentő hatás, hogy a karbantartási költségek a fedett létesítménnyel csökkennek a túlzott avulás megakadályozásával. A rakodógép a kapacitások jobb kihasználásához járul hozzá, azaz a termelési hatékonyság növekszik. Mellékeljük az engedélyezési tervdokumentációt, valamint a telephelyre vonatkozó egységes környezethasználati engedélyezési dokumentációt, mely itt nem releváns, azonban az építési engedélyezés folyamatában benyújtásra kellett, hogy kerüljön, mivel a korábban megvalósult biogáz üzem létesítményeit érinti. One half of the development is a real estate extension (machine storage colour) to accommodate the existing production machine. This is necessary because the actual physical obsolescence of the production equipment exposed to weather conditions is significantly higher than that of a protected, sheltered area. The extension of the property is a steel-structured building fitted to the concrete backing wall of the existing silo space, the foundation of which is already available, as the production equipment is currently located here. The production tool is a multi-stage dryer and pellet-proof equipment (Ökofluid-dryer) developed by the company’s parent company in the framework of a research and development project, which is the same topographic number (Vajszló, Hrsz. 140) the waste heat of the gas engine of its biogas plant is recovered during drying and the final product of the biogas plant, the separated ferment, is dried and pelletised according to the needs. The resulting final product is a separate pellet that can be used for combustion. The other part of the development is a telescopic loader (VTSZ 8427), which feeds the production line and loads the finished product. If the present development is realised, the production capacity will be used with the greatest possible efficiency, the operation will accelerate and the depreciation of the assets will be reduced. With the realisation of the investment, the company portfolio will be diversified, which currently consists of the production of electricity, the sale of thermal energy for heating and the processing of waste materials. The project complements this with the production of a specific product, i.e. multi-legal operation, and the available renewable energy-based waste heat will be fully utilised. On the one hand, it increases turnover and, on the other hand, it contributes to the exploitation of capacity, while providing opportunities for opening up to new markets. A cost-reducing effect is that maintenance costs are reduced by the covered installation by preventing excessive losses. The loader contributes to a better use of capacity, i.e. production efficiency increases. Please find attached the permit plan documentation and the uniform environmental use permit documentation for the site, which is not relevant here, but had to be submitted in the construction permit process as it concerns the installations of the previously completed biogas plant. La moitié du développement est une extension immobilière (couleur de stockage de machine) pour accueillir la machine de production existante. Cela est nécessaire parce que l’obsolescence physique réelle de l’équipement de production exposé aux conditions météorologiques est nettement plus élevée que celle d’une zone protégée et protégée. Le projet complète celle-ci par la production d’un produit spécifique, c’est-à-dire l’exploitation multi-légale, et la chaleur résiduelle disponible à partir d’énergie renouvelable sera pleinement utilisée. D’une part, elle augmente le chiffre d’affaires et, d’autre part, elle contribue à l’exploitation des capacités tout en offrant des possibilités d’ouverture à de nouveaux marchés. Un effet de réduction des coûts est que les coûts d’entretien sont réduits par l’installation couverte en évitant les pertes excessives. La chargeuse contribue à une meilleure utilisation de la capacité, c’est-à-dire une augmentation de l’efficacité de la production. Veuillez trouver ci-joint la documentation relative au plan d’autorisation et la documentation uniforme relative au permis d’utilisation environnementale pour le site, qui n’est pas pertinente ici, mais qui a dû être présentée dans le cadre du processus de permis de construction en ce qui concerne les installations de l’usine de biogaz déjà achevée. Eine Hälfte der Entwicklung ist eine Immobilienerweiterung (Maschinenspeicherfarbe) für die bestehende Produktionsmaschine. Dies ist notwendig, weil die tatsächliche physische Obsoleszenz der Produktionsanlagen, die den Wetterbedingungen ausgesetzt sind, deutlich höher ist als die eines geschützten, geschützten Gebiets. Das Projekt ergänzt dies durch die Produktion eines spezifischen Produkts, d. h. des multi-legalen Betriebs, und die verfügbare erneuerbare Energie-basierte Abwärme wird vollständig genutzt. Einerseits steigert sie den Umsatz und trägt zum anderen zur Kapazitätsauslastung bei und bietet gleichzeitig Möglichkeiten zur Öffnung für neue Märkte. Eine kostenreduzierende Wirkung besteht darin, dass die Instandhaltungskosten durch die gedeckte Anlage reduziert werden, indem übermäßige Verluste vermieden werden. Der Lader trägt zu einer besseren Kapazitätsnutzung bei, d. h. zur Steigerung der Produktionseffizienz. In der Anlage finden Sie die Dokumentation des Genehmigungsplans und die einheitliche Umweltgenehmigungsdokumentation für den Standort, die hier nicht relevant ist, aber im Baugenehmigungsverfahren eingereicht werden mussten, da es sich um Anlagen der zuvor fertiggestellten Biogasanlage handelt.
