A beruházás keretében kizárólag eszközbeszerzés valósul meg. A beszerzendő eszközök között 1 db anyagmozgatást szolgáló targonca megvásárlása tervezett. A beszerzendő eszközök: CNC vezérlésű plazma és lángvágó gép, Hidraulikus élhajlító gép, Cső- és idomacél hajlító gép, Lemezhengerítő gép, Nagyteljesítményű fémszalagfűrész gép, Villás targonca dízel és gáz hajtással. A fenti gépek a fémipari gyártás területén a horganyzott lemez, titánium, szénacél, rozsdamentes acél, alumínium, horganyzott acél megformálását szolgálják. A gépekkel lehetőség nyílik olyan formák, termékek előállítására, amelyek a meglévő gépparkkal jelenleg nem megoldhatók. Eddig ezeket a munkákat alvállalkozókkal kellett végeztetni, vagy külföldről késztermékként behozatni. A beszerzéseknek köszönhetően nő a Kft. termékkínálata, megszűnik az alvállalkozóktól való függése, így gazdasági stabilitása növekszik. Hozzáadott értékként jelenik meg, hogy bizonyos külföldi beszerzéseket saját gyártású termékekkel tud helyettesíteni, így a hazai gyártást, kereskedelmet, ezáltal a hazai gazdaságot, GDP-t növeli. A villás targonca az előállított termékeke rakodásához, emeléséhez szükséges. A fémipari termékeke mind méretükben, mind súlyukban jelentős tömeget képviselnek, amelyek csupán telephelyen belüli mozgatása is gépierőt igényel. A targonca megvásárlása ezt a célt szolgálja. Bekerülési költsége nem haladja meg a teljes beruházási költség 25%-át. A projekt előkészítéseként a megvásárlandó eszközök alapos tanulmányozása valósult meg. A Kft. munkatársai feltérképezték a piacon megtalálható gépeket, szerszámokat, valamint, azt, hogy a régióban hasonló tevékenységet végző cégek milyen gépparkkal rendelkeznek, milyen tevékenységet tudnak végezni. A gépek kiválasztásánál fontos volt, hogy a vásárlandó géppark alkalmassá tegye a Kft-t innovatív, hozzáadott-értéket képező berendezések előállítására. Ez biztosítja a cég számára a piaci előnyt versenytársaival szemben. A piaci ár biztosításához a Kft. legalább 3 különböző beszállítót kért fel árajánlat adására, amelyek közül a legkedvezőbb árat kínálót kívánják majd kiválasztani a projekt megvalósítása során. A Kft. árbevételét 25%-kal növelte 2013. évről 2014. évre vonatkozóan. A cég igazolt beszállítói tevékenységet végez, amelyre vonatkozóan az alátámasztó dokumentumok becsatolásra kerültek. A cég a termelés értékláncban előrelépő KKV-nak minősül, hiszen az új berendezések lehetővé teszik, hogy magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékeket állítson elő a Kft. a különböző vágó, hajlító berendezések révén, a termelési technológiát oly módón fejlesszék, hogy hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményezzenek. Az árbevétel több, mint 50%-a 2511’08 TEÁOR tevékenységből származik, és jelen projekt keretében is ez a tevékenység kerül fejlesztésre. A cég 12 főt foglalkoztat, gazdasági adatai alapján kisvállalkozásnak minősül. A beruházás megvalósításának helyszíne meglévő, működő telephely. (Hungarian)

The investment involves only the purchase of equipment. Among the devices to be procured, it was planned to purchase 1 forklift for handling material. Assets to be procured: CNC Controlled Plasma and Flame Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Bar Bending Machine, Pipe & Sticking Bending Machine, Disk Rolling Machine, High Performance Metal Tape Saw Machine, Forklift Truck with Diesel and Gas Drive. The above machines serve to shape galvanised sheet, titanium, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanised steel in the field of metal production. With machines, it is possible to produce shapes and products that are currently not possible with the existing machine park. So far, these works had to be carried out by subcontractors or imported from abroad as finished products. Thanks to the acquisitions, the product range of the Ltd. is increasing, its dependence on subcontractors will cease, so its economic stability is increasing. As an added value, it is possible to replace certain foreign purchases with self-produced products, thus increasing domestic production and trade, thereby increasing the domestic economy and GDP. Forklifts are necessary