Le projet vise à faire en sorte que les personnes handicapées deviennent employables sur le marché du travail et qu’un rapprochement plus fluide puisse se produire lorsque les entreprises et l’organisation sont intégrées au début du processus. Le projet garantira que l’individu, sans pression de temps, peut devenir fort et générer ses propres outils qui pourront être utilisés à l’avenir. En outre, le projet prévoit également d’établir une structure d’appui aux effets à long terme sous la forme d’un groupe de gestion avec des participants de différentes municipalités en vue d’une diffusion et d’une mise en place plus poussées. Das Projekt soll dazu führen, dass Menschen mit Behinderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einsatzfähig werden und dass eine reibungslosere Abstimmung erfolgen kann, wenn Unternehmen und Organisation frühzeitig in den Prozess integriert werden. Das Projekt wird sicherstellen, dass das Individuum ohne Zeitdruck stark werden kann und eigene Werkzeuge generieren kann, die in Zukunft eingesetzt werden können. Darüber hinaus soll mit dem Projekt auch eine Unterstützungsstruktur für die langfristigen Auswirkungen in Form einer Managementgruppe mit Teilnehmern aus verschiedenen Gemeinden zur weiteren Verbreitung und Einrichtung geschaffen werden. Het project is bedoeld om ervoor te zorgen dat personen met een handicap inzetbaar worden op de arbeidsmarkt en dat een soepelere matching kan plaatsvinden wanneer bedrijven en organisatie vroeg in het proces worden geïntegreerd. Het project zal ervoor zorgen dat het individu, zonder tijdsdruk, sterk kan groeien en zijn/haar eigen tools kan genereren die in de toekomst kunnen worden gebruikt. Voorts is het project ook bedoeld om een ondersteuningsstructuur voor de langetermijneffecten op te zetten in de vorm van een beheersgroep met deelnemers uit verschillende gemeenten voor verdere verspreiding en oprichting. Il progetto garantirà che l'individuo, senza alcuna pressione di tempo, possa crescere forte e generare i propri strumenti che possono essere utilizzati in futuro. El proyecto asegurará que el individuo, sin presión temporal, pueda crecer fuerte y generar sus propias herramientas que se pueden utilizar en el futuro.
