A kollégium épületét 1975-ben adták át, a legrégebbi épület a szombathelyi kollégiumi negyedben. Felújítási munkálatokat eddig nem végeztek rajta. A 4 emeletes épületben a szintek száma 6. Az építéskor a lakószobák mellett tanulószobák, vezetői irodák, klubhelyiség, karbantartáshoz, takarításhoz kapcsolódó műhelyek, főzőkonyha került kialakításra. Közösségi helyiségeket, a szervezett szabadidős tevékenység tartására alkalmas helyiségeket nem terveztek. Tanári szobát, éjszakai ügyeleti szobát, a koedukált kollégiumban egy helyiségben terveztek. A felsőbb lakószinteken tanári szobát alakítottak ki. 1992 után a kollégium könyvtárral, számítástechnika teremmel, szakköri helyiségekkel, konditeremmel bővült úgy, hogy a korábbi teremhasználati funkciók megváltoztatásra kerültek. Az I. emeleten számítástechnika terem került kialakítására. Az építéskor gazdasági irodákat sem terveztek. A kollégium kihasználtsága a folyamatosan romló infrastruktúra ellenére kiemelkedő. A lányok teszik ki tanulólétszámunk 65%-át. A kollégium kiemelkedő szakmai munkát folytat, az elmúlt években több tehetséggondozó programja is példaértékűvé vált. Az épület leromlott állapota miatt felújításra is szorul. Ennek során új funkciókat is nyer az épület, amely a diákok tehetséggondozását szolgálja és komfortérzetét javítja. A pályázati fejlesztésből bútorzatbeszerzésre kerül sor, a kilyukadt padlózati pvc borítások cseréjére, nyílászáró cserékre, vizesblokkok felújítására, sportszoba és aulafelújításra, fejlesztőszoba és tanulószobák kialakítása valósul meg, megújul az orvosi és betegszoba, közösségi tér rekonstrukciójára kerül sor és informatikai fejlesztés is létrejön. Ezek a tanulók lakhatási feltételeinek javítását, a foglalkozási lehetőség és tehetséggondozó programok spektrumának szélesedését, körülményeinek javítását eredményezik. (Hungarian)

The dorm building was opened in 1975, the oldest building in the Szombathely dormitory district. No refurbishment work has been carried out on it so far. The number of floors in the 4-storey building is 6. In addition to the living rooms, study rooms, executive offices, clubrooms, workshops related to maintenance, cleaning, and cooking kitchens were installed at the time of construction. No public premises, rooms suitable for organised leisure activities are planned. Teacher’s room, night on-call room, co-educated dorm room in the same room. On the higher residential floors, a teaching room was built. After 1992, the college was expanded with a library, computer science room, specialised rooms and gym, so that the former room usage functions were changed. On the 1st floor, a computer room has been set up. No business offices were planned at the time of construction. Despite the constantly deteriorating infrastructure, the use of the college is outstanding. Girls make up 65 % of our student numbers. In recent years, several talent-professional programmes have become exemplary. Due to the deteriorating condition of the building, it also needs renovation. In doing so, the building will also gain new features that serve to nurture students’ talents and improve their comfort. From the tender development we will purchase furniture, replacement of leaked floor pvc coverings, replacement of doors and windows, renovation of sanitary blocks, sports room and aula refurbishment, development room and study rooms, refurbishment of the medical and infirmary, community space reconstruction and IT development. They lead to an improvement in the housing conditions of pupils, a broadening of the spectrum of occupational opportunities and talent-providing programmes, and an improvement in conditions. Das Wohnheimgebäude wurde 1975 eröffnet, das älteste Gebäude im Szombathely Schlafsaal. Es wurden bisher keine Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Die Anzahl der Etagen im 4-stöckigen Gebäude