A támogatási kérelem célja, hogy a köznevelési intézményrendszer fejlesztésével az ország fejlettebb régióihoz mérten lehetőleg azonos tanulási környezetet biztosítva, minőségi oktatásban, értékközvetítő, támogató nevelésben részesüljenek intézményünk tanulói. Az iskola tárgyprojektből megvalósítani kívánt infrastrukturális fejlesztése kiemelten fontos annak érdekében, hogy a helyi szükségletnek megfelelő fejlesztés következtében az intézményben az iskolai nevelés-oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezet biztosított legyen. A fejlesztés a megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy megelőzze, illetve csökkentse az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát. A kollégium az iskola szervezetébe integráltan, illetve önállóan jön létre és működik. A kollégium alapfeladata, hogy megteremtse a megfelelő feltételeket azon tanulók számára, akiknek lakóhelyén nincs lehetőség a tanuláshoz, a szabad iskolaválasztáshoz való joguk érvényesítésére, a nemzetiségi oktatásra, illetve akiknek a szülő nem tudja biztosítani a tanuláshoz szükséges körülményeket. A kollégium belső és külső környezete biztosítja a nevelési célok megvalósíthatóságát, szolgálja a kollégisták biztonságát, kényelmét, megfelel az otthonosság általános kritériumainak. A kollégium – a szülővel és az iskolával együttműködve – hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a tanuló eredményesen fejezze be tanulmányait választott iskolájában. A kollégiumi nevelés céljai között szerepel a tanulmányi munka színvonalának szinten tartása, egyes csoportoknál az emelése; a hátrányos helyzetű és halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű tanulók segítése, a művelődési egyenlőtlenségek csökkentése. Kollégiumunk infrastrukturális fejlesztése évek óta nem megoldott. A kollégiumi elhelyezés a hátrányos helyzetű térségekből érkező tanulóknál hangsúlyozottan jelentkezik. Így a mi térségünkre is fokozottan igaz, hogy a kollégiumi nevelés eredményessége összefügg a középiskolai lemorzsolódás csökkentésével, hiszen jellemzően a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás szempontjából veszélyeztetett, alacsony teljesítményt nyújtó diákokat fogadunk. A középiskolai kollégium tanulást segítő, valamit közösségi tereinek tárgyprojektből történő fejlesztése révén a tanulók eredményességének növekedése érhető el. A köznevelési intézmények infrastrukturális fejlesztésének fő célja fokozni intézményünk eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emelni az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. Részcélok: - a helyi szükségletek kielégítésére irányuló, racionális és hatékony működést biztosító, korszerű nevelési, oktatási környezet kialakítása, különösen a tanulást segítő és közösségi terek tekintetében; - a nevelési-oktatási intézmények működéséről és a köznevelési intézmények névhasználatáról szóló 20/2012 (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében (eszköz- és felszerelési jegyzék) meghatározott kötelező helyiségek kialakítása, felújítása és eszközök beszerzésének támogatása a minőségi nevelés feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A projekt célcsoportja: - Közvetlen célcsoport: Intézményünk tanulói és pedagógusai - Közvetett célcsoport:a település és térség lakossága A fent kifejtett célok elérése érdekében az alábbi a „Szakmai tervben” bemutatott szükségletekre, infrastrukturális hiányosságokra megoldást nyújtó tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A felhívás keretében az alábbi tevékenységek támogathatóak önállóan: a feladat-ellátási helyek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó, építési engedélyhez nem kötött tevékenységek: - A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek, és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása, a termek elavult bútorainak cseréje. - A kollégiumi neveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra felújítása, eszközök beszerzése (tanulószobák, könyvtár, olvasószoba, közösségi tanulásra alkalmas helyiség felújítása, kialakítása a meglévő infrastruktúra bővítése nélkül, lakószobák felújítása). Konkrét tevékenység: Elektromos felújítási munkák; Közlekedők padlóburkolatának cseréje Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: - Beázások, födémhibák megszüntetése Konkrét tevékenység: Lépcsőházi tető javítása, beázás megszüntetése, lépcsőház festése - Az infrastrukturális fejlesztésben érintett terek használhatóságának biztosításához eszközök, berendezési tárgyak és bútorok beszerzése A fejlesztés következtében nem csökken a már meglévő funkcionális (nevelési, oktatási célú) helyiségek területe. The aim of the grant application is to provide the pupils of our institution with quality education, value-relaying and supportive education, ensuring the same learning environment as possible in relation to the more developed regions of the country, with the development of the public education system. The infrastructural development of the school from the subject project is of utmost importance in order to ensure an environment supporting the basic tasks of school education in the institution as a result of the development in line with local needs. The development contributes to preventing or reducing school drop-outs and the number of school leavers without qualifications by creating the appropriate infrastructure background. The college is established and operated in an integrated manner and independently in the school’s organisation. The core task of the college is to create the right conditions for pupils who do not have access to study, free choice of school, minority education or for whom parents are unable to provide the necessary conditions for learning. The internal and external environment of the college ensures the feasibility of educational goals, serves the safety and comfort of colleagues and meets the general criteria of homelessness. The college, in cooperation with the parent and the school, contributes to the pupil’s successful completion of their studies in their chosen school. The aim of the college education is to maintain the quality of learning work and to raise it for certain groups; helping disadvantaged and multiple disadvantaged pupils, reducing cultural inequalities. The infrastructure development of our college has not been solved for years. Dormitories are particularly important for pupils from disadvantaged areas. Thus, it is also true for our region that the success of college education is linked to