A Szarvas, Erzsébet-liget Pavilon 1902-ben épült, a hozzá tartozó kerthelyiséggel zenés nyári vendéglátóhelyként üzemelt egykoron. Az elmúlt évtizedekben használaton kívül esett, így állapota romlott. A Pavilon épülethez az 1980-as években egy WC, mosdó csoport került hozzáépítésre. Ez a bővített szárny a jelenlegi terv szerint elbontásra kerül, hogy az eredeti épület hangulatát ismét felidézhessük. A beruházó igényei szerint a pavilon épületét korszerűsíteni kell és bővíteni két épületszárnnyal, hogy megfeleljen a kor mai elvárásainak és egy korszerű modern épület legyen. A tervezési program szerint az épület tervezett funkciója a szomszédos Liget Wellness és Konferencia Hotel szolgáltatásait kiegészítve rendezvények, konferenciák, tudományos előadások, kulturális rendezvények, előadások, kiállítások, egyéb városi rendezvények lebonyolítására szolgál. A meglévő pavilon épület felújítása, korszerűsítése, hőszigetelése mellett kiállító terem és a hozzájuk tartozó kiszolgálóhelyiségek készülnek; tálaló konyha, vizes blokkok, ruhatár, információs pult, gépészeti helyiség, közlekedő és átrium létesülnek. Az épület megközelítése a sportpálya és a Halász csárda meglévő beton közlekedő úton. Az Erzsébet-ligetben szabadban lezajló rendezvényeket, valamint a kerthelyiséget külső bejárattal rendelkező vizes blokk szolgálja ki. A külső megjelenésében megmaradó nyolc szögletű, magastetős épület könnyűszerkezetes, félnyeregtetős épületrészekkel egészül ki a tervezett helyiségeket magába foglalva. Létesül egy új bejárat, ahol az előcsarnokba érkeznek a látogatók. Itt található az információ és a ruhatár. Az előcsarnokból közvetlen meg lehet közelíteni a pavilont és az új kiállítótermet. A látogatók számára létesül egy női-, férfi,- akm. vizes blokk, valamint egy tálaló konyha. A konyha működéséhez szükséges helyiségcsoportok, öltöző az épület DNy-i részén kaptak helyet. A Megrendelő kérésére az épület ÉNY-is részén egy kívülről megközelíthető vizesblokk kapott helyet. Ez a vizesblokk a parkban megrendezésre kerülő turisztikai rendezvények látogatói számára lesz nyitva. A támogatást a szarvasi járás számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegből kívánjuk igényelni. The Szarvas, Erzsébet-liget Pavilion was built in 1902 and was used as a musical summer restaurant with its garden space. It’s been out of use for the last decades, and his condition has deteriorated. A toilet and toilet group was added to the Pavilion building in the 1980s. This extended wing will be dismantled according to the current plan, so that the atmosphere of the original building can be recalled again. According to the needs of the investor, the building of the pavilion needs to be upgraded and expanded with two building blocks to meet today’s expectations and to be a modern modern building. According to the design programme, the planned function of the building is intended to organise events, conferences, scientific lectures, cultural events, lectures, exhibitions and other urban events in addition to the services of the neighbouring Liget Wellness and Conference Hotel. In addition to the renovation, modernisation and thermal insulation of the existing pavilion building, an exhibition hall and the corresponding service spaces shall be constructed; kitchens, wet blocks, cloakrooms, information counters, mechanical rooms, transporters and atriums are set up. Access to the building on the sports field and the Halász Tsárda on the existing concrete road. Outdoor events in Erzsébet-liget and the garden are served by a water block with external entrance. At the request of the Customer, a sanitary unit accessible from the outside is located in the NW part of the building. This sanitary facility will be open to visitors to tourist events in the park. Le Pavillon Szarvas, Erzsébet-liget a été construit en 1902 et a été utilisé comme restaurant musical d’été avec son espace de jardin. Depuis le hall, vous pouvez vous approcher du pavillon et de la nouvelle salle d’exposition. Pour les visiteurs, il y a une femme, un homme, un bloc d’eau, ainsi qu’une cuisine de buffet. Les groupes de pièces nécessaires au fonctionnement de la cuisine, vestiaire sont situés dans la partie noyée du bâtiment. À la demande du Client, une unité sanitaire accessible de l’extérieur est située dans la partie nord-ouest du bâtiment. Cette installation sanitaire sera ouverte aux visiteurs lors d’événements touristiques dans le parc. L’aide sera demandée à partir de l’allocation indicative pour le district de Deer. (French)
