Telephelye: Túrkevei Óvodai Igazgatóság és Bölcsőde Dr. Nánási Lajos úti óvoda – 5420 Túrkeve, Dr. Nánási Lajos u. 3., mely a jelen fejlesztéssel érintett tagintézmény Ellátási területe: Túrkeve OM azonosító: 035750 Fenntartó: Túrkeve Városi Önkormányzat Az intézmény alaptevékenysége - Az óvodai nevelőmunka az Óvodai Nevelés országos Alapprogramjára épülő, jóváhagyott pedagógiai program szerint folyik. - A 2011. évi CXC. törvény a nemzeti köznevelésről 8. §. (1): Az óvoda a gyermek három éves korától a tankötelezettség kezdetéig nevelő intézmény. Az óvoda felveheti azt a gyermeket is, aki a harmadik életévét a felvételétől számított fél éven belül betölti, feltéve, hogy minden, a településen található, az érintett településeken lakóhellyel, ennek hiányában, tartózkodási hellyel rendelkező három éves és annál idősebb gyermek óvodai felvételi kérelme teljesíthető. - A nevelési- oktatási intézmények működéséről szóló 20/2012.(VIII.31.) EMMI rendelet szerinti óvodai nevelés. - a közoktatási törvény végrehajtásáról szóló 20/1997. (II. 13.) Korm. rendelet, - a nemzeti köznevelésről szóló törvény végrehajtásáról szóló 229/2012. (VIII. 28.) Kormányrendelet. Működési területe: Túrkeve Város közigazgatási területe A Dr. Nánási Lajos úti óvoda bemutatása 1912-ben óvodának épült az akkori Csalánzugban. Kezdetben egy nagycsoporttal indult, ahol magas volt a gyermeklétszám. 1978-ban már háromcsoportos óvodaként működött, és a mellékhelyiségeket is modernizálták, korszerűsítették. Az óvoda többször esett át névváltozáson, a Csalánzugi Óvodából előbb Landler Jenő úti Óvoda, majd Dr. Nánási Lajos úti Óvoda lett - amelyet jelenleg is visel. A város legnagyobb lakókörzete ehhez az óvodához tartozik, a Vásártéri lakótelepről, illetve a környező utcák kertes családi házaiból járnak ide a gyermekek. A családok életkörülményei változóak, több családban korlátozottak a lehetőségek a megélhetési problémák, munkanélküliség, ill. megváltozott-megbomlott családszerkezetek miatt. Ezeknek a következményeivel nap, mint nap szembesülnek az intézmény dolgozói, ezért az átlagosnál is intenzívebben törekednek az esztétikai nevelés, a gyermekek szókincsének bővítése, ill. különböző élményekhez juttatása terén. Lehetőségeikhez mérten sokat járnak a gyermekekkel kirándulni a környékbeli erdőkbe, tisztásokra, játszótérre; rendszeresen látogatják a Vojtina Bábszínházat Debrecenben, ahol a bábelőadások megtekintésén túl a népi hagyományokat őrző táncháznak is rendszeres látogatói. A művészeti tevékenység előtérbe kerül az óvodai nevelés során. A természetes anyagok felhasználása, a népi kismesterségek megismerése beépült az óvoda mindennapjaiba. A város nyújtotta lehetőségeket igyekeznek kihasználni, így a szövést, fonást, fafaragást, gyöngyfűzést, agyagozást, hímzést, csipkeverést, kőfaragást, gyertyaöntést mesteremberektől leshetik el a gyerekek. Az itt szerzett tapasztalatokból számos elem köszön vissza a kézműves foglalkozásokon - pl. csuhéból báb készítése, agyagból, textilből különböző formák készítése. Az "Aprók tánca" csoportban felelevenítik és őrzik a népi dalos játékokat, népdalokat, mondókákat, kiszámolókat, csúfolókat, tánclépéseket. Változatos zenei anyaggal dolgoznak, igyekeznek az 5-7 éves korosztály szintjéhez igazítani a játékokat, dalokat, melyekkel a város különböző rendezvényeit is színesítik gyermekelőadások formájában. A szükségletek felmérése, a tapasztalatok és igények összegzése alapján az alábbi fő problémakörök voltak beazonosíthatóak: A fejlesztéssel érintett intézmény, azaz a Dr. Nánási Lajos úti óvoda 1912-ben épült az akkori Csalánzugban. Kezdetben egy nagycsoporttal indult, ahol magas volt a gyermeklétszám. Jelenleg az óvoda két csoportszobával működik, ahova vegyes korcsoportú gyermekek járnak. A fejlesztéssel érintett intézményről elmondható, hogy a város legnagyobb lakókörzete ehhez az óvodához tartozik, a Vásártéri lakótelepről, illetve a környező utcák kertes családi házaiból járnak ide a gyermekek. A Dr. Nánási Lajos úti óvoda infrastruktúrájához kapcsolódó problémák Az óvoda helyiségei nem felelnek meg az vonatkozó előírásoknak. Az egyik csoportszobája nem éri el az 50 m2-t, nincs egyéni fejlesztő helyiség, az épületben nem található egyetlen szertár vagy raktár sem. A tálalókonyha csak egy 9,44 m2-es helyiségből áll, nincs külső bejárata, a gyermekmosdón át közelíthető meg. A dolgozók számára csupán egy darab 5,65 m2-es helyiség áll rendelkezésre, nincs óvodavezetői, tantestületi, felnőtt étkező szoba, sőt, az óvodában nem található személyzeti mosdó helyiség. Az óvónők jelenleg a gyermekek mosdó helyiségét használják (régen volt egy kívülről megközelíthető felnőtt WC, de ez már nincs használható állapotban). Nincs az óvodában szülői fogadó, szülői WC. Artistic activity is brought to the fore in kindergarten education. The use of natural materials and the familiarisation of small folk crafts have been integrated into the everyday life of the kindergarten. They try to take advantage of the city’s potential, so that weaving, spinning, wood carving, beading, claying, embroidery, lace, stone carving, candle casting can be seen by craftsmen. There are many elements from the experience gained here — e.g. making puppets from husks, making different shapes from clay and textiles. In the “Dance of the Pros” group, they revive and guard folk songs, folk songs, sayings, computators, mockers, dance steps. They work with a variety of musical material, trying to adapt the games and songs to the level of the 5-7 year old age group, with which the various events of the city can be coloured in the form of children’s performances.
