A projekt célja 10-18 éves általános és középiskolás roma lányok komplex fejlesztése, akiknél különös mértékben jelen van valamilyen lemorzsolódási kockázat vagy tünet, s akikből a rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülők aránya meghaladja az 50 %-ot. A projektbe a kiskunhalasi általános iskolákból 7-8. osztályosokat, a középiskolákból pedig 9-10. osztályosokat válogatunk be annak érdekében, hogy lehetőség szerint minél kevesebb cserét kelljen végrehajtanunk. Együttműködő partnereink az iskolák, a gyermekjóléti szolgálat, a szociális intézmények, civil szervezetek. Bár szervezetünk saját maga nem valósított meg ROM-ISK projektet, azonban szakmai megvalósítóink - mentoraink, trénereink, oktatóink, szakmai vezetőnk - mindegyike részt vett a ROM-ISK-15 és ROM-ISK-16 projektek mindegyikében. A projekt megvalósításában szoros együttműködésben állunk Kiskunhalas Város Önkormányzatával - a város vezetésének döntése alapján amennyiben valamilyen plusz forrást kell a projekt mellé rendelni, számíthatunk az önkormányzat támogatására. A tevékenységek között az alábbiakat valósítjuk meg: szükségletfelmérés, helyi közösség érzékenyítése, döntéshozók tájékoztatása, egyéni és családi mentorálás, csoport működtetése, természetbeni támogatás, együttműködés az Oktatási Hivatallal, szakmai találkozó szervezése a nyertes EFOP-1.4.4-esek számára, áldozattá válás tréning, családi és női szerepek tréning, szabadidős tevékenységek, egészségügyi szűrővizsgálatok, egészséges életmódra nevelés, egészségfejlesztési tanácsadás a szülőknek, önismereti, pályaorientációs foglalkozások, családterápiás foglalkozások. Alapítványunk tapasztalt Uniós projektek megvalósításában, s különös tekintettel a hátrányos helyzetekkel való foglalkozásban. Alapinfrastruktúránk, személyi állományunk, szervezeti-adminisztrációs-jogi hátterünk megbízható terepet biztosít a projekt magas szintű szakmai megvalósítására és a célok maradéktalan teljesülésére. A projektben szerepelő valamennyi típusú tevékenységet végeztük már korábban vagy jelenleg is végzünk hasonlót (pl. tanácsadás, tréning, csoportfoglalkozás, mentorálás). Munkánkat Kiskunhalas Város Önkormányzatával kötött közművelődési megállapodás, s egyéb szakmaközi megállapodások alapján végezzük. (Hungarian)

The aim of the project is to develop a complex development of Roma girls aged 10-18 years old who have a particular risk or symptom of early school leaving, and of whom the proportion of those receiving regular child protection benefits exceeds 50 %. The project includes 7-8th graders from primary schools in Kiskunhalas and 9-10th grades from secondary schools in order to minimise the number of replacements possible. Our partners are schools, child welfare services, social institutions, civil society organisations. Although our organisation did not implement the ROM-ISK project itself, all of our professional implementers — our mentors, trainers, trainers, professional leaders — participated in each of the ROM-ISK-15 and ROM-ISK-16 projects. We are in close cooperation with the Municipality of Kiskunhalas in the implementation of the project — based on the decision of the city’s management, if any additional resources need to be allocated to the project, we can count on the support of the municipality. Among the activities we implement the following: assessment of needs, sensitisation of the local community, information of decision-makers, individual and family mentoring, operation of a group, in-kind support, cooperation with the Education Office, organisation of a professional meeting for the winning EFOP-1.4.4, victimisation training, family and female roles training, leisure activities, health screening examinations, education for healthy lifestyles, health promotion counselling for parents, self-knowledge, career guidance sessions, family therapy sessions. Our foundation is experienced in the implementation of EU projects, especially in dealing with disadvantaged situations. Our basic infrastructure, staff and organizational-administrative-legal background provide a reliable ground for the high level of professional implementation of the project and the full achievement of the goals. All types of activities included in the project have already been or are being carried out in the past (e.g. counselling, training, group work, mentoring). We do our work on the basis of a public education agreement with the Municipality of Kiskunhalas and other inter-professional agreements. