Die Volkshochschulen in Norrbotten und Västerbotten können eine wichtige Rolle bei der Vermittlung von Fähigkeiten in der Region spielen. In diesem Projekt wollen wir uns als Volkshochschulen als relevanter Akteur im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor bekannt machen. Wir wollen auch unsere Umgebung kennenlernen, um den Bedürfnissen der Gesellschaft und der Arbeitgeber besser gerecht zu werden. Wir wollen den Mitarbeitern an den Volkshochschulen moderne Werkzeuge geben, um den Bedürfnissen von heute und morgen gerecht zu werden. 5 Volkshochschulen in Norrbotten und Västerbotten arbeiten zusammen, um gemeinsam mit anderen Akteuren in der Region Schulungs- und Entwicklungsanstrengungen durchzuführen. De volkshogescholen in Norrbotten en Västerbotten kunnen een belangrijke rol spelen bij het verschaffen van vaardigheden in de regio. In dit project willen we onszelf, als volkshogescholen, bekend maken als een relevante speler in de publieke sector en private business. We willen ook onze omgeving leren kennen om beter tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van de samenleving en werkgevers. We willen het personeel van de volksscholen moderne hulpmiddelen geven om te voldoen aan de behoeften van vandaag en morgen. 5 middelbare scholen in Norrbotten en Västerbotten werken samen met andere belanghebbenden in de regio samen aan opleidings- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten. Le scuole superiori popolari di Norrbotten e Västerbotten possono svolgere un ruolo importante nella fornitura di competenze nella regione. In questo progetto vogliamo renderci, come licei popolari, noti come attori rilevanti nel settore pubblico e nel settore privato. Vogliamo anche conoscere il nostro ambiente al fine di soddisfare meglio le esigenze della società e dei datori di lavoro. Vogliamo dare al personale delle scuole popolari strumenti moderni per soddisfare le esigenze di oggi e di domani. 5 persone scuole superiori di Norrbotten e Västerbotten collaborano per svolgere attività di formazione e sviluppo insieme ad altre parti interessate della regione.
