A) Company presentation: ProCam Technical and Development Ltd. was founded in 2004 by Gábor Mészáros Miklós Gábor for the creation of CNC-controlled coordinates. Since then, the founder has been actively involved in technical management and development. Taking into account the latest scientific knowledge, our products are made using the most modern tools available. Some copies of the prototypes under development are commercialised, and the rest of them are part of our company’s tolling services. So our company can be both a manufacturer and distributor as well as end-user. This dual role results from our market advantage, which provides professional competence and direct consulting opportunities, and thus we can directly integrate our knowledge gained during use into our product. Initially, we designed simple mechanical equipment, and thanks to continuous research and development, the stability, installation, reliability and speed of the equipment gradually improved, as well as the machines became more and more complex. In Hungary, many of our customers are already using our equipment with great satisfaction, and currently the development of our sixth generation coordinate table is completed at the same time as the five-axis controller. B) Developments in sales and export price revenues: Our company’s turnover was HUF 745 604 in 2014 and HUF 758.133 in 2015. The share of export sales in the total turnover is significant, at 93 %. ProCam Kft. has shown a dynamic growth over the last 3 years, which has shown the expansion of its activities and the expansion of the machinery fleet, as well as its growing results. The company deals with the research, development and practical exploitation of the technical potential of CNC technology. Current self-produced products: manufacture of cutting machines (flame, plasma, water jet cutting machines), milling machines, control electronics. Services: service, engineering design, machining. Export price revenue in 2013 amounted to HUF 941 707, representing 95.3 % of total turnover (component sales of HUF 871 233 and service revenue of HUF 70 474). In 2014, it amounted to HUF 695 802, which represents 93.3 % of the total turnover (product sales of HUF 621 116, and service revenue of HUF 74 686). In 2015, the net turnover of export sales was HUF 694 068, representing 91.5 % of the total turnover (HUF 630 397 for sales of goods and goods, and HUF 63 671 for services). Our company actively exports 95 % to Slovakia, the remaining 5 % to Hungary, Germany, Moldova, Austria, mostly self-produced products, but sometimes produced by subcontractors. We manufacture interior (internal) shop equipment (i.e. counters, totems, shelving systems, lighting systems, posters, window displays, posters, wall cabinets, rieders) and exterior advertising equipment (such as facade advertising) and security systems (such as mobile phones, laptops, notebook holders with anti-theft). Part of the turnover also comes from the servicing of these products. Moldova (Orange Moldova) and German partners (Holtz) supply self-produced illuminated advertising boards (displays). A small percentage of our revenues also come from the resale of industrial machinery parts (KMT, Kjellberg GmbH) and Indian abrasives (Industrial Mineral Co.). Or from the servicing of our machines installed over the years. This year we invest great energy, money and time in the development of new products (both hardware and software components, sample production and presentation and promotion of the developed products. Export growth potential: The market environment has shown significant recovery and improvement over the last 1.5 years, both at the CNC and POS levels. The strengthening of the German economy has an impact on the whole region’s industry at both manufacturing and service level. A) Cégbemutatás: A ProCAM Műszaki és Fejlesztő Kft.