As part of this project, we would like to acquire a Hermle C250U machining centre. With the help of the new 5-axis machine, we will be able to machine the desired products even faster, more precisely and more precisely, so we will be able to produce more and better quality, thus increasing our capacity. During the 12 years of operation of our company, we have gained huge experiential capital, so neither the implementation of the investment nor the operation of the machine can cause problems. In the preparatory phase of the project, we first assessed the technological needs and contacted the bidders to see which types of machines would best meet our goals. When this happened, we asked for specific quotes, then we managed to select the extremely affordable Hermle machine. The range of movement of the three axes of the machine: X=650mm, Y=650mm, Z=500mm. The machine has Heidenhain TNC 640 control, the spindle can do 18,000 turns in one minute. There are 30 tool spaces on the machine, the maximum weight of the tool can be 8 kg. Compressed air-cooled, equipped with polycarbonate safety glass and rotary view window. It has 3D workpiece tactile, which allows you to further increase accuracy. With the help of the machine, we also have the possibility to obtain new orders that we can‘t take on now or have them done by subcontractors, because we don’t have a machine with this precision at the moment. One of our largest customers is a medical instrument manufacturer for whom we manufacture parts for their blood glucose measuring machines. The laser tool meter and the 3D workpiece tactile make it possible to produce additional parts that require even higher machining accuracy, so by purchasing the machine we fulfil the concept of SME advancing in the production value chain. Thanks to increased capacity and new orders, our added value will continue to increase. In support of our supplier activity, we attach to our tender our contract with FESTO-AM Manufacturer Ltd in 2014, according to which we continuously supply individual, small-series parts to them on the basis of the company’s orders. These are mainly special pneumatics working cylinders and their accessories, designed to serve individual customer needs and are incorporated into individual target machines. Jelen projekt keretében egy Hermle C250U megmunkáló központot szeretnénk beszerezni. Az új, 5 tengelyes gép segítségével még gyorsabban, pontosabban, precízebben tudjuk majd megmunkálni a kívánt termékeket, ezáltal többet, jobb minőségben fogunk tudni előállítani, így növelve kapacitásainkat. Cégünk 12 éves működése alatt hatalmas tapasztalati tőkére tettünk szert, így sem a beruházás lebonyolítása, sem a gép üzemeltetése nem okozhat problémát. A projekt előkészítő szakaszában első körben felmértük a technológiai igényeket, és felvettük a kapcsolatot az ajánlatadókkal, hogy lássuk, mely típusú gépek felelnének meg leginkább a céljainknak. Mikor ez megtörtént, megkértük a konkrét árajánlatokat, ezután sikerült kiválasztani a rendkívül kedvező árú Hermle gyártmányú gépet. A gép három tengelyének mozgástartománya: X=650mm, Y=650mm, Z=500mm. A gép Heidenhain TNC 640 vezérléssel rendelkezik, az orsó 18.000 fordulatot képes egy perc alatt tenni. 30 szerszámhely van a gépen, a szerszám maximális tömege 8 kg lehet. Sűrített levegős hűtésű, polikarbonát biztonsági üveggel és rotációs betekintő ablakkal szerelt. Rendelkezik 3D munkadarab tapintóval, melynek segítségével a pontosság tovább növelhető. A gép segítségével lehetőségünk van olyan új megrendelések megszerzésére is, amelyeket most nem tudunk elvállalni, vagy alvállalkozóval kell elvégeztetni, mert ilyen pontosságú gépünk jelenleg nincs. Egyik legnagyobb megrendelőnk egy orvosi műszereket gyártó cég, akiknek a vércukorszint mérő gépükbe gyártunk alkatrészeket. A lézeres szerszámbemérő és a 3D munkadarab-tapintó lehetővé teszi, hogy további, még nagyobb megmunkálási pontosságot igénylő alkatrészeket is gyártsunk, így a gép beszerzésével teljesítjük a termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV fogalmát is. A nagyobb kapacitásnak és az új megrendeléseknek köszönhetően hozzáadott értékünk tovább nő majd. Beszállítói tevékenységünk alátámasztására pályázatunkhoz mellékeljük a FESTO-AM Gyártó Kft-vel 2014-ben kötött szerződésünket, melynek értelmében a cég megrendelései alapján folyamatosan szállítunk egyedi, kis szériás alkatrészeket a számukra. Ezek főként speciális pneumatika munkahengerek és azok tartozékai, melyeket egyedi vevői igények kiszolgálására terveztek, és egyedi célgépekbe kerülnek beépítésre. (Hungarian)