for loading and lifting the manufactured products. Metallurgical products represent a significant weight both in size and in weight, which require mechanical power to move only on-site. The purchase of the forklift is for this purpose. Its cost does not exceed 25 % of the total investment cost. A thorough study of the tools to be purchased has been carried out in preparation for the project. The employees of the Kft. mapped the machines, tools on the market, as well as what kind of equipment fleets the companies carrying out similar activities in the region have and what kind of activity they can do. When selecting the machines, it was important that the machine park to be traded make the Ltd suitable for the production of innovative, value-added equipment. This gives the firm a market advantage over its competitors. In order to ensure the market price, the Ltd. asked at least 3 different suppliers to offer a quote, from which they would like to choose the best bidder during the project implementation. The Ltd. increased its turnover by 25 % from 2013 to 2014. The company carries out certified supplier activities, for which the supporting documents have been attached. The company is considered to be an SME moving forward in the value chain, as the new equipment allows the Ltd. to produce products with a higher level of processing through various cutting and bending equipment, and to develop the production technology in such a way as to increase added value. More than 50 % of the turnover comes from 2511'08 TEÁOR activities and this activity will be developed under this project. The company employs 12 people, based on its economic data, it is a small enterprise. The location of the investment is an existing, operational site. (English)

L’investissement n’implique que l’achat d’équipements. Parmi les appareils à acheter, il était prévu d’acheter 1 chariot élévateur pour la manutention du matériel. Actifs à acquérir: Machine de découpe de plasma et de flamme contrôlée par commande numérique par ordinateur, machine de cintrage à barres hydrauliques, machine de cintrage de tuyau et de collage, machine à rouler de disque, scie à ruban métallique haute performance, chariot élévateur avec entraînement diesel et gaz. Les machines ci-dessus servent à façonner la tôle galvanisée, le titane, l’acier au carbone, l’acier inoxydable, l’aluminium, l’acier galvanisé dans le domaine de la production métallique. Avec les machines, il est possible de produire des formes et des produits qui ne sont actuellement pas possibles avec le parc de machines existant. Jusqu’à présent, ces travaux devaient être réalisés par des sous-traitants ou importés de l’étranger en tant que produits finis. Grâce aux acquisitions, la gamme de produits de la société s’accroît, sa dépendance vis-à-vis des sous-traitants cessera, de sorte que sa stabilité économique s’accroît. En tant que valeur ajoutée, il est possible de remplacer certains achats étrangers par des produits autoproduits, augmentant ainsi la production et le commerce intérieurs, augmentant ainsi l’économie intérieure et le PIB. Des chariots élévateurs sont nécessaires pour charger et soulever les produits manufacturés. Les produits métallurgiques représentent un poids important à la fois en taille et en poids, ce qui nécessite une puissance mécanique pour se déplacer uniquement sur place. L’achat du chariot élévateur est à cet effet. Son coût ne dépasse pas 25 % du coût total d’investissement. Une étude approfondie des outils à acquérir a été réalisée en préparation du projet. Les employés de la Kft. ont cartographié les machines, les outils sur le marché, ainsi que le type de flottes d’équipements que les entreprises exerçant des activités similaires dans la région ont et quel type d’activité ils peuvent faire. Lors de la sélection des machines, il était important que le parc de machines à échanger rende la Ltd adaptée à la production d’équipements innovants et à valeur ajoutée. Cela confère à l’entreprise un avantage sur le marché par rapport à ses concurrents. Afin d’assurer le prix du marché, la Ltd. a demandé à au moins trois fournisseurs différents d’offrir un devis, à