A gyártósor kiválasztás során az ár mellett figyelemmel kellett lennünk a professzionális igénybevételre és a technológia által megkövetelt műszaki paraméterekre is. Ez alapján választásunk a LISEC AUSTRIA GmbH. FitLine 2 25/20 Hőszigetelt üveg gyártósorára esett, meggyőző műszaki paraméterei, a gyártó tapasztalata és komplex szolgáltatásuk miatt. A berendezés legfontosabb műszaki paraméterei: Max. üvegméret: 2500 x 2000 mm Min. üvegméret: 350 x 180 mm Üveg vastagság: 2,3-15 mm Az üveg dőlése szállításkor: 6 fok Üveg szállítási magassága: 520+-20 mm Automata tömítőegységgel rendelkező komplett gyártósor gáztöltött dupla és tripla hőszigetelt üvegek gyártására, FiT.Line 2 25/20 típus A kompakt FiT.Line 2 tartalmaz egy mosó feladó zónát, egy automata mosó és szárító rendszert, egy kézi keretfelrakó állomást, automata gáztöltő prést és a végén egy automata tömítő rendszert. Először az üveglapokat a mosó elé kell felhelyezni, melyek áthaladnak a rozsdamentes acélból készült mosón. A mosó és a szárító egy géptestbe van ágyazva. Szárítás után a tiszta és száraz üveglapok továbbhaladnak a keretfelrakó állomás felé. A keretfelrakón kézi tárcsával folyamatosan 30 mm-ig állítható a kívánt tömítési mélység. A keret felrakása után az üveglap továbbhalad a présbe, ahol az összeállítás, gáztöltés és az összepréselés automatikusan megtörténik. A LISEC szabadalmaztatott gáztöltési rendszere kiküszöböli a turbulenciát, magas gáztöltöttség és rövid ciklusidő mellett (a töltésidő állítható a használt gáz típusa szerint, két gázfajta keverése nem lehetséges). Végül az összepréselt egységek az automata tömítő gépre mozognak, ahol két komponensű másodlagos tömítés kerül a hőszigetelt egységre. The main technical parameters of the equipment: Max. glass size: 2500 x 2 000 mm Min. glass size: 350 x 180 mm Glass thickness: 2.3-15 mm Inclination of glass on delivery: 6 Degree Glass Delivery Height: Complete production line with 520± 20 mm Automatic Sealing Unit for the production of gas filled double and triple insulated glass, FiT.Line 2 25/20 Type FiT.Line 2 includes a washer delivery zone, an automatic washer and drying system, a manual frame-up station, an automatic gas filling press and an automatic sealing system at the end. First, the glass tiles must be placed in front of the wash, which pass through the stainless steel washer. The washer and dryer are embedded in a machine body. After drying, clean and dry glass plates continue to move towards the frame-up station. The required sealing depth can be adjusted continuously up to 30 mm with a hand dial on the frame top. Once the frame is installed, the glass plate passes into the press, where the assembly, gas filling and compression take place automatically. LiSEC’s proprietary gas filling system eliminates turbulence with high gas charge and short cycle times (charge time can be adjusted according to the type of gas used, two types of gas cannot be mixed). Finally, the pressed units move to the automatic sealing machine, where two component secondary seals are placed on the heat-insulated unit. Lors de la sélection de la ligne de production, nous avons dû prêter attention à l’utilisation professionnelle et aux paramètres techniques requis par la technologie, en plus du prix. Notre choix est LiSEC AUSTRIA GmbH. Ligne de production de verre à isolation thermique Fitline 2 25/20, paramètres techniques impressionnants, expérience et service complexe. Les principaux paramètres techniques de l’équipement: Taille max. de verre: 2500 x 2 000 mm Taille minimale du verre: 350 x 180 mm Epaisseur de verre: 2,3-15 mm Inclination du verre à la livraison: Hauteur de livraison de verre de 6 degrés: Ligne de production complète avec unité d’étanchéité automatique 520± 20 mm pour la production de verre isolé double et triple rempli au gaz, FiT.Line 2 25/20 Type FiT.Line 2 comprend une zone de livraison de laveuse, un système de lavage et de séchage automatique, une station d’armature manuelle, une presse automatique de remplissage de gaz et un système d’étanchéité automatique à la fin. Tout d’abord, les carreaux de verre doivent être placés devant le lavage, qui passe par la rondelle en acier inoxydable. La rondelle et la sécheuse sont encastrées dans un corps de machine. Après le séchage, les plaques de verre propres et sèches continuent de se déplacer vers la station de montage. La profondeur d’étanchéité requise peut être ajustée en continu jusqu’à 30 mm avec un cadran manuel sur le dessus du cadre. Enfin, les unités pressées se déplacent vers la machine d’étanchéité automatique, où deux joints secondaires sont placés sur l’unité à isolation thermique. Unsere Wahl ist die LiSEC AUSTRIA GmbH. Fitline 2 25/20 Wärmeisolierglas-Produktionslinie, beeindruckende technische Parameter, Erfahrung und komplexen Service. Die wichtigsten technischen Parameter der Ausrüstung: Max. Glasgröße: 2500 x 2 000 mm Min. Glasgröße: 350 x 180 mm Glasstärke: 2,3-15 mm Inclination von Glas auf Lieferung: 6 Grad Glas Lieferhöhe: Komplette Produktionslinie mit 520± 20 mm Automatische Abdichtungseinheit für die Herstellung von gasgefülltem Doppel- und Dreifachisolierglas, FiT.Line 2 25/20 Typ FiT.Line 2 umfasst eine Wasch-Lieferzone, ein automatisches Wasch- und Trocknungssystem, eine manuelle Rahmenstation, eine automatische Gasfüllpresse und ein automatisches Dichtsystem am Ende. Zunächst müssen die Glasfliesen vor der Wäsche platziert werden, die durch die Edelstahlwaschmaschine hindurchgeht. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind in einen Maschinenkörper eingebettet. Nach dem Trocknen bewegen sich saubere und trockene Glasplatten weiter zur Rahmenstation. Die erforderliche Dichttiefe kann mit einem Handzifferblatt auf der Rahmenplatte kontinuierlich bis zu 30 mm eingestellt werden. Sobald der Rahmen installiert ist, geht die Glasplatte in die Presse, wo die Montage, die Gasfüllung und die Kompression automatisch stattfinden. Das proprietäre Gasfüllsystem von LiSEC eliminiert Turbulenzen mit hoher Gasladung und kurzen Zykluszeiten (die Ladezeit kann je nach Art des verwendeten Gases angepasst werden, zwei Gasarten können nicht gemischt werden). Schließlich bewegen sich die gepressten Einheiten zur automatischen Abdichtungsmaschine, wo zwei Komponenten-Sekundärdichtungen auf der Wärmeisoliereinheit angebracht werden. Das Dichtmittel wird komplett automatisch vermischt und abgegeben. (German)
