Az EMIH egy új, konzervatív értékek és ősi gyökerek után kutató fiatal nemzedék képviselője. 2015-ben megalapította saját szeretetszolgálatát, amely a CEDEK EMIH Izraelita Szeretetszolgálat nevet kapta. Megalakulásunk óta 15 000 adag ételt adtunk a rászorulóknak. 2017-ben Miskolcon is megszerveztük az első melegételosztást, illetve egy helyi önkéntes csoport szervezését, helyi szervezetekkel együttműködések kialakítását. A CEDEK által megvalósítandó projekt fő célja a nemzetközi és hazai szakmai tapasztalatok és jó gyakorlatok megismerése, kipróbálása, valamint ajánlások kidolgozása a társadalmi együttélés, a család társadalmi szerepének megerősítése érdekében, valamint nemzetközi hálózatépítés. Részcélok: az egyházi karitatív és állami szociális ellátás módszertanainak, jó gyakorlatainak megismerése elsősorban a családsegítés, ételosztás, adománygyűjtés és elosztás, nappali idősgondozás, önkéntesség tevékenységekhez kapcsolódóan; valamint a nemzetközi együttműködések, eljárások, módszertanok bemutatása, helyi viszonyokra való adaptálása. A hálózatépítés külföldi szervezetek, hazai szeretetszolgálatok, állami szociális intézmények, civil szervezetek bevonásával valósul meg. A projektben 4 külföldi szervezetet is részt vesz, tevékeny szerepet vállal. A projekt megvalósítási helyszíne Magyarország kevésbé fejlett régiói, megvalósításának tervezett időtartama: 2018 január 1-2019 december 31. A 2 év alatt összesen 12 műhelymunka és 8 hazai tanulmányút valósul meg. Műhelymunkák témái: - Külföldi szervezetek (2) karitatív tevékenységeinek, jó gyakorlatainak bemutatása, helyi viszonyaik, problémáik megvitatása, összehasonlítás a magyar helyzettel - Külföldi szervezetek (2) karitatív tevékenységeinek, jó gyakorlatainak bemutatása, helyi viszonyaik, problémáik megvitatása, összehasonlítás a magyar helyzettel - A Szeretetszolgálatok karitatív tevékenységei a családsegítés, ételosztás, adománygyűjtés és elosztás tevékenységekre fókuszálva - Adománygyűjtő akciók, adományozók sikeres megszólítása, innovatív kommunikációs stratégiák, az adományozás etikája - Adományok kiosztásának logisztikai kérdései, hatékony elosztás, hálózatba szerveződés, hatékony raktározás - Szociális bolt, adománybolt. - Ételosztások, szociális mobilkonyha, népkonyha üzemeltetés. - Helyi szociális problémák, célcsoportok, megszólításukra hatékony módszerek. - Idősek bevonása közösségi programokba, idősek klubja programok, több generációt összehozó programok - A szervezetek jó gyakorlatainak bemutatása a családsegítés témakörében - Önkéntesség: önkéntesek bevonása, megtartása, közösséggé szervezése - Műhelymunkák összegzése, főbb megállapítások, javaslatok Hazai tanulmányutak témái: - Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat Egyesület, Ökomenikus Segélyszervezet által működtetett népkonyha, családsegítés (Miskolc) - Baptista Szeretetszolgálat által működtetett szociális konyha, mobilkonyha (Mátészalka vagy Nagykanizsa) - Magyar Református Szeretetszolgálat debreceni intézményei - DEKÖR Adománybolt (Debrecen) - Katolikus karitász: KaritászPONT (Miskolc) - Ökomenikus Segélyszervezet: Fejlesztőház (Olaszliszka) - Önkéntes akció - a programterületen - Önkéntes akció- a programterületen A projekt időtartama alatt összesen 3 tréning kerül megvalósításra. A disszeminációs tréningek során valósul meg a tapasztalatok megosztása, mely elsősorban a családsegítés, ételosztás, adománygyűjtés és elosztás, nappali idősgondozás, önkéntesség területéről összegyűjtött innovatív eljárásokat, módszereket mutatja be, kompetencia fejlesztés keretében. A tapasztalatok disszeminációjának célja, hogy a módszerek és a modellek beépíthetővé váljanak az egyházi ellátórendszer működési mechanizmusába. A projektben összehasonlító kutatás is készül, a választott szolgáltatási területeken legalább két országban, 100-100 fő bevonásával. A módszertani-szakmai összegzés és szakmai ajánlások megfogalmazása a karitatív, egyházi szervezetek keretében végzett jó gyakorlatokat, módszereket, eljárásokat mutatja be, kiemelten fókuszálva a sikeres elemekre, összegzi azokat, valamint szakmai ajánlásokat fogalmaz meg. A projektgazda a működő honlapján a projekttel kapcsolatos tájékoztató anyagokat tesz közzé és folyamatosan frissíti azokat a projekt fizikai befejezéséig. Fontos célkitűzésünk, hogy