A projekt előkészítését a forgalmazókkal és a gyártókkal történő egyeztetés előzte meg, hiszen kiemelten fontos számunkra a megfelelő ár-érték arány az eszközök megvásárlása során. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő eszközök között kifejezetten olyan tételek kerültek felsorolásra, melyek a mindennapi működéshez elengedhetetlenül szükségesek, növeli a hatékonyságot, valamint a realizálható árbevételt, munkavállalóink részére biztonságos munkavégzést biztosít, valamint a beruházás megvalósítása által csökkenteni tudjuk a működési költségeket. Beszerzésre kerülő eszközök: 1) Hidraulikus lemezolló: többfunkciós hidraulikus lemezvágó készülék, mely precíz beállítási lehetőset biztosít, mely által gyorsabb, hatékonyabb, biztonságosabb munkavégzés biztosítható, egyben kevesebb a termelt hulladékanyag mennyisége. Az eszköz megfelel a CE normáknak. Vezérlőrendszere lehetővé teszi a gyors, könnyű és biztonságos munkavégzést. Főbb paraméterek: vágási hosszúság: 3000 mm, vágható lemezvastagság: 12 mm, névleges löketszám: 14 l/perc. 2) A szemcsefúvó lehetővé teszi a fémlemezek precíz tisztítását, mely a feldolgozás lényegi elemét képezi. A szemcsefúvó elengedhetetlen tartozéka a nagy hatásfokú diesel kompresszor, melyet az árajánlat szintén tartalmaz. A szemcsefúvó tartálya 100 liter térfogatú, melynek tartalma egy 25 mm-es 10 méter hosszú szóróanyag tömlőn áramlik keresztül a sűrített levegősugár segítségével. A gép távvezérléssel üzemeltethető. A sűrített levegőt egy 61 kW óra teljesítményű kompresszor 8 bar nyomással juttatja a felületre. 3) A fémszerkezetek megmunkálása során nélkülözhetetlen a CNC élhajlító alkalmazása. A megmunkálás egyik fundamentumát képezi a lemezek meghajlítása, melyet a beszerzésre kerülő technológiával precízen és ez által hatékonyan tudunk megvalósítani. A gép lehetőséget biztosít a pontos beállítás szerinti munkavégzésre, valamint egy korrekciós lehetőségnek köszönhetően az egyenlőtlen szögű hajlításra is. Az eszköz az anyagminőségnek megfelelően automatikusan állítja be a megfelelő nyomóerőt, mely nagyban csökkenti a feldolgozási hibák számát. Mivel kiemelt fontosságú számunkra a munkavállalóink biztonsága, ezért a termék kiválasztásánál kiemelt figyelmet fordítottunk a biztonsági felszerelések meglétére. 4) A nagy teljesítményű hegesztőgép alkalmazása a gyártási folyamatban számos termékünknél megjelenik. Jelen beruházás keretében 3 gép kerül beszerzésre, melynek hálózati teljesítménye 20 kVA. Az eszköz a munkavégzés precízségét, valamint a hatékonyságot biztosítja. 5) Napelem – a szerelőcsarnok tetejére mintegy 850 m2 felületre szeretnénk 50 kW teljesítményű napelemet felszerelni, melynek célja az áramfelhasználás biztosítása, egyúttal a környezetkárosítás és a működési költségek hosszú távú csökkentése. A termelt áramot a termelőeszközök működtetésére használjuk fel. (Hungarian)

The preparation of the project was preceded by consultation with the distributors and manufacturers, since it is of utmost importance to us that the right value for money when buying the equipment. Among the assets to be procured under the project are specifically listed items that are essential for everyday operation, increase efficiency, ensure realisable turnover, ensure safe work for our employees, and reduce operating costs by implementing the investment. Equipment to be procured: 1) Hydraulic Shears: a multifunctional hydraulic sheet cutting device that provides precise adjustment, which ensures faster, more efficient, safer work, while reducing the amount of waste material produced. The device complies with CE standards. Its control system allows you to work quickly, easily and safely. Main parameters: cutting length: 3 000 mm, cutable sheet thickness: 12 mm, nominal stroke number: 14 l/min. 2) The grain blower allows precise cleaning of metal sheets, which is an essential