A pályázó bemutatása: Építtető neve: Szeged- Csanádi Egyházmegye Építtető címe: 6720 Szeged, Aradi vértanúk tere 2. A Szeged-Csanádi Egyházmegye a Kalocsa-Kecskeméti érseki tartományhoz tartozó 10,851 km2 nagyságú egyházi közigazgatási terület, melynek központja Szegeden található. Az Egyházmegye főtemploma a Szegedi Dóm. Az egyházi szervezetet 1030 körül alapították, irányítására Szent István egy velencei származású bencés szerzetest, Gellértet bízta meg. Az Egyházmegye jelenlegi püspöke Dr. Kiss-Rigó László püspök. Jelenleg a szervezet üzemeltetésében 42 köznevelési intézmény, 5 felsőoktatási intézmény, illetve 5 szociális intézmény áll. Jelen projekt tárgya a Szeged-Csanádi Egyházmegye tulajdonában levő épületek felújítása, energetikai korszerűsítése. Az épületek üzemeltetési költségei az Egyházmegye éves költségeinek egy igen jelentős részét teszik ki. A magas üzemeltetési költségek főleg a fűtési hőigényből származó magas gázenergia-költségből és a villamos energiafogyasztásból származnak. Ezek alapján javasolt a fűtési energiaigény csökkentése, ami az épületek külső határoló felületeiknek hőszigetelésével, nyílászáróiknak cseréjével, gépészeti rendszereik korszerűsítésével érhető el, valamint a villamosenergia felhasználás egy részének napelemes rendszerrel történő ellátásával. Projektben részt vevő épületek, tulajdoni viszonyuk, műszaki tartalmuk, összegük: A projekt keretein belül lehetőség nyílik az épületek fenntartási költségeinek, valamint ÜHG kibocsátásainak csökkentésére, mindamellett, hogy jelentős komfortérzet-növekedés is elérhető. A megvalósítandó épületek felújítása, energetikai korszerűsítése nem engedélyköteles tevékenység, az épületek nem műemlékek. Az építésügyi hatósági szolgáltatásról szóló 312/2013. (XI.8.) Presentation of the applicant: Name of builder: Szeged- Csanádi Diocese Builder Address: 6720 Szeged, space of Arad martyrs 2. The Diocese of Szeged-Csanád is a 10.851 km² ecclesiastical administrative area belonging to the Archbishop’s province of Kalocsa-Kecskemét, the centre of which is located in Szeged. The main church of the Diocese is the Szegedi Dóm. The ecclesiastical organisation was founded around 1030, and St. Stephen commissioned a Benedictine monk of Venetian origin, Gellért. The current bishop of the Diocese is Dr. László Kiss-Rigó Bishop. The organisation currently operates 42 public education institutions, 5 higher education institutions and 5 social institutions. The subject of this project is the renovation and energy modernisation of the buildings owned by Szeged-Csanádi Diocese. The running costs of buildings represent a very significant part of the annual costs of the Diocese. The high operating costs are mainly due to the high cost of gas from heating heat and electricity consumption. On this basis, it is proposed to reduce the energy demand for heating, which can be achieved by thermal insulation of the external boundaries of buildings, by replacing their doors and windows, by modernising their mechanical systems, and by supplying part of the electricity use with a solar system. Buildings participating in the project, ownership, technical content and amount: Within the project, it will be possible to reduce the cost of maintaining buildings as well as greenhouse gas emissions, while a significant increase in comfort can be achieved. The renovation and energy upgrading of the buildings to be carried out is not an activity subject to authorisation, the buildings are not monuments. L’organisation gère actuellement 42 établissements d’enseignement public, 5 établissements d’enseignement supérieur et 5 institutions sociales, dont le thème est la rénovation et la modernisation énergétique des bâtiments du diocèse de Szeged-Csanádi. Les frais de fonctionnement des bâtiments représentent une part très importante des coûts annuels du diocèse. Les coûts d’exploitation élevés sont principalement dus au coût élevé du gaz provenant de la consommation de chaleur et d’électricité. Sur cette base, il est proposé de réduire la demande d’énergie pour le chauffage, qui peut être obtenue par l’isolation thermique des frontières extérieures des bâtiments, par le remplacement de leurs portes et fenêtres, par la modernisation de leurs systèmes mécaniques et par la fourniture d’une partie de l’utilisation de l’électricité par un système solaire. Bâtiments participant au projet, propriété, contenu technique et montant: Dans le cadre du projet, il sera possible de réduire les coûts d’entretien des bâtiments ainsi que les émissions de gaz à effet de serre, tout en augmentant sensiblement le confort. La rénovation et la mise à niveau énergétique des bâtiments à réaliser ne constituent pas une activité soumise à autorisation, les bâtiments ne sont pas des monuments.
