A projekt keretében az alábbi, támogatható tevékenységek valósulnak meg: I. PROJEKT ELŐKÉSZÍTÉS A projekt indítását megalapozó szakmai tevékenységek. - megvalósíthatósági tanulmány készítése; - műszaki tervdokumentumok, engedélyeztetési tervek elkészítése; - közbeszerzési eljárások szakmai előkészítése, közbeszerzések lefolytatása; A projekt előkészítési tevékenységek keretében a pályázó által kiválasztott szolgáltatók elkészítik a tervezett fejlesztés műszaki dokumentációját, és a megvalósíthatósági tanulmányt a pályázati felhívás, és az abban rögzített szabványok, és jogszabályokban rögzítettekre tekintettel. Az előkészítés első szakaszában az engedélyes tervdokumentáció készül el, amely alapját képezi a megvalósíthatósági tanulmánynak, és a projekt költségvetésnek. A projekt költségvetésének megalapozásához indikatív ajánlatok beszerzésére kerül sor, illetve az eszközspecifikációk is elkészülnek. A támogatási döntést követően az előkészítés második szakaszában az elkészített tervek engedélyeztetésére kerül sor, illetve elkészülnek a kiviteli tervek, amelyek a közbeszerzés alapdokumentumai lesznek. Közben az eszközspecifikációk pontosításra kerülnek, illetve előkészítésre kerülnek a közbeszerzési és beszerzési eljárások, majd ezek lefolytatására kerül sor. II. PROJEKTMENEDZSMENT A pályázati felhívásnak megfelelően a projektvégrehajtás érdekében kiválasztott személyekből áll majd, akik a projektmegvalósítást nyomon követik, és az előírásoknak megfelelő jelentéseket és elszámolásokat készítenek a közreműködő szervezet felé. III. PROJEKT SZAKMAI MEGVALÓSÍTÁSA Kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenység: - Iskola épületének felújítása, bővítése és tornaterem kialakítása a pályázatban szereplő feladatellátási helyen az MSZ 24203-2:2012 számú Magyar Szabvány figyelembe vételével Önállóan nem támogatható, de kötelező tevékenységek: - az újonnan épített tornaterem felszerelése a mindennapos testnevelés szükséges eszközökkel a 20/2012. (VIII.31.) EMMI rendelet 2. mellékletében felsoroltak figyelembe vételével - akadálymentesítés a fejlesztés vonatkozásában IV. HORIZONTÁLIS KÖVETELMÉNYEK Esélyegyenlőség, és a környezeti fenntarthatósággal kapcsolatos tevékenységek valósulnak meg a projektben, illetve a megvalósuló tevékenységek során ezekre tekintettel hajtja azt végre a projekt kedvezményezettje. V. TÁJÉKOZTATÁS, NYILVÁNOSSÁG Előírások szerinti kötelezőnyilvánossági feladatokat ellátja a kedvezményezett. A projektterv, illetve a mellékelt Műszaki dokumentáció szerint az iskola felújítására, bővítésére, és a sport-infrastrukturális fejlesztésével kapcsolatos épületbővítés és építés valósul meg. Ennek keretében az iskola felújításra, bővítésre kerül, és egy új tornatermi létesítménnyel bővül. Jelen beruházás keretében egy „A” típusú (MSZ 24203-2:2012 szerinti) tornaterem létesítését tervezzük. Az új tornaterem mérete szabvány szerinti, a tornacsarnokban egy szabványos kézilabda pályát lehet elhelyezni, a többi sportág szükséges mérete (pl: kosárlabda, tollaslabda, tenisz, stb.) ez alatt van. A létesítmény tartalmazni fogja a szükséges kiszolgáló helyiségeket is. Mint az a csatolt műszaki leírásból és engedélyezési tervlapokból látható, az építészeti megoldások egyértelműek, nem tartalmaznak felesleges, költséges, az iskolai neveléssel nem összeegyeztethető műszaki megoldásokat. A felújítás és az új építés révén modern, a nevelési törvénynek megfelelő a tanterv szerinti tanórákat, tornaórákat kiszolgálni képes, illetve szabadidős mozgástevékenységekre is alkalmas új épület és sportkomplexum kerül kialakításra, melyben a pedagógiai munka magas színvonalon folytatódhat tovább. A gépészeti tervezésnél törekedtek a megújuló energia minél szélesebb körű alkalmazására. Az akadálymentes használat érdekében az épület akadálymentesítésére kerül sor, akadálymentes parkoló, és akadálymentesített WC helyiség is kialakításra kerül. A korszerűsítés eredményeként a tantermekben a XXI. századi követelményeknek megfelelő oktatásra nyílik majd lehetőség, melyet mind az építészeti megoldások, mind a korszerű gépészeti megoldások biztosítanak. In engineering design, the widest possible use of renewable energy was sought. For accessible use, the building is accessible, accessible parking and a barrier-free toilet room are also installed. As a result of the modernisation, classrooms will provide opportunities for education in accordance with the requirements of the 21st century, which will be provided by both architectural solutions and modern mechanical solutions. