The Region of Uppsala, the City of Västerås, the Municipality of Uppsala have joined forces in this project to meet the big challenge we all face. Both the City of Västerås and the whole county of Uppsala will have more inhabitants, and the demographic distribution of the population will make the needs increase heavily while the income per inhabitant decreases. At the same time, there will be a shortage of labor. We therefore intend to significantly increase our ability to create new, more efficient and value-adding welfare services by increasing our innovation skills. At the same time, and partly as a result of the above, new working methods, processes and use of new technology will increase the need to continuously and rapidly build new skills among our current and future employees. We therefore intend to find new and more effective training concepts that suit the employees of our respective organizations. Both of these activities will strengthen the individual participants' competencies and competitiveness. Knowledge of the horizontal criteria will be integrated and linked to the respective themes in our planned competence development efforts. We will work together with SALAR and use and further develop the tools available within the framework of the so-called Innovationsguiden. In addition, we will conduct at least 6 courses in priority areas while developing and testing new and more efficient ways of acquiring knowledge. (English) | |||

Die Region Uppsala, die Stadt Västerås, die Gemeinde Uppsala haben sich in diesem Projekt zusammengeschlossen, um der großen Herausforderung zu begegnen, mit der wir alle konfrontiert sind. Sowohl die Stadt Västerås als auch die ganze Grafschaft Uppsala werden mehr Einwohner haben, und die demografische Verteilung der Bevölkerung wird den Bedarf stark erhöhen, während das Einkommen pro Einwohner abnimmt. Gleichzeitig wird es einen Mangel an Arbeit geben. Deshalb wollen wir unsere Fähigkeit, neue, effizientere und wertsteigernde Sozialleistungen zu schaffen, erheblich verbessern, indem wir unsere Innovationskompetenzen erhöhen. Gleichzeitig werden neue Arbeitsmethoden, Prozesse und der Einsatz neuer Technologien zum Teil aus den oben genannten Gründen die Notwendigkeit erhöhen, bei unseren derzeitigen und zukünftigen Mitarbeitern kontinuierlich und rasch neue Kompetenzen aufzubauen. Deshalb wollen wir neue und effektivere Trainingskonzepte finden, die für die Mitarbeiter unserer jeweiligen Organisation geeignet sind. Beide Aktivitäten werden die Kompetenzen und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der einzelnen Teilnehmer stärken. Die Kenntnis der horizontalen Kriterien wird integriert und mit den jeweiligen Themen in unseren geplanten Kompetenzentwicklungsbemühungen verknüpft. Wir werden mit SALAR zusammenarbeiten und die im Rahmen des sogenannten Innovationsguiden verfügbaren Tools nutzen und weiterentwickeln. Darüber hinaus werden wir mindestens 6 Kurse in prioritären Bereichen durchführen und gleichzeitig neue und effizientere Wege zum Erwerb von Wissen entwickeln und testen. (German)

De regio Uppsala, de stad Västerås, de gemeente Uppsala hebben hun krachten gebundeld in dit project om de grote uitdaging aan te gaan waar we allemaal voor staan. Zowel de stad Västerås als het hele graafschap Uppsala zullen meer inwoners hebben, en de demografische spreiding van de bevolking zal de behoeften sterk doen toenemen, terwijl het inkomen per inwoner afneemt. Tegelijkertijd zal er een tekort aan arbeid zijn. We zijn daarom van plan ons vermogen om nieuwe, efficiëntere en waardevollere welzijnsdiensten te creëren aanzienlijk te vergroten door onze innovatievaardigheden te vergroten. Tegelijkertijd, en deels als gevolg van het bovenstaande, zullen nieuwe werkmethoden, processen en het gebruik van nieuwe technologie de noodzaak vergroten om voortdurend en snel nieuwe vaardigheden op te bouwen bij onze huidige en toekomstige werknemers. Daarom zijn we van plan om nieuwe en effectievere trainingsconcepten te vinden die bij de medewerkers van onze respectieve organisatie passen. Beide activiteiten zullen de competenties en het concurrentievermogen van de individuele deelnemers versterken. Kennis van de horizontale criteria zal worden geïntegreerd en gekoppeld aan de respectieve thema’s in onze geplande inspanningen op het gebied van competentieontwikkeling. We zullen samenwerken met SALAR en de beschikbare instrumenten in het kader van de zogenaamde Innovationsguiden gebruiken en verder ontwikkelen. Daarnaast zullen we ten minste 6 cursussen op prioritaire gebieden volgen, terwijl we nieuwe en efficiëntere manieren om kennis te verwerven ontwikkelen en testen. (Dutch)

La regione di Uppsala, la città di Västerås, il comune di Uppsala hanno unito le forze in questo progetto per rispondere alla grande sfida che tutti noi dobbiamo affrontare. Sia la città di Västerås che l'intera contea di Uppsala avranno più abitanti, e la distribuzione demografica della popolazione farà aumentare notevolmente il fabbisogno, mentre il reddito pro capite diminuisce. Allo stesso tempo, ci sarà una carenza di manodopera. Intendiamo pertanto aumentare in modo significativo la nostra capacità di creare servizi sociali nuovi, più efficienti e di valore aggiunto, aumentando le nostre competenze in materia di innovazione. Allo stesso tempo, e in parte come conseguenza di quanto sopra, i nuovi metodi di lavoro, i processi e l'uso delle nuove tecnologie aumenteranno la necessità di sviluppare continuamente e rapidamente nuove competenze tra i nostri dipendenti attuali e futuri. Intendiamo quindi trovare nuovi e più efficaci concetti formativi che si adattino ai dipendenti della nostra rispettiva organizzazione. Entrambe queste attività rafforzeranno le competenze e la competitività dei singoli partecipanti. La conoscenza dei criteri orizzontali sarà integrata e collegata ai rispettivi temi nei nostri sforzi di sviluppo delle competenze pianificati. Collaboreremo con SALAR e utilizzeremo e svilupperemo ulteriormente gli strumenti disponibili nel quadro della cosiddetta Innovationsguiden. Inoltre, organizzeremo almeno 6 corsi in aree prioritarie, sviluppando e testando nuove e più efficienti modalità di acquisizione delle conoscenze. (Italian)

La Región de Uppsala, la ciudad de Västerås, el municipio de Uppsala han unido sus fuerzas en este proyecto para hacer frente al gran desafío que todos enfrentamos. Tanto la ciudad de Västerås como todo el condado de Uppsala tendrán más habitantes, y la distribución demográfica de la población hará que las necesidades aumenten considerablemente mientras que los ingresos por habitante disminuyan. Al mismo tiempo, habrá escasez de mano de obra. Por lo tanto, tenemos la intención de aumentar significativamente nuestra capacidad para crear servicios de bienestar nuevos, más eficientes y de valor añadido mediante el aumento de nuestras capacidades de innovación. Al mismo tiempo, y en parte como resultado de lo anterior, los nuevos métodos de trabajo, procesos y uso de nuevas tecnologías aumentarán la necesidad de desarrollar de forma continua y rápida nuevas competencias entre nuestros empleados actuales y futuros. Por lo tanto, tenemos la intención de encontrar nuevos y más eficaces conceptos de formación que se adapten a los empleados de nuestra organización respectiva. Ambas actividades reforzarán las competencias y la competitividad de los participantes individuales. El conocimiento de los criterios horizontales se integrará y vinculará a los temas respectivos en nuestros esfuerzos de desarrollo de competencias previstos. Trabajaremos junto con SALAR y utilizaremos y seguiremos desarrollando las herramientas disponibles en el marco de la denominada Guía de Innovación.
