Jelen fejlesztési projekt CÉLJA Szarvas város népességmegtartó erejének növelése, a fiatalok helyben maradásának támogatása. A tervezett projekt alapvető célja, a szarvasi fiatalok képessé tétele arra, hogy a településen fellelhető életlehetőségekkel tudjanak élni, és helyben egzisztenciát, családot alapítani. A tervezett projekt hozzájárul a felhívás következőkben felsorolt részcéljaihoz, részcélok eléréséhez úgy, mint : Javulnak a fiatalok lakhatási körülményei a kevésbé fejlett régiókban, kedvezményes, önálló lakhatási lehetőségek biztosítása által; A helyi lehetőségekre épülő, (ön)foglalkoztatást célzó programok valósulnak meg; Helyi sajátosságokhoz, adottságokhoz, igényekhez illeszkedő, egyedi eszközök támogatása (ösztönzők) révén helyben maradjanak a vidéki fiatalok. A projekt CÉLCSOPORTJA a kevésbé fejlett, régiók 3.000-20.000 fős településein élő, illetve lakóhelyként ezen településeket választani szándékozó 18-35 éves fiatalok (beleértve ezekről a településekről elszármazott, visszaköltöző fiatalokat, valamint a letelepülő fiatalokat). A tervezett projektben megvalósítani kívánt tevékenység csoportok: 1. A támogatást igénylő vagy konzorciumi partnerének tulajdonában lévő ingatlanok felújítása-átalakítása, felszerelése önálló lakhatás céljából, a projektben résztvevő, a célcsoportba tartozó fiatal egyének, illetve párok, családok számára. 2. Fiatalok életpálya-tervezését segítő helyi szolgáltatások nyújtása, munkaszerzési ismeretek bővítése. 3. A célcsoport bevonásával, a támogatási kérelemben benyújtott fejlesztési koncepción alapuló helyi lehetőségeket, értékeket, adottságokat feltáró, erre épülő gazdasági együttműködéseket generáló tevékenységek szervezése. 4. A helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást lehetővé tevő ismeretátadás / helyi ösztönző rendszer kialakítása és nyújtása célcsoport számára (legfeljebb a projekt lezárásáig). 5. Személyre szabott felkészítés a fejlesztési célterületen megvalósuló, hazai és uniós pályázati programokban való részvételre. A fejlesztési program gerincét a fentiekben ismertetett foglalkozások adják. A projekt úgynevezett járulékos elemei az alábbiak: előkészítési tevékenységek (szakmai fejlesztési koncepció és előzetes igényfelmérés), eszközbeszerzés, anyagbeszerzés, a programok költségei (útiköltség, étkezés, gyermekfelügyelet stb.), képzés, rendezvények. A tervezett fejlesztések ILLESZKEDNEK az Európa 2020 Stratégiához, a partnerségi megállapodáshoz, a Nemzeti Ifjúsági Stratégiához, Új Nemzedék Jövőjéért Programhoz valamint a EFOP-ban nevesített család és ifjúság társadalmi részvételének növeléséhez elnevezésű prioritáshoz. A HORIZONTÁLIS KÖVETELMÉNYEK (esélyegyenlőségi és környezetvédelmi szempontok) érvényre jutása biztosított. A disszeminációs elemek a TÁJÉKOZTATÁSRA ÉS NYILVÁNOSSÁGRA VONATKOZÓ KÖTELEZETTSÉGEK szerint betervezésre kerültek. A projekt megvalósítás időszaka: 2018.01.01 – 2021.01.01. (36 hónap) A projekt megvalósításához szükséges SZERVEZETI HÁTTÉR biztosított: A támogatást igénylő vállalja, hogy a projekt teljes időtartama alatt SZAKMAI VEZETŐT heti 20 órában; PROJEKTMENEDZSERT heti 20 órában; PÉNZÜGYIVEZETŐT szintén heti 20 órában, valamint 1 fő IFJÚSÁGI REFERENST alkalmaz teljes munkaidőben – a Felhívás vonatkozó rendelkezéseinek megfelelően. A támogatást igénylő rendelkezik a szükséges szakmai tapasztalatokkal, a projekt céljait szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmazott, rendelkezik a szükséges humán erőforrásokkal és infrastrukturális feltételekkel. A projekt a felhívásban minimálisan előírt INDIKÁTOR értékeknél több mint 120%-kal magasabb értékeket vállal: célcsoportba tartozó, bevont fiatalok 487 fő; Ismeretátadásban, ösztönzőben részesített fiatalok:17 fő; Életpálya-tervezést segítő helyi szolgáltatások nyújtásába, munkaszerzési ismeretek bővítésben részt vett fiatalok 82 fő; Lakhatási támogatásban részesített fiatalok 18 fő; 25 éven aluli résztvevők