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende förderfähige Maßnahmen durchgeführt: I. PROJECT PROJECT PROJECT Die beruflichen Tätigkeiten, die dem Beginn des Projekts zugrunde liegen. — Durchführung einer Machbarkeitsstudie; — Erstellung von technischen Planungsunterlagen, Genehmigungsplänen; — technische Vorbereitung der Vergabeverfahren, Durchführung öffentlicher Vergabeverfahren; Im Rahmen der Projektvorbereitungstätigkeiten erstellen die vom Antragsteller ausgewählten Dienstleister die technische Dokumentation der geplanten Entwicklung und der Machbarkeitsstudie in Bezug auf die Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen und die darin festgelegten Normen und Rechtsvorschriften. In der ersten Phase der Vorbereitung wird der Genehmigungsinhaber ein Entwurfsdossier erstellen, das die Grundlage für die Machbarkeitsstudie und das Projektbudget bildet. Zur Untermauerung des Budgets des Projekts werden indikative Angebote beschafft und die Vermögensspezifikationen erstellt. Im Anschluss an den Finanzhilfebeschluss werden in der zweiten Phase der Vorbereitung die ausgearbeiteten Pläne genehmigt und die Baupläne erstellt, die die Basisdokumente für die Auftragsvergabe darstellen. In der Zwischenzeit werden die Instrumentenspezifikationen präzisiert und die Beschaffungs- und Vergabeverfahren vorbereitet und durchgeführt. II. Projektmanagement Gemäß der Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen setzt es sich aus Personen zusammen, die für die Projektdurchführung ausgewählt wurden, die die Durchführung des Projekts überwachen und der zwischengeschalteten Stelle gemäß den Spezifikationen Berichte und Rechnungen erstellen. III. Projekt ANWENDUNG Obligatorische Tätigkeit: — Renovierung und Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes und Einrichtung eines Fitnessstudios im Bereich der im Angebot enthaltenen Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung der ungarischen Norm MSZ 24203-2:2012, die nicht selbst förderfähig, sondern obligatorische Tätigkeiten sind: — die neu gebaute Turnhalle mit den notwendigen Werkzeugen für die tägliche körperliche Ausbildung im Jahr 20/2012 auszustatten. (VIII.31.) des Ministers für Humanressourcen unter Berücksichtigung der in Anhang 2 des Dekrets des Ministers für Humanressourcen (VIII.31.) – Zugänglichkeit für die Entwicklung IV aufgeführten. Horizontale REQUIREMENTS Chancengleichheit und ökologische Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten werden im Projekt umgesetzt und vom Projektempfänger durchgeführt. V. Der Begünstigte führt obligatorische Publizitätsaufgaben gemäß den Spezifikationen durch. Entsprechend dem Projektplan und der beigefügten technischen Dokumentation werden Renovierung, Erweiterung und Bau der Schule und der Ausbau der Sportinfrastruktur durchgeführt. Als Teil davon wird die Schule renoviert, erweitert und eine neue Turnhalle hinzugefügt. Im Rahmen dieser Investition planen wir die Einrichtung eines Fitnessstudios Typ A (gemäß MSZ 24203-2:2012). Die Größe des neuen Fitnessstudios ist Standard, ein Standard Handballfeld kann in der Turnhalle platziert werden, die erforderliche Größe der anderen Sportarten (z. B.: Basketball, Badminton, Tennis, etc.) ist darunter. Die Anlage umfasst auch die notwendigen Serviceräume. Wie aus den beigefügten technischen Spezifikationen und Genehmigungsformularen hervorgeht, sind architektonische Lösungen klar und enthalten keine unnötigen, kostspieligen technischen Lösungen, die nicht mit der Schulbildung vereinbar sind. Dank der Renovierung und Neubau wird ein moderner Gebäude- und Sportkomplex geschaffen, der in der Lage ist, Lehrpläne und Gymnastikunterricht zu bedienen und für Freizeitaktivitäten geeignet ist, in dem pädagogische Arbeiten weiterhin von hoher Qualität sein können. Im Engineering-Design wurde die größtmögliche Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien angestrebt. Zur barrierefreien Nutzung ist das Gebäude zugänglich, ein barrierefreier Parkplatz und ein barrierefreier Toilettenraum sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Zuge der Modernisierung werden die Klassenräume entsprechend den Anforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts Bildungsmöglichkeiten bieten, die sowohl durch architektonische Lösungen als auch durch moderne mechanische Lösungen bereitgestellt werden. (German)

Les activités admissibles suivantes seront mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: I. PROJET PROJECT PROJECT Les activités professionnelles sous-jacentes au démarrage du projet. — réalisation d’une étude de faisabilité; — préparation de documents de planification technique, de plans d’autorisation; — préparation technique des procédures de passation de marchés, conduite des procédures de passation de marchés publics; Dans le cadre des activités de préparation du projet, les prestataires de services sélectionnés par le demandeur préparent la documentation technique de l’élaboration prévue et de l’étude de faisabilité en ce qui concerne l’appel à propositions ainsi que les normes et la législation qui y sont énoncées. Dans la première phase de la préparation, le titulaire du permis préparera un dossier de conception qui servira de base à l’étude de faisabilité et au budget du projet. Comme le montrent les spécifications techniques et les formulaires de permis ci-joints, les solutions architecturales sont claires et ne contiennent pas de solutions techniques inutiles et coûteuses qui ne sont pas compatibles avec l’enseignement scolaire. Grâce à la rénovation et à la nouvelle construction, un bâtiment moderne et un complexe sportif, capable de servir les cours de cours et de gymnastique et adapté aux activités de loisirs, sera créé, dans lequel le travail pédagogique peut continuer à être de haute qualité.