element of processing. The high-efficiency diesel compressor, which is also included in the quotation, is an essential accessory to the grain blower. The grain blower tank has a volume of 100 litres, the contents of which flow through a 25 mm 10 m long spray hose using the compressed air beam. The machine can be operated remotely. The compressed air is applied to the surface by a pressure of 8 bar by a compressor with a power of 61 kW. 3) When machining metal structures, the use of CNC edge bending is indispensable. One of the fundamentals of machining is the bending of the plates, which can be implemented precisely and effectively with the technology to be procured. The machine provides the possibility to work according to the exact setup, as well as the possibility to bend at an uneven angle thanks to a correction option. The device automatically adjusts the appropriate compressive force according to the material quality, which greatly reduces the number of processing errors. Since the safety of our employees is of paramount importance to us, we paid special attention to the existence of safety equipment when selecting the product. 4) The application of the high-performance welding machine in the production process is reflected in many of our products. In the framework of this investment, 3 machines will be purchased, with a network performance of 20 kVA. The tool ensures the precision of the work and the efficiency. 5) Solar panel — on the top of the assembly hall we would like to install a 50 kW solar panel on a surface area of about 850 m², the aim of which is to ensure the use of electricity while at the same time reducing environmental damage and operating costs in the long term. La préparation du projet a été précédée de consultations avec les distributeurs et les fabricants, car il est de la plus haute importance pour nous que le bon rapport qualité-prix lors de l’achat de l’équipement. Parmi les actifs à acquérir dans le cadre du projet figurent des éléments spécifiques qui sont essentiels pour le fonctionnement quotidien, augmenter l’efficacité, assurer un chiffre d’affaires réalisable, assurer un travail sûr pour nos employés, et réduire les coûts d’exploitation par la mise en œuvre de l’investissement. Matériel à acquérir: 1) cisailles hydrauliques: un dispositif de découpe hydraulique multifonctionnel qui permet un réglage précis, qui assure un travail plus rapide, plus efficace et plus sûr, tout en réduisant la quantité de déchets produits. L’appareil est conforme aux normes CE. Son système de contrôle vous permet de travailler rapidement, facilement et en toute sécurité. Principaux paramètres: longueur de coupe: 3 000 mm, épaisseur de tôle découpable: 12 mm, numéro de course nominal: 14 l/min. 2) Le ventilateur à grains permet un nettoyage précis des tôles, ce qui est un élément essentiel du traitement. Le compresseur diesel à haut rendement, qui est également inclus dans le devis, est un accessoire essentiel au ventilateur à grains. Le réservoir à grains a un volume de 100 litres, dont le contenu passe par un tuyau de pulvérisation de 25 mm 10 m de long à l’aide du faisceau d’air comprimé. La machine peut être actionnée à distance. L’air comprimé est appliqué à la surface par une pression de 8 bars par un compresseur d’une puissance de 61 kW. 3) Lors de l’usinage de structures métalliques, l’utilisation de la flexion de bord CNC est indispensable. La machine offre la possibilité de travailler selon la configuration exacte, ainsi que la possibilité de plier à un angle inégal grâce à une option de correction. L’appareil ajuste automatiquement la force de compression appropriée en fonction de la qualité du matériau, ce qui réduit considérablement le nombre d’erreurs de traitement. Étant donné que la sécurité de nos employés est d’une importance capitale pour nous, nous avons accordé une attention particulière à l’existence d’équipements de sécurité lors de la sélection du produit. 