Varselprojekt Västerbotten est un projet dirigé par la Région Västerbotten en collaboration avec IF Metall, Teknikföretagen et Unionen. Le projet vise à renforcer l’offre de compétences dans une situation où le marché du travail subit des changements majeurs à la suite de la pandémie de coronavirus. L’objectif du projet est que les femmes et les hommes, grâce à des efforts de validation et de perfectionnement des compétences de l’industrie, ont obtenu une sécurité d’emploi accrue et/ou une employabilité accrue.