partir duquel ils souhaiteraient choisir le meilleur soumissionnaire au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet. La Ltd. a augmenté son chiffre d’affaires de 25 % de 2013 à 2014. La société exerce des activités de fournisseur certifiées, pour lesquelles les pièces justificatives ont été jointes. L’entreprise est considérée comme une PME qui avance dans la chaîne de valeur, car le nouvel équipement permet à la Ltd de produire des produits avec un niveau de transformation plus élevé grâce à divers équipements de coupe et de pliage, et de développer la technologie de production de manière à accroître la valeur ajoutée. Plus de 50 % du chiffre d’affaires provient des activités de TEÁOR 2511’08 et cette activité sera développée dans le cadre de ce projet. L’entreprise emploie 12 personnes, sur la base de ses données économiques, c’est une petite entreprise. L’emplacement de l’investissement est un site opérationnel existant. (French)

Die Investition beinhaltet nur den Kauf von Ausrüstung. Unter den zu beschaffenden Geräten war geplant, 1 Gabelstapler für das Handling von Material zu kaufen. Zu beschaffende Vermögenswerte: CNC gesteuerte Plasma- und Flammenschneidmaschine, Hydraulische Bar Biegemaschine, Rohr & Sticking Biegemaschine, Plattenrollenmaschine, Hochleistungs-Metallbandsägemaschine, Gabelstapler LKW mit Diesel und Gasantrieb. Die oben genannten Maschinen dienen dazu, verzinktes Blech, Titan, Kohlenstoffstahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium, verzinkter Stahl im Bereich der Metallproduktion zu formen. Mit Maschinen ist es möglich, Formen und Produkte herzustellen, die derzeit mit dem bestehenden Maschinenpark nicht möglich sind. Bisher mussten diese Arbeiten von Subunternehmern durchgeführt oder als Fertigerzeugnisse aus dem Ausland eingeführt werden. Dank der Akquisitionen nimmt die Produktpalette der AG zu, ihre Abhängigkeit von Subunternehmern wird eingestellt, so dass seine wirtschaftliche Stabilität zunimmt. Als Mehrwert ist es möglich, bestimmte ausländische Einkäufe durch selbst produzierte Produkte zu ersetzen und so die inländische Produktion und den Handel zu erhöhen und so die inländische Wirtschaft und das BIP zu erhöhen. Gabelstapler sind für das Be- und Heben der hergestellten Produkte notwendig. Metallurgische Produkte stellen ein erhebliches Gewicht sowohl in der Größe als auch im Gewicht dar, die mechanische Leistung erfordern, um sich nur vor Ort zu bewegen. Der Erwerb des Gabelstaplers erfolgt zu diesem Zweck. Ihre Kosten betragen nicht mehr als 25 % der gesamten Investitionskosten. Zur Vorbereitung des Projekts wurde eine gründliche Untersuchung der zu erwerbenden Werkzeuge durchgeführt. Die Mitarbeiter der Kft. kartierten die Maschinen, Werkzeuge auf dem Markt sowie welche Art von Ausrüstungsflotten die Unternehmen, die ähnliche Aktivitäten in der Region ausüben, haben und welche Art von Tätigkeit sie tun können. Bei der Auswahl der Maschinen war es wichtig, dass der zu handelnde Maschinenpark die AG für die Produktion innovativer, wertschöpfender Geräte geeignet macht. Dies verschafft dem Unternehmen einen Marktvorteil gegenüber seinen Wettbewerbern. Um den Marktpreis zu gewährleisten, bat die Ltd. mindestens drei verschiedene Anbieter, ein Angebot anzubieten, aus dem sie den besten Bieter während der Projektdurchführung auswählen möchten. Die AG steigerte ihren Umsatz von 2013 bis 2014 um 25 %. Das Unternehmen übt zertifizierte Lieferantentätigkeiten aus, für die die Belege beigefügt sind. Das Unternehmen gilt als KMU, das in der Wertschöpfungskette vorankommt, da die neue Ausrüstung es der Ltd. ermöglicht, Produkte mit einem höheren Verarbeitungsniveau durch verschiedene Schneid- und Biegeanlagen herzustellen und die Produktionstechnologie so zu entwickeln, dass die Wertschöpfung gesteigert wird. Mehr als 50 % des Umsatzes stammen aus den Aktivitäten von 2511'08 TEÁOR, die im Rahmen dieses Projekts entwickelt werden. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt 12 Mitarbeiter, basierend auf seinen wirtschaftlichen Daten, es ist ein kleines Unternehmen. Der Standort der Investition ist ein bestehender, operativer Standort.