4) L’application de la machine de soudage haute performance dans le processus de production se reflète dans beaucoup de nos produits. Dans le cadre de cet investissement, 3 machines seront achetées, avec une performance réseau de 20 kVA. L’outil assure la précision du travail et l’efficacité. 5) Panneau solaire — au sommet de la salle de montage, nous souhaitons installer un panneau solaire de 50 kW sur une surface d’environ 850 m², dont l’objectif est d’assurer l’utilisation de l’électricité tout en réduisant les dommages environnementaux et les coûts d’exploitation à long terme. L’électricité produite est utilisée pour faire fonctionner l’équipement de production. (French)

Der Vorbereitung des Projekts ging eine Konsultation mit den Händlern und Herstellern voraus, da es für uns von größter Bedeutung ist, dass beim Kauf der Ausrüstung das richtige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besteht. Zu den im Rahmen des Projekts zu beschaffenden Vermögenswerten gehören spezifisch aufgeführte Posten, die für den täglichen Betrieb unerlässlich sind, die Effizienz steigern, den realisierbaren Umsatz sicherstellen, für sichere Arbeit für unsere Mitarbeiter sorgen und die Betriebskosten durch die Umsetzung der Investition senken. Zu beschaffende Ausrüstung: 1) Hydraulische Scheren: ein multifunktionales hydraulisches Blechschneidegerät, das eine präzise Einstellung ermöglicht, die schnellere, effizientere und sicherere Arbeit gewährleistet und gleichzeitig die Menge des erzeugten Abfallmaterials reduziert. Das Gerät entspricht den CE-Normen. Die Steuerung ermöglicht es Ihnen, schnell, einfach und sicher zu arbeiten. Hauptparameter: Schnittlänge: 3 000 mm, schnittbare Blechdicke: 12 mm, Nennhubzahl: 14 l/min. 2) Das Getreidegebläse ermöglicht eine präzise Reinigung von Blechen, die ein wesentliches Element der Verarbeitung ist. Der hocheffiziente Dieselkompressor, der auch im Angebot enthalten ist, ist ein wesentliches Zubehör zum Getreidegebläse. Der Korngebläsetank hat ein Volumen von 100 Litern, dessen Inhalt durch einen 25 mm 10 m langen Sprühschlauch mit dem Druckluftstrahl fließt. Die Maschine kann aus der Ferne bedient werden. Die Druckluft wird mit einem Druck von 8 bar durch einen Kompressor mit einer Leistung von 61 kW auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht. 3) Bei der Bearbeitung von Metallstrukturen ist die Verwendung von CNC Kantenbiegen unerlässlich. Eine der Grundlagen der Bearbeitung ist das Biegen der Platten, die mit der zu beschaffenden Technologie präzise und effektiv umgesetzt werden können. Die Maschine bietet die Möglichkeit, entsprechend der genauen Einrichtung zu arbeiten, sowie die Möglichkeit, sich dank einer Korrekturoption in einem ungleichmäßigen Winkel zu biegen. Das Gerät passt automatisch die entsprechende Druckkraft entsprechend der Materialqualität an, wodurch die Anzahl der Bearbeitungsfehler stark reduziert wird. Da die Sicherheit unserer Mitarbeiter für uns von größter Bedeutung ist, haben wir bei der Produktauswahl besonderes Augenmerk auf die Existenz von Sicherheitsausrüstung gelegt. 4) Die Anwendung der Hochleistungsschweißmaschine im Produktionsprozess spiegelt sich in vielen unserer Produkte wider. Im Rahmen dieser Investition werden 3 Maschinen mit einer Netzwerkleistung von 20 kVA erworben. Das Werkzeug sorgt für die Präzision der Arbeit und die Effizienz. 5) Solarpanel – auf der Oberseite der Montagehalle möchten wir ein 50 kW Solarpanel auf einer Fläche von ca. 850 m² installieren, dessen Ziel es ist, die Nutzung von Strom zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig Umweltschäden und Betriebskosten langfristig zu reduzieren. Der erzeugte Strom wird für den Betrieb der Stromerzeugungsanlagen verwendet. (German)
