A Markhot Ferenc Oktatókórház és Rendelőintézet Heves megye meghatározó egészségügyi szolgáltató intézménye. 33 osztályon és 4 telephelyen végzünk gyógyító tevékenységet. Hatékony ellátás megvalósításának kritikus feltétele a megfelelő szakdolgozói létszám biztosítása. Jelen projekt keretén belül 43 fő képzettsége egészül ki további szakképesítésekkel, így az intézmény rendelkezésre álló humánerőforrás mennyiségileg és minőségileg növekszik és ez közvetlenül hozzájárul a betegellátás színvonalának emeléséhez. A programban teljesíteni kívánt képzések a kórház meglévő ellátásaiban kerülnek alkalmazásra, ezáltal emelve az ellátás minőségét és hatékonyságát. Az elmúlt években kórházunkban hazai és Uniós forrásokból a helyi igények alapján történtek infrastrukturális fejlesztések: a műtők számának növekedése, intenzív osztály ágyszámának emelése, az ellátás korszerűsítése, valamint a sürgősségi osztály és laboratórium színvonalának emelése. A beruházások mellé szükséges a megfelelő szakképzettségű humánerőforrás társítása. Az egészségügyi dolgozóknak folyamatosan növekvő és fejlődő szakmai elvárásoknak meg kell felelnünk, hogy a lakosság az orvostudomány aktuális állása szerint kerüljön ellátásra. Kórházunk a jelen program megvalósításával és megfelelő nyilvánosság biztosítása mellett demonstrálja, hogy dolgozói részére folyamatos szakmai fejlődési lehetőséget tud kínálni. Ez pozitív képet fest a felsőoktatásban résztvevő jövőbeli munkavállalók számára. A tudomány jelen állása szerinti minőségi ellátás hozzásegíti a betegeinket, hogy minél előbb visszatérjenek munkájukhoz, így járulva hozzá az ország és megyénk gazdasági növekedéséhez. A jelen program keretén belül elvégzett képzések közvetlenül hozzájárulnak a kórház egészségügyi szolgáltatásainak minőségének emelkedéséhez. Az EFOP keretében intézményünk infrastrukturális fejlesztésekre pályázott meg közvetlenül, illetve a fenntartóján keresztül. A fejlesztések megvalósítása a megfelelő szakdolgozói létszám biztosításával érik el teljes hatékonyságukat. (Hungarian)

The Markhot Ferenc Teaching Hospital and Clinical Institute is a major health care institution in Heves County. We perform healing activities in 33 departments and 4 sites. Ensuring an adequate number of specialists is a critical condition for the implementation of effective care. Within the framework of this project, 43 people’s qualifications are complemented by additional qualifications, so the institution’s available human resources increase quantitatively and qualitatively and this directly contributes to improving the quality of patient care. The training to be completed in the programme will be used in the hospital’s existing care, thereby increasing the quality and efficiency of the care. In recent years, infrastructural developments have been carried out in our hospital from domestic and EU sources based on local needs: increasing the number of operating theatres, increasing the number of beds in intensive care, modernising care and raising the standard of the emergency department and laboratory. In addition to the investments, it is necessary to combine qualified human resources. Health workers have to meet constantly growing and evolving professional requirements to ensure that the population is treated according to the state of the art of medicine. By implementing the present programme and ensuring proper publicity, our hospital demonstrates that its employees can offer continuous professional development opportunities. This paints a positive picture for future workers in higher education. Quality care according to the current state of science helps our patients to return to their work as soon as possible, thus contributing to the economic growth of the country and our county. The training provided under this programme directly contributes to the improvement of the quality of hospital health services. In the framework of EFOP, our institution applied for infrastructure developments directly or through its maintainer. The implementation of the developments will achieve their full effectiveness by ensuring the right number of specialists. (English)