beträgt 6. Neben den Wohnzimmern, Arbeitszimmern, Executive Offices, Clubrooms, Werkstätten im Zusammenhang mit Wartung, Reinigung und Kochküchen wurden zum Zeitpunkt des Baus installiert. Keine öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten, Räume, die für organisierte Freizeitaktivitäten geeignet sind, sind geplant. Lehrerzimmer, Nacht-Aufruf-Zimmer, ko-erzogener Schlafsaal im selben Zimmer. Auf den höheren Wohnböden wurde ein Lehrraum errichtet. Nach 1992 wurde das College um eine Bibliothek, Informatikraum, spezialisierte Räume und Fitnessraum erweitert, so dass die ehemaligen Raumnutzungsfunktionen geändert wurden. Im 1. Stock wurde ein Computerraum eingerichtet. Zum Zeitpunkt des Baus waren keine Geschäftsstellen geplant. Trotz der sich ständig verschlechternden Infrastruktur ist die Nutzung des College hervorragend. Mädchen machen 65 % unserer Schülerzahlen aus. In den letzten Jahren sind mehrere Talent-Professionelle Programme beispielhaft geworden. Aufgrund des sich verschlechternden Zustands des Gebäudes bedarf es auch einer Renovierung. Dabei wird das Gebäude auch neue Funktionen gewinnen, die dazu dienen, die Talente der Schüler zu fördern und ihren Komfort zu verbessern. Aus der Ausschreibungsentwicklung kaufen wir Möbel, Ersatz von undichten Boden-PVC-Belägen, Austausch von Türen und Fenstern, Renovierung von Sanitärblöcken, Sportraum und Aula-Renovierung, Entwicklungsraum und Studienräume, Renovierung der medizinischen und stationären, kommunalen Raumrekonstruktion und IT-Entwicklung. Sie führen zu einer Verbesserung der Wohnbedingungen der Schüler, einer Erweiterung des Spektrums der beruflichen Möglichkeiten und der Talentförderungsprogramme und zu einer Verbesserung der Bedingungen. Le dortoir a été inauguré en 1975, le plus ancien bâtiment du dortoir de Szombathely. Jusqu’à présent, aucun travail de rénovation n’a été effectué. Le nombre d’étages dans le bâtiment de 4 étages est de 6. En plus des salons, des salles d’étude, des bureaux exécutifs, des salles de club, des ateliers d’entretien, de nettoyage et de cuisine ont été installés au moment de la construction. Aucun local public, des chambres adaptées aux activités de loisirs organisées sont prévues. Chambre du professeur, chambre de garde de nuit, dortoir co-éduqué dans la même chambre. Sur les étages résidentiels supérieurs, une salle d’enseignement a été construite. Après 1992, le collège a été agrandi avec une bibliothèque, une salle d’informatique, des salles spécialisées et un gymnase, de sorte que les fonctions d’utilisation des salles ont été changées. Au 1er étage, une salle informatique a été aménagée. Aucun bureau d’affaires n’était prévu au moment de la construction. Malgré la détérioration constante de l’infrastructure, l’utilisation du collège est exceptionnelle. Les filles représentent 65 % de notre nombre d’étudiants. Ces dernières années, plusieurs programmes professionnels de talent sont devenus exemplaires. En raison de la détérioration de l’état du bâtiment, il a également besoin de rénovation. Ce faisant, le bâtiment gagnera également de nouvelles caractéristiques qui serviront à nourrir les talents des étudiants et à améliorer leur confort. Du développement de l’appel d’offres, nous allons acheter des meubles, le remplacement des revêtements de sol en pvc fuites, le remplacement des portes et des fenêtres, la rénovation des blocs sanitaires, de la salle de sport et de la rénovation aula, la salle de développement et les salles d’étude, la rénovation de la médecine et de l’infirmerie, la reconstruction de l’espace communautaire et le développement informatique. Elles conduisent à une amélioration des conditions de logement des élèves, à l’élargissement de l’éventail des possibilités professionnelles et des programmes d’offre de talents, ainsi qu’à une amélioration des conditions de vie.
