Today’s economy requires a lot of businesses and its employees. In addition, due to the increasing ageing of their employees, the average age of their employees is rising, resulting in labour shortages.The workload/stress is increasing, as a result the overall health risks are greater and this has the necessary impact on the working experience. In part, Simple Check aims to ensure and promote the sustainable employability of employees, in the areas of: — working healthily and safely; — a healthier lifestyle; — reducing workload/stress; — forms of behaviour in the workplace. This will be done through the execution of a Sustainable Employability Scan in combination with a physical and mental examination. The ultimate goal is to increase insight, knowledge and awareness about the individual employability and health (mental/physical) of the employees. De hedendaagse economie vraagt veel van ondernemingen en haar medewerkers. Daarnaast stijgt door de toenemende vergrijzing de gemiddelde leeftijd van hun medewerkers, wat arbeidskrapte tot gevolg heeft .De werkdruk/ -stress neemt toe, daardoor zijn de algehele gezondheidsrisico’s groter en heeft dit de nodige invloed op de werkbeleving. Mede hierdoor heeft Simple Check als doel om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te waarborgen en te bevorderen, op het gebied van: - gezond en veilig werken; - een gezondere leefstijl; - terugdringen van werkdruk /-stress; - omgangsvormen op de werkvloer. Dit zal gebeuren middels de uitvoer van een Duurzame Inzetbaarheidsscan in combinatie met een fysiek en mentaal onderzoek. Het uiteindelijke doel is het vergroten van inzicht, kennis en bewustwording omtrent de individuele inzetbaarheid en gezondheid (mentaal/fysiek) van de medewerkers. De individuele inventarisaties en evaluaties worden gebruikt als basis voor het opstellen van een plan van aanpak met aanzet tot implementatie. (Dutch)

Die heutige Wirtschaft erfordert viele Unternehmen und ihre Mitarbeiter. Darüber hinaus steigt aufgrund der zunehmenden Alterung ihrer Beschäftigten das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Beschäftigten, was zu einem Arbeitskräftemangel führt.Die Arbeitsbelastung/Stress steigt, so dass die Gesundheitsrisiken insgesamt größer sind und dies die notwendigen Auswirkungen auf die Arbeitserfahrung hat. Simple Check zielt zum Teil darauf ab, die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Arbeitnehmer in folgenden Bereichen sicherzustellen und zu fördern: — gesundes und sicheres Arbeiten; — eine gesündere Lebensweise; — Verringerung der Arbeitsbelastung/Stress; — Verhaltensweisen am Arbeitsplatz. Dies geschieht durch die Durchführung eines Sustainable Employability Scan in Kombination mit einer körperlichen und geistigen Untersuchung. Oberstes Ziel ist es, Einsicht, Wissen und Bewusstsein über die individuelle Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Gesundheit (mental/physische) der Mitarbeiter zu erhöhen. Die einzelnen Inventare und Bewertungen dienen als Grundlage für die Erstellung eines Konzepts mit Anstiftung der Umsetzung. (German)

L'economia di oggi richiede un sacco di imprese e i suoi dipendenti. Inoltre, a causa del crescente invecchiamento dei loro dipendenti, l'età media dei loro dipendenti è in aumento, con conseguenti carenze di manodopera. Il carico di lavoro/stress è in aumento, di conseguenza i rischi complessivi per la salute sono maggiori e ciò ha il necessario impatto sull'esperienza lavorativa. In parte, Simple Check mira a garantire e promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori nei settori: — lavorare in modo sano e sicuro; — uno stile di vita più sano; — riduzione del carico di lavoro/stress; — forme di comportamento sul posto di lavoro. Questo sarà fatto attraverso l'esecuzione di una scansione sostenibile dell'occupabilità in combinazione con un esame fisico e mentale. L'obiettivo finale è quello di aumentare la comprensione, la conoscenza e la consapevolezza circa l'occupabilità individuale e la salute (mentale/fisica) dei dipendenti. Además, debido al envejecimiento cada vez mayor de sus empleados, la edad media de sus empleados está aumentando, lo que da lugar a escasez de mano de obra. La carga de trabajo/estrés está aumentando, como consecuencia de lo cual los riesgos generales para la salud son mayores y esto tiene el impacto necesario en la experiencia laboral. En parte, Simple Check tiene como objetivo garantizar y promover la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados, en los siguientes ámbitos: — trabajar de forma saludable y segura; un estilo de vida más saludable; reducción de la carga de trabajo/estrés; — formas de comportamiento en el lugar de trabajo. Esto se hará a través de la ejecución de un escáner de empleabilidad sostenible en combinación con un examen físico y mental. El objetivo final es aumentar la comprensión, el conocimiento y la conciencia sobre la empleabilidad individual y la salud (mental/física) de los empleados.