Le Markhot Ferenc Teaching Hospital and Clinical Institute est l’un des principaux établissements de soins de santé du comté de Heves. Nous effectuons des activités de guérison dans 33 départements et 4 sites. Assurer un nombre suffisant de spécialistes est une condition essentielle à la mise en œuvre de soins efficaces. Dans le cadre de ce projet, 43 qualifications des personnes sont complétées par des qualifications supplémentaires, de sorte que les ressources humaines disponibles de l’institution augmentent quantitativement et qualitativement, ce qui contribue directement à l’amélioration de la qualité des soins aux patients. La formation à compléter dans le cadre du programme sera utilisée dans les soins existants de l’hôpital, ce qui améliorera la qualité et l’efficacité des soins. Ces dernières années, des développements infrastructurels ont été réalisés dans notre hôpital à partir de sources domestiques et de l’UE en fonction des besoins locaux: augmenter le nombre de salles d’opération, augmenter le nombre de lits en soins intensifs, moderniser les soins et relever les normes du service d’urgence et du laboratoire. Outre les investissements, il est nécessaire de combiner des ressources humaines qualifiées. Les travailleurs de la santé doivent répondre à des exigences professionnelles en constante évolution et en constante évolution pour que la population soit traitée conformément à l’état de la médecine. En mettant en œuvre le présent programme et en assurant une publicité adéquate, notre hôpital démontre que ses employés peuvent offrir des possibilités de perfectionnement professionnel continu. Il s’agit là d’un tableau positif pour les futurs travailleurs de l’enseignement supérieur. Des soins de qualité en fonction de l’état actuel de la science aident nos patients à reprendre leur travail dès que possible, contribuant ainsi à la croissance économique du pays et de notre comté. La formation dispensée dans le cadre de ce programme contribue directement à l’amélioration de la qualité des services de santé hospitaliers. Dans le cadre de l’EFOP, notre institution a présenté une demande de développement d’infrastructures directement ou par l’intermédiaire de son mainteneur. Das Markhot Ferenc Teaching Hospital and Clinical Institute ist eine große Gesundheitseinrichtung im Heves County. Wir führen Heilungsaktivitäten in 33 Abteilungen und 4 Standorten durch. Die Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Anzahl von Spezialisten ist eine entscheidende Voraussetzung für die Umsetzung einer wirksamen Pflege. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts werden 43 Qualifikationen durch zusätzliche Qualifikationen ergänzt, so dass die verfügbaren Humanressourcen der Institution quantitativ und qualitativ steigen und die Qualität der Patientenversorgung unmittelbar verbessert wird. Die im Rahmen des Programms durchzuführende Ausbildung wird in der bestehenden Pflege des Krankenhauses eingesetzt und damit die Qualität und Effizienz der Pflege erhöht. In den letzten Jahren wurden infrastrukturelle Entwicklungen in unserem Krankenhaus aus heimischen und EU-Quellen auf der Grundlage lokaler Bedürfnisse durchgeführt: Erhöhung der Zahl der Operationssäle, Erhöhung der Anzahl der Betten in der Intensivpflege, Modernisierung der Pflege und Erhöhung des Standards der Notfallabteilung und des Labors. Neben den Investitionen müssen qualifizierte Humanressourcen kombiniert werden. Die Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen müssen ständig wachsenden und sich entwickelnden beruflichen Anforderungen gerecht werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Bevölkerung entsprechend dem Stand der Technik der Medizin behandelt wird. Durch die Umsetzung des vorliegenden Programms und die Gewährleistung einer angemessenen Publizität zeigt unser Krankenhaus, dass seine Mitarbeiter kontinuierliche berufliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bieten können. Dies zeichnet ein positives Bild für künftige Arbeitnehmer in der Hochschulbildung. Hochwertige Pflege nach dem aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft hilft unseren Patienten, so bald wie möglich an ihre Arbeit zurückzukehren und so zum wirtschaftlichen Wachstum des Landes und unseres Landkreises beizutragen. Die Ausbildung im Rahmen dieses Programms trägt direkt zur Verbesserung der Qualität der Krankenhausgesundheitsdienste bei. Im Rahmen des EFOP hat sich unsere Institution direkt oder über ihren Betreuer für Infrastrukturentwicklungen eingesetzt. Die Umsetzung der Entwicklungen wird ihre volle Wirksamkeit erreichen, indem die richtige Anzahl von Spezialisten sichergestellt wird. (German)
