Jelen kérelemben a fenntartó a Herédi Általános Iskola infrastrukturális fejlesztésének támogatására nyújt be pályázatot. A projekt tervezett hossza 12 hónap. A herédi általános iskolának egy 1818-ban olasz építőmesterek által épített kastély ad otthont. Az épületet az évek során többször átépítették, így már csak nyomokban őrzi eredeti pompáját, de mégis a mai napig a település egyik meghatározó épülete. 1944-ben az államosításkor vált köznevelési intézménnyé. A tervezett felújítása az épület belső tereit érinti. A tantermekben meglévő elöregedett parketta burkolatok felbontásra kerülnek és aljzatkiegyenlítést követően új nagy kopásállóságú PVC burkolat készül. Az iskolaépület jelenlegi fűtését a kazánházban elhelyezett állandó hőmérsékletű álló gázkazánok biztosítják, az épületben a hőleadók régi öntöttvas tagos radiátorok. A fűtési hálózat, a hőtermelő és hőleadó berendezések elavult szerkezetek, ezért a teljes fűtési rendszer felújításra kerül új kondenzációs gázkazánnal, korszerű acéllemezes lapradiátorokkal és falon kívül vezetett új vezetékrendszerrel A projekt keretében megvalósítandó tevékenységek: 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása (burkolat felújítás). 3.1.2.1 Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: projekt előkészítés (szakmai terv készítése, kiviteli terv készítése, közbeszerzési eljárások lebonyolítása, projekt menedzsment tevékenység biztosítása, horizontális szempontok érvényesítése és kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása) 3.1.2.2 Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: az infrastrukturális fejlesztésben érintett terek használhatóságának biztosításához eszközök, berendezési tárgyak és bútorok beszerzése (eszközbeszerzés), energetikai korszerűsítés A projekt részletes szakmai tartalma a támogatási kérelem mellékleteként csatolt szakmai tervben kerül bemutatásra. In the present application, the maintainer submits an application to support the infrastructure development of the Heréd Primary School. The planned duration of the project is 12 months. Im vorliegenden Antrag reicht der Betreuer einen Antrag zur Unterstützung der Infrastrukturentwicklung der Heréd Primary School ein. Die geplante Projektlaufzeit beträgt 12 Monate. In der Grundschule Herédi befindet sich eine Burg, die 1818 von italienischen Meistern erbaut wurde. Das Gebäude wurde im Laufe der Jahre mehrmals umgebaut, so dass es nur Spuren seiner ursprünglichen Pracht enthält, aber es ist immer noch eines der wichtigsten Gebäude der Siedlung. Im Jahr 1944 wurde es eine öffentliche Bildungseinrichtung zum Zeitpunkt der Verstaatlichung. Die geplante Renovierung wirkt sich auf die Innenräume des Gebäudes aus. Die alten Parkettbeläge in den Klassenräumen werden geöffnet und ein neues Hochabrieb-PVC-Gehäuse wird hergestellt, nachdem der Boden ausgeglichen ist. Dans la présente demande, le responsable présente une demande d’appui au développement de l’infrastructure de l’école primaire Heréd. La durée prévue du projet est de 12 mois. L’école primaire Herédi abrite un château construit par les maîtres italiens en 1818. Le bâtiment a été reconstruit plusieurs fois au fil des ans, de sorte qu’il ne conserve que des traces de sa splendeur d’origine, mais il est toujours l’un des bâtiments les plus importants de la colonie. En 1944, il devient un établissement d’enseignement public au moment de la nationalisation. La rénovation prévue affecte l’intérieur du bâtiment. Les anciens revêtements de sol en parquet dans les salles de classe seront ouverts et un nouveau boîtier en PVC à haute abrasion sera réalisé après l’égalisation du fond. Le chauffage actuel du bâtiment scolaire est assuré par des chaudières à gaz fixes situées dans la chaufferie, les déchargeurs de chaleur dans le bâtiment sont des radiateurs en fonte ancienne.