száma: 65 fő; Hazai és európai foglalkoztatási fejlesztési programokba bevont fiatalok 33 fő A projekt HATÁSAIT vizsgálva elmondható, hogy kialakul egy új szemléletmód a fiatalok körében, mely szerint felismerik a településen fellelhető életlehetőségeket, hozzájárulva ezzel a család társadalmi szerepének megerősítéséhez,a területi és társadalmi különbségek csökkentéséhez és a társadalmi szolidaritás növekedéséhez. A támogatást igénylő vállalja, hogy a projekt megvalósítás befejezésétől számított 5 évig, funkciójában fenntartja a létrehozott fejlesztést. The aim of this development project is to increase the population retention power of the town of Szarvas and to support the stay of young people. The fundamental objective of the planned project is to enable the young people of Deer to live with the living opportunities in the settlement and to establish existence and family on the ground. The planned project will contribute to the milestones of the call listed below and to the achievement of milestones such as: Improving housing conditions for young people in less developed regions by providing preferential, independent housing opportunities; (Self-)employment programmes based on local opportunities; By supporting specific tools (incentives) tailored to local specificities, conditions and needs, rural young people remain local. The so-called additional elements of the project are: preparatory activities (professional development concept and preliminary needs assessment), purchase of equipment, purchase of materials, costs of programmes (travel costs, meals, childcare, etc.), training, events. The planned developments are in line with the Europe 2020 Strategy, the Partnership Agreement, the National Youth Strategy, the New Generation Future Programme and the priority to increase the participation of families and youth in society in EFOP. Mainstreaming of HORIZONTAL REQUIREMENTS (equal opportunities and environmental aspects) is ensured. The dissemination elements have been designed in accordance with the requirements for information and publicity. Project implementation period: 2018.01.01-2021.01.01. L’objectif de ce projet de développement est d’accroître le pouvoir de rétention de la population de la ville de Szarvas et de soutenir le séjour des jeunes. L’objectif fondamental du projet envisagé est de permettre aux jeunes de cerfs de vivre avec les possibilités de vivre dans l’établissement et d’établir l’existence et la famille sur le terrain. Ziel dieses Entwicklungsprojekts ist es, die Bevölkerungsrückhaltekraft der Stadt Szarvas zu erhöhen und den Aufenthalt junger Menschen zu unterstützen. Grundlegendes Ziel des geplanten Projekts ist es, den Jugendlichen von Hirschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, mit den Lebenschancen in der Siedlung zu leben und Existenz und Familie vor Ort zu etablieren. Das geplante Projekt wird zu den Etappenzielen der unten aufgeführten Aufforderung und zum Erreichen von Etappenzielen beitragen: Verbesserung der Wohnbedingungen für junge Menschen in weniger entwickelten Regionen durch Bereitstellung von bevorzugten, unabhängigen Wohnraummöglichkeiten; (Selbst-)Beschäftigungsprogramme auf der Grundlage lokaler Möglichkeiten; Durch die Unterstützung spezifischer Instrumente (Anreize), die auf lokale Besonderheiten, Bedingungen und Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, bleiben junge ländliche Menschen vor Ort. Maßgeschneiderte Vorbereitung auf die Teilnahme an nationalen und EU-Anwendungsprogrammen im Entwicklungsbereich. Die oben beschriebenen Aktivitäten sind das Rückgrat des Entwicklungsprogramms. Die sogenannten zusätzlichen Elemente des Projekts sind: vorbereitende Maßnahmen (Berufsentwicklungskonzept und vorläufige Bedarfsermittlung), Beschaffung von Ausrüstung, Beschaffung von Materialien, Kosten für Programme (Reisekosten, Mahlzeiten, Kinderbetreuung usw.), Schulungen, Veranstaltungen.
