2 új , akár 30-60 fő befogadására is alkalmas terem kialakításával, felújításával, modern berendezésekkel, eszközökkel való felszerelésével hatékonyabban tud a művelődési központ,hozzájárulni az egész életen át tartó tanuláshoz szükséges kulcskompetenciák fejlesztéséhez. Eredmény a művelődési központ tudásbázis szerepének erősödése, imázsának pozitív alakulása, az elérhető célcsoportok számának emelkedése, az intézmény kommunikációs, kultúraközvetítő, szervező, információszolgáltató szerepének erősödése. A megvalósuló nevelési alkalmak fejlesztik az értékeket, erkölcsi normákat, társadalmi minőséget, érzelmeket, közösségekhez való kötődést, biztosítják a munkavégzéshez szükséges tudás, készségek, kompetenciák elsajátítását, a társadalmi tanulás új formáinak létrejöttét, kialakítja az életen át tartó tanulásra való igényt. Eredmény, hogy tevékenységeink révén fejlődnek célcsoportjaink kompetencia-területei, hogy sokak jutnak új tudáshoz, s ezáltal új lehetőségekhez is. Olyan célok valósulnak meg, mint a hagyományaink ápolása, környezetünk védelme, a kulturális szolgáltatások népszerűsítése, az igényes szórakozás lehetőségének biztosítása minden korosztálynak, az, hogy a gyerekek személyesen találkozhassanak mesteremberekkel, a felnőttek különbözőterületek képviselőivel, a kézügyesség fejlesztése, illetve olyan lehetőségek biztosítása, ahol hasznosan tölthetik szabadidejüket, s újabb információkkal gazdagodhatnak. Egyesek társadalmi kapcsolatai is fejlődnek, vagy éppen a munkaerőpiacra, a társadalmi és közéletbe való visszatérésüket segítjük elő a programokkal, megakadályozva a kirekesztődést. Eredmény az intézmény kapcsolati hálójának bővülése, elmélyülése is. (Hungarian)

By designing, refurbishing, equipping with modern equipment and equipment 2 new rooms, suitable for up to 30 to 60 people, the centre of culture can contribute more effectively to the development of key competences for lifelong learning. The result is the strengthening of the role of the cultural centre’s knowledge base, the positive evolution of its image, the increase in the number of target groups available, and the strengthening of the institution’s role of communication, cultural mediator, organiser and information provider. The educational opportunities developed develop values, moral standards, social quality, emotions, attachment to communities, ensure the acquisition of the knowledge, skills and competences needed for work, create new forms of social learning, and develop the need for lifelong learning. The result is that through our activities the competence areas of our target groups are developing, so that many people have access to new knowledge and thus new opportunities. There are goals such as the maintenance of our traditions, the protection of our environment, the promotion of cultural services, the possibility of demanding entertainment for all ages, the possibility for children to meet in person with craftsmen, the representatives of adults from different areas, the development of manual dexterity and the provision of opportunities where they can spend their leisure time usefully and enrich themselves with new information. Some people are also developing social relations, or we are helping them return to the labour market and social and public life with programmes, preventing exclusion. The result is the expansion and deepening of the institution’s network of contacts. (English)

Durch die Gestaltung, Sanierung, Ausstattung mit moderner Ausstattung und Ausstattung 2 neue Räume, die für bis zu 30 bis 60 Personen geeignet sind, kann das Kulturzentrum wirksamer zur Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen für lebenslanges Lernen beitragen. Das Ergebnis ist die Stärkung der Rolle der Wissensbasis des Kulturzentrums, die positive Entwicklung seines Images, die Zunahme der Zahl der verfügbaren Zielgruppen und die Stärkung der Rolle der Institution als Kommunikations-, Kulturvermittler, Organisator und Informationsanbieter. Die entwickelten Bildungsmöglichkeiten entwickeln Werte, moralische Standards, soziale Qualität, Emotionen, Bindung an Gemeinschaften, gewährleisten den Erwerb der für die Arbeit erforderlichen Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen, schaffen neue Formen des sozialen Lernens und entwickeln den Bedarf an lebenslangem Lernen. Das Ergebnis ist, dass sich durch unsere Aktivitäten die Kompetenzbereiche unserer Zielgruppen entwickeln, so dass viele Menschen Zugang zu neuem Wissen und damit zu neuen Chancen haben. Es gibt Ziele wie die Aufrechterhaltung unserer Traditionen, den Schutz unserer Umwelt, die Förderung kultureller Dienstleistungen, die Möglichkeit der anspruchsvollen Unterhaltung für alle Altersgruppen, die Möglichkeit für Kinder, sich persönlich mit Handwerkern zu treffen, die Vertreter von Erwachsenen aus verschiedenen Gebieten, die Entwicklung manueller Geschicklichkeit und die Bereitstellung von Möglichkeiten, wo sie ihre Freizeit sinnvoll verbringen und sich mit neuen Informationen bereichern können. Einige Menschen entwickeln auch soziale Beziehungen, oder wir helfen ihnen bei der Rückkehr auf den Arbeitsmarkt sowie auf das soziale und öffentliche Leben mit Programmen, die Ausgrenzung verhindern. Das Ergebnis ist der Ausbau und die Vertiefung des Kontaktnetzes der Institution. (German)

En concevant, en rénovant, en équipant des équipements et des équipements modernes 2 nouvelles salles pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 30 à 60 personnes, le centre culturel peut contribuer plus efficacement au développement des compétences clés pour l’éducation et la formation tout au long de la vie. Le résultat est le renforcement du rôle de la base de connaissances du centre culturel, l’évolution positive de son image, l’augmentation du nombre de groupes cibles disponibles et le renforcement du rôle de l’institution en matière de communication, de médiateur culturel, d’organisateur et de fournisseur d’information. Les possibilités d’éducation développées développent les valeurs, les normes morales, la qualité sociale, les émotions, l’attachement aux communautés, garantissent l’acquisition des connaissances, des aptitudes et des compétences nécessaires au travail, créent de nouvelles formes d’apprentissage social et développent la nécessité d’un apprentissage tout au long de la vie. Il en résulte que, grâce à nos activités, les domaines de compétence de nos groupes cibles se développent, de sorte que de nombreuses personnes ont accès à de nouvelles connaissances et donc à de nouvelles opportunités. Il y a des objectifs tels que le maintien de nos traditions, la protection de notre environnement, la promotion des services culturels, la possibilité d’exiger des divertissements pour tous les âges, la possibilité pour les enfants de rencontrer en personne des artisans, les représentants d’adultes de différents domaines, le développement de la dextérité manuelle et l’offre de possibilités où ils peuvent passer utilement leur temps de loisir et s’enrichir avec de nouvelles informations. Certaines personnes développent également des relations sociales, ou nous les aidons à retourner sur le marché du travail et la vie sociale et publique grâce à des programmes visant à prévenir l’exclusion. Le résultat est l’expansion et l’approfondissement du réseau de contacts de l’institution. (French)
