Az eszközbeszerzést és ingatlanfejlesztést tartalmazó projekt megvalósításának legfőbb indoka a vállalkozás termelési folyamatainak automatizálása, IPAR 4.0 technológiát alkalmazó, a vállalkozás meglévő, saját fejlesztésű vállalatirányítási és termelési rendszerével kommunikálni tudó technológia beszerzésével a beszállítói és feldolgozóipari tevékenység fokozása érdekében. A Kft. az elmúlt években létrehozott termelő bázisa nem csak a telephelyen található csarnok kialakításában előremutató a korábbi infrastruktúrához képest (tudatos használata a megújuló energiának napelem, napkollektor, fatüzelésű kazán valamint a tervezett hőszivattyú használatával), hanem a géppark és a kialakított vállalatirányítási és termelési rendszerek folyamatos fejlesztésével a termelés digitalizációjának alapjait teremtették meg. Ma már rendelkezésre áll internet alapon egy olyan rendszer, ami valósidejű adatokat szolgáltat többek között a termelés volumenéről, a dolgozók tevékenységéről, mind az automata gépek aktuális tevékenységéről, az anyagfelhasználásról és késztermékekről. A tulajdonosok célja és egyben a fejlesztési igény indokoltsága a termelő kapacitás hiányának megoldása, hogy a jelentkező piaci igények kielégítésével a 3. láb erősítése és a releváns piaci pozíció javítása megtörténhessen. A csarnok építésének szükségességét azzal a ténnyel lehet alátámasztani, hogy jelenlegi géppark elhelyezésén túl nincs hely bővítési igények kiszolgálására. Az új csarnokban mind a projektben beszerezni kívánt technológia, mind egyéb fejlett automatizáltságú rendszerek telepítése tervezett, ami hozzájárul a digitalizált termelés arányának fokozásához. A fémmegmunkálás terén (beszállítói tevékenység minőségében) a Kft. fokozatosan növeli tevékenységét és ismertségét. Elmondható, hogy a piaci pozíció javításához az automatizált termelést biztosító, új, eddig csak bonyolult eljárással előállítható termékek gyártásához a gép megoldást kínál, a volumen növelésével és a termelési költségek visszaszorításával. A vállalkozás a hazai piacokon való részvétel mellett (beszállítóként jelenleg Magyarországon több vállalkozásnál van jelen) nemzetközi piacokon való jelenlét fokozása elvárt. Cél, hogy elsősorban Ausztria és Németország területén a mezőgazdasági gépgyártók felé beszállítóként a vállalkozás megnövekedett volumenben teljesíteni tudjon a jelenlegihez képest. Ugyanakkor a bútorgyártás, egyedi gépgyártás felé is tervezett a meglévő volumen fokozása. A Kft. megalapítása óta folyamatosan egyedi igények alapján különféle építészeti elemeket tervezett és készített. Azonban a digitalizált termelési rendszerek elterjedésével és a folyamatosan érkező megkeresések alapján egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kapott a sorozatgyártás, a beszállítói tevékenység fokozásával. The main reason for the implementation of the project involving the acquisition of equipment and real estate development is the automation of the company’s production processes, by purchasing technology using IPAR 4.0 technology that can communicate with the company’s existing own-developed enterprise management and production system in order to enhance the supply and manufacturing activities. The production base of the Ltd., established in recent years, is not only forward-looking in the construction of the hall located on the site compared to the previous infrastructure (a conscious use of renewable energy using solar panels, solar collectors, wood-fired boilers and the planned heat pump), but with the continuous improvement of the machine park and the established corporate management and production systems, the basis for the digitalisation of production has been established. There is now a system available on an internet basis that provides real-time data on, among other things, the volume of production, the activity of the workers and the actual activity of automatic machines, the use of materials and finished products. The aim of the owners and the justification of the need for development is to solve the lack of production capacity, so that the 3 rd leg can be strengthened and the relevant market position improved by meeting the emerging market needs. The need for the construction of the hall can be justified by the fact that there is no room for expansion needs beyond the installation of the current machine park. In the new hall, both the technology to be procured in the project and other systems with advanced automation are planned, which contributes to increasing the proportion of digitised production. In the field of metalworking (as a supplier), the Ltd. gradually increases its activity and visibility. It can be said that in order to improve the market position, the machine offers a solution for the production of new products that ensure automated production, which can only be produced by a complex process, increasing the volume and reducing production costs. The company is expected to increase its presence on international markets in addition to its participation in domestic markets (currently in Hungary as a supplier in several companies). The aim is to increase its capacity as a supplier to agricultural machinery manufacturers, mainly in Austria and Germany, compared to the current one. At the same time, it is also planned to increase the existing volume towards furniture production and individual machinery production. Since its foundation, the Ltd. has continuously designed and prepared various architectural elements based on individual needs. However, with the spread of digitised production systems and on the basis of continuous requests, there has been an increasing focus on serial production and increasing supplying activity. La principale raison de la mise en œuvre du projet impliquant l’acquisition d’équipements et le développement immobilier est l’automatisation des processus de production de l’entreprise, en achetant des technologies utilisant la technologie IPAR 4.0 qui peut communiquer avec le système de gestion et de production d’entreprise développé par l’entreprise afin d’améliorer les activités d’approvisionnement et de fabrication. La base de production de la Ltd., établie ces dernières années, est non seulement tournée vers l’avenir dans la construction du hall situé sur le site par rapport aux infrastructures précédentes (utilisation consciente de l’énergie renouvelable à l’aide de panneaux solaires, de capteurs solaires, de chaudières à bois et de la pompe à chaleur prévue), mais avec l’amélioration continue du parc de machines et des systèmes de gestion et de production d’entreprise établis, la base de la numérisation de la production a été établie. Il existe désormais un système disponible sur Internet qui fournit des données en temps réel sur, entre autres, le volume de production, l’activité des travailleurs et l’activité réelle des machines automatiques, l’utilisation des matériaux et des produits finis. L’objectif des propriétaires et la justification du besoin de développement est de remédier au manque de capacité de production, afin de renforcer la troisième étape et d’améliorer la position du marché pertinent en répondant aux besoins des marchés émergents. La nécessité de la construction du hall peut être justifiée par le fait qu’il n’y a pas de place pour les besoins d’expansion au-delà de l’installation du parc de machines actuel. Dans le nouveau hall, la technologie à acquérir dans le projet et d’autres systèmes avec automatisation avancée sont prévus, ce qui contribue à augmenter la proportion de production numérisée. Dans le domaine du travail des métaux (en tant que fournisseur), la Ltd. augmente progressivement son activité et sa visibilité. On peut dire que pour améliorer la position sur le marché, la machine offre une solution pour la production de nouveaux produits qui assurent une production automatisée, qui ne peut être produite que par un procédé complexe, augmentant le volume et réduisant les coûts de production. La société devrait accroître sa présence sur les marchés internationaux en plus de sa participation sur les marchés nationaux (actuellement en Hongrie en tant que fournisseur dans plusieurs entreprises). L’objectif est d’accroître sa capacité de fournisseur de machines agricoles, principalement en Autriche et en Allemagne, par rapport à l’actuelle. Dans le même temps, il est également prévu d’augmenter le volume existant pour la production de meubles et la production de machines individuelles. Depuis sa fondation, la société a continuellement conçu et préparé divers éléments architecturaux en fonction des besoins individuels. Toutefois, avec la diffusion de systèmes de production numérisés et sur la base de demandes continues, l’accent a été mis de plus en plus sur la production en série et sur l’activité d’approvisionnement.
