Tornedalen Folkhögskola, Övertorneå municipality, and Arbetsförmedlingen wants to support new methods that will enable the long term unemployed and/or disabled to become employed. We want to create a basis for work integrating social enterprise in Övertorneå. This would enable opening up more opportunities for those in the target group who are interested into developing into entrepeneurs, in order to create their own jobs, and simultaneously the same business should also have opportunities for people even further from the labor market to develop employability through work training. Övertorneå municipality is prepared to offer the recycling store as a starting point. The participants will be able to develop the business based on their own knowledge and experience, as well as create a foundation to widen the area of business. This project will function as a greenhouse for the entire range of people who are long-term unemployed and various degrees of disabilities. Through this project, we want to infuse knowledge about social enterprising in those participants that are motivated to develop their entrepreneurship. We also want to take part of knowledge and experiences from work integrating social enterprises in other places, which can help us structure the project and simultaneously access methods and material, such as language workshops for those stuck in their SFI studies. This is a three year collaborative project. After the end of the project, some participants will be ready to run a work integrating social enterprise according to the developed model. Tornedalen Folkhögskola, Gemeinde Övertorneå und Arbetsförmedlingen wollen neue Methoden unterstützen, mit denen Langzeitarbeitslose und/oder Menschen mit Behinderungen beschäftigt werden können. Wir wollen eine Grundlage für die Integration von Sozialunternehmen in Övertorneå schaffen. Dies würde es ermöglichen, für diejenigen in der Zielgruppe, die sich zu Entrepeneurs entwickeln wollen, mehr Möglichkeiten zu eröffnen, um ihre eigenen Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, und gleichzeitig sollte dasselbe Unternehmen auch die Möglichkeit haben, noch weiter vom Arbeitsmarkt aus die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit durch eine Ausbildung zu entwickeln. Övertorneå Gemeinde ist bereit, das Recycling-Laden als Ausgangspunkt anzubieten. Die Teilnehmer werden in der Lage sein, das Geschäft auf der Grundlage ihrer eigenen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu entwickeln und eine Grundlage zu schaffen, um den Bereich des Geschäfts zu erweitern. Dieses Projekt wird als Gewächshaus für das gesamte Spektrum von Langzeitarbeitslosen und verschiedenen Behinderungen fungieren. Durch dieses Projekt wollen wir das Wissen über soziales Enterprising in jenen Teilnehmern, die motiviert sind, ihr Unternehmertum zu entwickeln, vermehren. Wir wollen auch an Wissen und Erfahrungen aus der Arbeitsintegration sozialer Unternehmen an anderen Orten teilnehmen, die uns dabei helfen können, das Projekt zu strukturieren und gleichzeitig auf Methoden und Materialien zuzugreifen, wie z. B. Sprachworkshops für diejenigen, die in ihren SFI-Studien stecken. Dies ist ein dreijähriges Kooperationsprojekt. Nach dem Ende des Projekts werden einige Teilnehmer bereit sein, eine Arbeit zu betreiben, die Sozialunternehmen nach dem entwickelten Modell integriert. Andere Teilnehmer werden ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit im Sozialunternehmen oder in anderen Unternehmen erhöht haben. (German)

Tornedalen Folkhögskola, gemeente Övertorneå, en Arbetsförmedlingen willen nieuwe methoden ondersteunen die langdurig werklozen en/of gehandicapten in staat stellen werk te vinden. We willen een basis leggen voor de integratie van sociale ondernemingen in Övertorneå. Dit zou het mogelijk maken meer kansen te creëren voor degenen in de doelgroep die geïnteresseerd zijn in ontwikkeling tot Entrepeneurs, om hun eigen banen te creëren, en tegelijkertijd zou hetzelfde bedrijf ook mogelijkheden moeten hebben voor mensen die nog verder van de arbeidsmarkt verwijderd zijn om inzetbaarheid te ontwikkelen door middel van werkopleidingen. De gemeente Övertorneå is bereid de recyclagewinkel als uitgangspunt aan te bieden. De deelnemers zullen het bedrijf kunnen ontwikkelen op basis van hun eigen kennis en ervaring, en een basis kunnen creëren om het gebied van het bedrijfsleven te verbreden. Dit project zal fungeren als kas voor het hele scala van langdurig werklozen en verschillende niveaus van handicaps. Door middel van dit project willen we kennis over social Enterprising in de deelnemers die gemotiveerd zijn om hun ondernemerschap te ontwikkelen te intensifiëren. We willen ook deelnemen aan kennis en ervaringen van de integratie van sociale ondernemingen op andere plaatsen, die ons kunnen helpen het project te structureren en tegelijkertijd toegang te krijgen tot methoden en materiaal, zoals taalworkshops voor degenen die in hun SFI-studies zitten. Dit is een driejarig samenwerkingsproject. Na afloop van het project zullen sommige deelnemers klaar zijn om een werk te verrichten waarin sociale ondernemingen worden geïntegreerd volgens het ontwikkelde model. Andere deelnemers zullen hun inzetbaarheid in de sociale onderneming of andere bedrijven hebben vergroot. (Dutch)
