a) a projekt célja A projekt fő célja a helyi társadalmi kohézió elősegítése, a helyi humánerőforrás aktivizálása és bevonása a helyi közösségi élet véráramába, illetve a közösségi élet perifériáján élők bevonása és megtartása a települési közösségekben. . b) A projekt konzorciumban valósul meg, főpályázó a Nyírtelek Város Önkormányzata. A konzorciumi tag a Nyírteleki fiatalok Egyesülete. A projekt célterülete Nyírtelek egész területe, és lakossága, a pályázati felhívásban meghatározott lélekszám korláton (minimum 500 fő max. 15 ezer fő) belüli a célterület lakosságszáma. A projektben kötelezően betervezendő, önállóan támogatható tevékenységei: A. Közösségfejlesztési folyamatok kezdeményezése és megvalósítása: 1. Közösségek részvételével megvalósuló helyzetfelmérés 2. közösségi tevékenységének történeti feltárása és a lakosság számára elérhetővé tétele 3. A helyi cselekvési terv alapján közösségi akciók, tevékenységek, események, programok, folyamatok megvalósítása 4. Meghatározó dokumentumok közül a helyi cselekvési tervhez illeszkedő stratégiai dokumentum részvételi fórumok keretei között való áttekintése 5. A projekttevékenységeket minél szélesebb közösségi kör bevonása mellett terveztük, tervezzük be. 2. Megalapozó dokumentum benyújtásra került. 3. A célterület Nyírtelek teljes területe, és lakossága, így a pályázati felhívásban meghatározott lélekszám korlátnak (minimum 500 fő max. 15 ezer fő) megfelel. 4. A programok lebonyolítására az előkészítést követően 36 hónapos időszakot terveztünk, illetve a 5. helyi cselekvési terv elkészítésének módszertani iránymutatásai alapján dolgozzuk ki az akciókat, melyeket a 8. rendezvénynaptárban is megjelenítünk. 6. A tevékenységek minden esetben fejlesztési célokhoz kötődnek. 7. A program résztvevői a célcsoport tagjai. 9. A fejlesztés céljai összhangban vannak a település egyéb stratégiáival (ITS, HEP, stb.), amely a Megalapozó dokumentumban kifejtésre került 10. Elhatárolás a felhívásban jelzett konstrukcióktól elhatárolt. 11. Nem releváns. 12. Együttműködünk támogatás esetén a„Cselekvő közösségek” kiemelt projektjének megvalósítójával és az OVIMOR adatszolgáltatásnak eleget teszünk. 13. Igény esetén a tevékenységek aktualizálásra kerülnek.