the reduction of secondary school drop-out, as we typically welcome students with low performance at risk of leaving school without education. The development of the secondary school college’s learning and community spaces from the subject-matter project will help to increase pupils’ effectiveness. The main objective of the infrastructure development of public education institutions is to increase the effectiveness of our institution, the inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and the quality of the services it provides, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. Milestones: — the development of a modern educational and educational environment designed to meet local needs, ensuring rational and efficient operation, particularly in the context of learning and community spaces; — on the operation of educational institutions and on the use of names of public education institutions (VIII. 31) the establishment, refurbishment and the purchase of equipment, as defined in Annex 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (inventories of equipment and equipment), in order to create the conditions for quality education. Ziel des Zuschussantrags ist es, den Schülern unserer Einrichtung eine qualitativ hochwertige Bildung, wertsteigernde und unterstützende Bildung zu bieten, um in Bezug auf die stärker entwickelten Regionen des Landes das gleiche Lernumfeld wie möglich mit der Entwicklung des öffentlichen Bildungssystems zu gewährleisten. Die infrastrukturelle Entwicklung der Schule aus dem Fachprojekt ist von größter Bedeutung, um ein Umfeld zu gewährleisten, das die grundlegenden Aufgaben der Schulbildung in der Einrichtung als Ergebnis der Entwicklung im Einklang mit den lokalen Bedürfnissen unterstützt. Die Entwicklung trägt dazu bei, Schulabbrecher und die Zahl der Schulabgänger ohne Qualifikationen zu verhindern oder zu verringern, indem sie einen angemessenen Infrastrukturhintergrund schaffen. Das College wird in integrierter Weise und unabhängig in der Organisation der Schule gegründet und betrieben. Die Kernaufgabe des Kollegiums besteht darin, die richtigen Bedingungen für Schüler zu schaffen, die keinen Zugang zum Studium haben, freie Wahl der Schule, Minderheitenbildung oder für die Eltern nicht in der Lage sind, die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für das Lernen zu schaffen. Das interne und externe Umfeld des Kollegiums gewährleistet die Realisierbarkeit von Bildungszielen, dient der Sicherheit und Komfort der Kollegen und erfüllt die allgemeinen Kriterien der Obdachlosigkeit. Das College trägt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Elternteil und der Schule zum erfolgreichen Abschluss ihres Studiums in der gewählten Schule bei. Ziel der Hochschulausbildung ist es, die Qualität der Lernarbeit zu erhalten und sie für bestimmte Gruppen zu erhöhen; Unterstützung benachteiligter und mehrfach benachteiligter Schüler, Verringerung kultureller Ungleichheiten. Die Infrastrukturentwicklung unserer Hochschule ist seit Jahren nicht gelöst. Schlafsäle sind besonders wichtig für Schüler aus benachteiligten Gebieten. So gilt es auch für unsere Region, dass der Erfolg der Hochschulbildung mit der Verringerung des Schulabbruchs verbunden ist, da wir in der Regel Schüler mit geringer Leistung, die Gefahr laufen, die Schule ohne Bildung zu verlassen, begrüßen. Die Entwicklung der Lern- und Gemeinschaftsräume der Sekundarschule aus dem Projektgegenstand wird dazu beitragen, die Wirksamkeit der Schüler zu erhöhen. Hauptziel der Infrastrukturentwicklung der öffentlichen Bildungseinrichtungen ist es, die Wirksamkeit unserer Institution, die inklusive Bildung (Bildung zur Förderung der Offenheit) und die Qualität der von ihr angebotenen Dienstleistungen zu erhöhen und so den Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung und Bildung zu gewährleisten. L’objectif de la demande de subvention est d’offrir aux élèves de notre établissement un enseignement de qualité, un enseignement axé sur la valeur et un enseignement de soutien, en assurant le même environnement d’apprentissage que possible dans les régions les plus développées du pays, avec le développement du système éducatif public. Le développement des infrastructures de l’école à partir du projet thématique est de la plus haute importance afin d’assurer un environnement soutenant les tâches de base de l’enseignement scolaire dans l’établissement en raison du développement en fonction des besoins locaux. Le développement contribue à prévenir ou à réduire le décrochage scolaire et le nombre de jeunes quittant l’école sans qualification en créant les infrastructures appropriées. Le collège est créé et géré de manière intégrée et indépendante dans l’organisation de l’école. La tâche principale du collège est de créer les conditions adéquates pour les élèves qui n’ont pas accès aux études, au libre choix de l’école, à l’éducation des minorités ou pour lesquels les parents ne sont pas en mesure de fournir les conditions nécessaires à l’apprentissage. L’environnement interne et externe du collège assure la faisabilité des objectifs éducatifs, sert la sécurité et le confort des collègues et répond aux critères généraux de l’itinérance. Le collège, en collaboration avec le parent et l’école, contribue à la réussite des études de l’élève dans l’école qu’il a choisie. L’objectif de l’enseignement collégial est de maintenir la qualité du travail d’apprentissage et de l’élever pour certains groupes; aider les élèves défavorisés et multiples, en réduisant les inégalités culturelles. Le développement des infrastructures de notre collège n’a pas été résolu depuis des années. Les dortoirs sont particulièrement importants pour les élèves des zones défavorisées. Ainsi, il est également vrai pour notre région que le succès de l’enseignement collégial est lié à la réduction du décrochage scolaire, car nous accueillons généralement les élèves peu performants qui risquent de quitter l’école sans éducation. Le développement des espaces d’apprentissage et communautaires du collège secondaire à partir du projet thématique contribuera à accroître l’efficacité des élèves. Le principal objectif du développement des infrastructures des établissements d’enseignement public est d’accroître l’efficacité de notre institution, l’éducation inclusive (éducation favorisant l’ouverture) et la qualité des services qu’elle fournit, garantissant ainsi l’accès à une éducation et à une éducation de qualité.