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de développer un développement complexe des filles roms âgées de 10 à 18 ans qui présentent un risque ou un symptôme particulier d’abandon scolaire et dont la proportion de celles qui perçoivent des prestations ordinaires de protection de l’enfance dépasse 50 %. Le projet comprend des élèves de 7 à 8e des écoles primaires de Kiskunhalas et de 9 à 10 des écoles secondaires afin de réduire au minimum le nombre de remplacements possibles. Nos partenaires sont les écoles, les services de protection de l’enfance, les institutions sociales, les organisations de la société civile. Bien que notre organisation n’ait pas mis en œuvre le projet ROM-ISK lui-même, tous nos responsables professionnels — nos mentors, formateurs, formateurs, dirigeants professionnels — ont participé à chacun des projets ROM-ISK-15 et ROM-ISK-16. Nous sommes en étroite collaboration avec la municipalité de Kiskunhalas dans la mise en œuvre du projet — sur la base de la décision de la direction de la ville, si des ressources supplémentaires doivent être allouées au projet, nous pouvons compter sur le soutien de la municipalité. Parmi les activités que nous mettons en œuvre: évaluation des besoins, sensibilisation de la communauté locale, information des décideurs, mentorat individuel et familial, fonctionnement d’un groupe, soutien en nature, coopération avec le Bureau de l’éducation, organisation d’une réunion professionnelle pour l’EFOP-1.4.4 gagnant, formation à la victimisation, formation aux rôles familiaux et féminins, activités de loisirs, examens de dépistage de la santé, éducation à des modes de vie sains, conseils en matière de promotion de la santé pour les parents, connaissance de soi, séances d’orientation professionnelle, séances de thérapie familiale. Notre fondation est expérimentée dans la mise en œuvre de projets de l’UE, en particulier dans le traitement des situations défavorisées. Notre infrastructure de base, notre personnel et notre expérience organisationnelle-administrative-juridique constituent une base fiable pour le haut niveau de mise en œuvre professionnelle du projet et la pleine réalisation des objectifs. Tous les types d’activités incluses dans le projet ont déjà été ou sont en cours de réalisation dans le passé (p. ex., conseil, formation, travail de groupe, mentorat). Nous effectuons notre travail sur la base d’un accord d’éducation publique avec la municipalité de Kiskunhalas et d’autres accords interprofessionnels. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine komplexe Entwicklung von Roma-Mädchen im Alter von 10-18 Jahren zu entwickeln, die ein besonderes Risiko oder ein Symptom für den Schulabbruch haben und bei denen der Anteil der Personen, die regelmäßige Kinderschutzleistungen erhalten, mehr als 50 % beträgt. Das Projekt umfasst die 7.-8. Klasse der Grundschulen in Kiskunhalas und die 9.-10. Klasse der Sekundarschulen, um die Zahl der möglichen Ersetzungen zu minimieren. Unsere Partner sind Schulen, Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen, soziale Einrichtungen, Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft. Obwohl unsere Organisation das ROM-ISK-Projekt selbst nicht umgesetzt hat, haben alle unsere professionellen Umsetzungspartner – unsere Mentoren, Ausbilder, Ausbilder, Berufsführer – an jedem der Projekte ROM-ISK-15 und ROM-ISK-16 teilgenommen. Wir sind in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Kiskunhalas bei der Durchführung des Projekts – basierend auf der Entscheidung der Stadtverwaltung, wenn zusätzliche Ressourcen für das Projekt zugewiesen werden müssen, können wir auf die Unterstützung der Gemeinde zählen. Unter den Aktivitäten setzen wir folgendes um: Bewertung des Bedarfs, Sensibilisierung der lokalen Gemeinschaft, Information der Entscheidungsträger, individuelle und familiäre Betreuung, Betrieb einer Gruppe, Sachunterstützung, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bildungsamt, Organisation eines professionellen Treffens für die Gewinnerin EFOP-1.4.4, Viktimisierungsschulung, Ausbildung in Familien- und Frauenrollen, Freizeitaktivitäten, Gesundheitsuntersuchungen, Bildung für gesunde Lebensweise, Gesundheitsförderungsberatung für Eltern, Selbsterkenntnis, Berufsberatungssitzungen, Familientherapiesitzungen. Unsere Stiftung hat Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von EU-Projekten, insbesondere im Umgang mit benachteiligten Situationen. Unsere Basisinfrastruktur, Personal und organisatorisch-administrativ-rechtlicher Hintergrund bieten einen zuverlässigen Grundstein für die hohe fachliche Umsetzung des Projekts und die vollständige Erreichung der Ziele. Alle Arten von Aktivitäten, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind oder werden, wurden bzw. werden in der Vergangenheit durchgeführt (z. B. Beratung, Ausbildung, Gruppenarbeit, Mentoring). Wir tun unsere Arbeit auf der Grundlage einer öffentlichen Bildungsvereinbarung mit der Gemeinde Kiskunhalas und anderen interprofessionellen Vereinbarungen. (German)