-t 2004-ben alapította Mészáros Miklós Gábor saját fejlesztésű CNC vezérelt koordináta megmunkáló berendezések létrehozása céljából. Az alapító azóta is tevékenyen részt vesz a műszaki irányításban és fejlesztésben. Vállalkozásunk a kezdetektől CNC technológiához kapcsolódó fejlesztésekkel, egyedi gépek mechanikai és elektronikai fejlesztésével, és a gépek legyártásával, valamint fém- illetve műanyag alapanyagok megmunkálásával (gravírozás, vízsugaras vágás, plazmavágás, lézeres vágás, marás, forgácsolás, szemcseszórás) foglalkozott. Társaságunk gyártó tevékenységét Nagytarcsán, az M0 autóút mellet, a Ganz Ábrahám u. 4. szám alatt lévő - az Industria cégcsoport által Nagytarcsa külterületén fejlesztett ipari parkban, saját tulajdonú üzemcsarnokaiban végzi és évről évre itt terjeszkedik. Mivel az egyik legfőbb profil a fejlesztés, ezért a cég bevételeinek jelentős részét költi mai napig kutatásokra, az új technológiák kidolgozása érdekében. A legfrissebb tudományos ismeretek figyelembe vételével, az elérhető legmodernebb eszközök felhasználásával készülnek gyártmányaink. A fejlesztés alatt álló prototípusok egyes példányai kereskedelmi forgalomba kerülnek, további részük pedig a cégünk bérmunka szolgáltatásában vesznek részt. Így cégünk egyszerre lehet gyártó és forgalmazó, valamint végfelhasználó is. E kettős szerepből adódik piaci előnyünk, mely a szakmai hozzáértést és a közvetlen tanácsadási lehetőséget biztosítja, valamint így a felhasználás során megszerzett tudásunkat közvetlenül beépíthetjük a termékünkbe. Kezdetben egyszerű mechanikai felépítésű berendezéseket terveztünk, majd a folyamatos kutatás és fejlesztésnek köszönhetően a berendezések stabilitása, szerelhetősége, megbízhatósága és a sebessége fokozatosan javult, valamint a gépek egyre komplexebbé váltak. Magyarországon már sok ügyfelünk nagy megelégedéssel használja berendezéseinket, és jelenleg a hatodik generációs koordináta asztalunk fejlesztése fejeződik be az öttengelyes vezérlővel egy időben. B) Árbevétel és exportárbevétel alakulása: Cégünk árbevétele 2014-ben 745 604 eFt, míg 2015-ben 758.133 e Ft volt. Az export árbevétel aránya a teljes árbevételen belül jelentős, 93 %. A PROCAM Kft. az elmúlt 3 évben dinamikus növekedést mutatott, amely tevékenységei bővülésében és a géppark bővítésében, valamint növekedő eredményében mutatkozott meg. A cég a CNC technológiában rejlő műszaki lehetőségek kutatásával, fejlesztésével és gyakorlati hasznosításával foglalkozik. Jelenlegi saját gyártású termékei: vágógépek (láng-, plazma-, vízsugaras vágógép), marógépek, vezérlő elektronika gyártása. Szolgáltatásai: szerviz, mérnöki tervezés, forgácsolás. Az exportárbevétel 2013-ban 941 707 eFt volt, amely a teljes árbevétel 95,3%-a (alkatrész értékesítés 871 233 eFt, szolgáltatás bevétele 70 474 eFt). 2014-ben 695 802 eFt volt, amely a teljes árbevétel 93,3%-a (termék értékesítés 621 116 eFt, szolgáltatás bevétele 74 686 eFt). 2015-ben az export értékesítés nettó árbevétele 694 068 eFt volt, mely a teljes árbevétel 91,5%-a (termék és áru értékesítés 630 397 eFt, szolgáltatás bevétele 63 671 eFt). Társaságunk aktívan 95%-ban Szlovákiába exportál, maradék 5 %-ban Magyarországra, Németországba, Moldáviába, Ausztriába szállít, többnyire saját termelésű, de olykor alvállalkozó által gyártott terméket. Az Orange mobilszolgáltató szlovákiai bolthálózatába gyártunk interior (belső) boltberendezéseket (pultok, totemek, polcrendszerek, világítórendszerek, plakáttartók, kirakatrendszerek, plakátok, fali vitrineket, terméktartó berendezéseket, riedereket) és exterior vagyis kültéri reklámberendezéseket (mint homlokzati reklámok), valamint biztonságtechnikai rendszereket (mint mobiltelefon,-laptop,-notebook tartók lopásgátlóval). Az árbevétel egy része ezen termékek szervizeléséből is származik. Moldáv (Orange Moldova) )és német partnereknek (Holtz) saját gyártású világító reklámtáblákat (display) szállítunk. Bevételeink kisebb százaléka származik továbbá ipari gépalkatrészek (KMT, Kjellberg GmbH), indiai koptatóanyagok (abrazív) (Industrial Mineral Co.) viszonteladásából. Illetve az évek alatt letelepített gépeink szervizeléséből. Az idei évben nagy energiát, pénzt és időt fektetünk új termékek fejlesztésébe (mind hardver mind szoftver elemek, mintagyártásba és a kifejlesztett termékek bemutatásába, népszerűsítésébe. C) Exportnövekedési potenciál: A piaci környezet az elmúlt 1.5 éves időszakban jelentős élénkülést és javulást mutat mind CNC mind pedig POS szinten is. A német gazdaság erősödése kihat a teljes régió iparára gyártói és szolgáltatói szinten egyaránt. A bérmunka szerű anyagmegmunkálást, illetve a m.n.s. egyéb általános rendeltetésű gépgyártást (plazma-láng,- vízsugaras,-lézervágó CNC gépek, koordinátapályák), mint fő tevékenységünket ezért újra szeretnénk előtérbe helyezni.