a projekt hatása minél nagyobb és hosszabb távú legyen a résztvevő szervezetek, a partnerek, az érintettek körében, illetve a lehető legjobban hasznosítsuk a támogatott tevékenységek eredményeit. A projekt megvalósítás befejezésétől számított 3 évig nyilvános on-line hozzáférést biztosítunk a projekt keretében megvalósult kutatásról készült zárójelentéshez, valamint projekt során létrejött szakmai együttműködéseket fenntartjuk. The EMIH is a representative of a young generation researching for conservative values and ancient roots. In 2015, he founded his own charity service, which was named CEDEK EMIH Israeli Love Service. Networking is carried out with the involvement of foreign organisations, domestic love services, state social institutions and civil society organisations. The project also involves 4 foreign organisations and takes an active role. The project is located in the less developed regions of Hungary, and the planned duration of its implementation: From 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019 During the 2 years, a total of 12 workshops and 8 study visits will be carried out in Hungary. In the course of the dissemination trainings, the experience is shared, which primarily presents innovative procedures and methods collected from the areas of family assistance, food distribution, fundraising and distribution, day care for the elderly and volunteering, as part of competence development. The aim of the dissemination of experience is to make the methods and models integrated into the mechanism of operation of the church care system. Comparative research will also be carried out in the selected service areas in at least two countries, involving 100 people. The methodological-professional summary and the formulation of professional recommendations describe the good practices, methods and procedures carried out in the framework of charitable and church organisations, focusing on the successful elements, summarising them and formulating professional recommendations. The project promoter shall publish on his or her website information material relating to the project and continuously update them until the physical completion of the project. Our important objective is to maximise the impact of the project among the participating organisations, partners, stakeholders and to make the best use of the results of the supported activities. We provide public on-line access to the final report on the research carried out in the framework of the project for 3 years from the completion of the project, as well as the professional cooperation established during the project. L’IMEH est un représentant d’une jeune génération qui recherche des valeurs conservatrices et des racines anciennes. L’objectif principal du projet qui sera mis en œuvre par le CEDEK est de s’informer sur les expériences professionnelles et les bonnes pratiques internationales et nationales, et d’élaborer des recommandations afin de renforcer la coexistence sociale, le rôle de la famille dans la société, ainsi que les réseaux internationaux. Jalons: apprendre les méthodologies et les bonnes pratiques de la charité religieuse et de l’aide sociale de l’État, principalement en ce qui concerne le soutien familial, la distribution de nourriture, la collecte de fonds et la distribution, les garderies pour les personnes âgées, les activités de volontariat; et la présentation de la coopération internationale, des procédures, des méthodes et de l’adaptation aux conditions locales. Le réseautage est réalisé avec la participation d’organisations étrangères, de services d’amour domestique, d’institutions sociales publiques et d’organisations de la société civile. Le projet implique également 4 organisations étrangères et joue un rôle actif. Die EMIH ist ein Vertreter einer jungen Generation, die nach konservativen Werten und alten Wurzeln forscht. 2015 gründete er seinen eigenen Wohltätigkeitsdienst, der den Namen CEDEK EMIH Israeli Love Service erhielt. Ziel der Verbreitung von Erfahrungen ist es, die Methoden und Modelle in den Betriebsmechanismus des kirchlichen Pflegesystems zu integrieren. Vergleichende Forschungen werden auch in den ausgewählten Dienstleistungsbereichen in mindestens zwei Ländern durchgeführt, an denen 100 Personen beteiligt sind.
