A vállalkozás 1990.06.01-én Gazdasági Munkaközösség gazdálkodási formában indult, saját tulajdonú Fagyizó-Cukrászda üzemeltetésére családtagok bevonásával, majd további ingatlanrész megvásárlásával meleg-konyhás vendéglátó egységet alakítottunk ki. A cég székhelye: 3700 Kazincbarcika,Vasvári tér 13. Telephelyeink: Putnok, Salgótarján,Tiszaújváros . A tevékenységünk kibővítésével megnőtt az érdeklődés szolgáltatásaink iránt, így a növekvő vásárlóerő miatt a cukrászsüteménnyel történő ellátás területét is bővíteni kellett. Piackutatásaink elemzéséből arra a következtetésre jutottunk, hogy a minőség és a beszerzési ár tekintetében, csak saját Cukrászüzem létesítésével tudunk további fejlődést elérni. 1997. március 8-án saját üzletünk ill. további más üzletek ellátása érdekében beindítottuk saját Cukrászüzemünket, melyet munkahelyteremtő pályázattal kamatmentes visszatérítendő ill., saját forrás bevonásával valósítottunk meg. A termelési kapacitás növekedése ill. a dolgozói létszám növekedés indokolttá tette újabb ingatlanrészen felépítmény létrehozását; szociális helyiségek és raktárterek kialakítását, melyet saját forrásból sikerült megvalósítani. Vállalkozásunk 2000. június 01-től a GMK megszűnése miatt KKT gazdasági társasági formában működött tovább, majd 2004. Január 16-tól jogutóddal történő átalakulással Korlátolt Felelősségi Társasági formában végzi tevékenységét. A társaság tulajdonosai, egyben ügyvezetői Matesz István és Rácz Imre több tízéves szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkeznek a cukrászüzemi gyártás, cukrászdai, meleg-konyhai vendéglátás területén. A társaság vezetésében 26 éve Önálló döntési hatáskörrel rendelkeznek, az eddigi eredmények tekintetében pozitív irányú döntések születtek. Annak ellenére, hogy a társaság töretlen fejlődésen ment keresztül az elmúlt 16 éves gazdálkodása alatt, 2004 évben a vezetők úgy ítélték meg, hogy a régióban rendelkezésre álló a tevékenységünkhöz szükséges munkaerő szakismerete, felkészültsége, tudása hiányos és az kedvezőtlenül hat a gazdálkodás teljesítményére. Ezért a társaság a szakmai oktatás területére is bekapcsolódott, tanulószerződéssel szakmai és vizsgakövetelményeknek megfelelő gyakorlati képzésről és a szakmai vizsgára való felkészítésről gondoskodik. Úgy gondoltuk, hogy ezzel is hozzájárulhatunk a régió foglalkoztatási viszonyainak javításához, új munkahelyek teremtéséhez, a tudásközpontú társadalom kialakulásához, valamint társaságunk munkaerő szükségletének tanulóinkból kikerülő megfelelő szakismerettel rendelkező munkaerő pótlásáról. A Jégvirág Kft főbb tevékenységei: -Étkezőhelyi vendéglátás, mely magában foglalja a cafetéria rendszerbe tartozó összes idevonatkozó szolgáltatást is. (saját éttermünkben helyben történő fogyasztást, az üzemi étkeztetés kihordásos szolgáltatását, rendezvények szervezését ill. annak ellátását, stb.) -Egyéb élelmiszer kis- és nagykereskedelem, mely a cukrászati termékek előállítását, saját boltban történő értékesítését, viszont eladókhoz történő kiszállítását foglalja magában. -Egyéb szálláshely szolgáltatás, mely a vendéglátó egység közelében lévő 3 szobás ingatlanon valósul meg. Jelenleg a vállalkozásban 51 fő alkalmazott van, akik cukrász, pincér, felszolgáló és szakács szakképzettséggel rendelkeznek, a cég működése során évek óta az alkalmazottak száma növekvő tendenciát mutat. Cégünknél a tanulóképzés 2004 évtől folyamatos, kapcsolatban állunk a környező városokban lévő szakképzőintézményekkel (Ózdi Szakképző Centrum Surányi Endre Szakképző iskolája és Kollégiuma, Miskolc Szentpáli Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Szakképző, Mentor Gimnázium és szakképző Iskola, Miskolci Szakképzési Centrum),valamint a Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamarával. 13 fő tanuló szerződéssel rendelkező tanuló vesz részt a társaság tevékenységében, cukrász, pincér felszolgáló, szakács szakmákban. Rácz Imre ügyvezető, mint vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó( mentori) tevékenysége folyamatos cukrász, pincér felszolgáló végzettséggel rendelkezik. A cég 20 éve nyereségesen működik . The increase in production capacity and the increase in the number of employees justified the creation of a superstructure on a new part of the building; the development of social premises and storage areas, which has been implemented from its own resources. As of June 1, 2000, our company continued to operate in the form of a company company due to the termination of GMK, and from 16 January 2004 it carries out its activities in the form of a Limited Liability Company with a legal successor. The owners and managers of the company, István MATESZ and Imre Rácz, have tens of years of professional experience in confectionery manufacturing, confectionery, gay-kitchen catering. Therefore, the company is involved in the field of vocational education, providing practical training in accordance with professional and examination requirements by means of an apprenticeship agreement, and preparing for the professional examination. We thought that we could also contribute to improving employment conditions in the region, creating new jobs, developing a knowledge-oriented society, and replacing our company’s workforce with adequate skills from our students. The main activities of the Icevirág Kft.: — Restaurant catering, which includes all relevant services covered by the cafeteria system. (in our own restaurant, local consumption, delivery service, organisation of events, etc.) — Retail and wholesale of other food products, which include the production of confectionery products, sale in their own shop and delivery to sellers. —Other accommodation services, located in a 3-room property close to the catering unit.
