TTW zet met het project ‘ Van kritische naar motiverende veilige leercultuur’ in op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. TTW wil met dit project een motiverende, veilige leercultuur bereiken. Dit zorgt voor meer werkplezier en minder werkdruk. TTW wil samen met de medewerkers werken aan deze vernieuwde leercultuur. Mede dankzij subsidie van het Europees sociaal fonds kan TTW aan de slag met dit project. (Dutch)

Mit dem Projekt „Von kritischer bis motivierender sicherer Lernkultur“ konzentriert sich die TTW auf die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit ihrer Mitarbeiter. TTW will mit diesem Projekt eine motivierende, sichere Lernkultur erreichen. Dies führt zu mehr Arbeitsvergnügen und weniger Arbeitsbelastung. TTW möchte gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern an dieser neuen Lernkultur arbeiten. Dank des Zuschusses aus dem Europäischen Sozialfonds kann die TTW an diesem Projekt arbeiten. (German)

Con il progetto "Dalla cultura critica all'apprendimento sicuro", TTW si concentra sull'occupabilità sostenibile dei propri dipendenti. TTW vuole ottenere una cultura di apprendimento motivante e sicura con questo progetto. Ciò si traduce in più piacere di lavoro e meno carico di lavoro. TTW vuole lavorare insieme ai dipendenti su questa nuova cultura dell'apprendimento. Grazie alla sovvenzione del Fondo sociale europeo, TTW può lavorare a questo progetto. (Italian)
