During the development, a forklift truck with a capacity of 5 tons will be purchased, which greatly supports the daily operation of the company for the handling tasks of the sheet material, the loading of the parts packaged in the palette, and the lifting and maintenance tasks generated during the installation of the products. According to today’s requirements, the equipment has the most modern options to ensure the motorisation of the forks, the high lifting height with the help of triplex system, the condition monitoring and the fuel consumption reduction system, which, according to the manufacturer, results in 13 % savings compared to the traditional technology. The equipment is able to reach the highest shelving system in our factory, but it also moves comfortably through the smaller industrial gate. Instead of the 3.5 ton lifting maximum so far, 5 tons of lifting weight is available, as well as a modern operator cockpit, which offers a variety of features for the driver. With the help of the former machine, the raw material and part parts are placed in the corresponding manufacturing and storage positions faster and more precisely and at a lower cost. It has all the international safety, technical, manufacturing and energy certifications that meet age requirements and environmental protection. The second item of the project is a CNC controlled letter-sleeve folding device with an automatic feeder. Its purpose is to convert the introduced coil ribbon into a structure of advertising letters in such a way that, even in the case of large series, the same size, shape and surface of letter slates can come off the machine. These are collected by the assembly workers and incorporate additional components needed for the final product, such as font body, LEDs, spacer and insulation. As the system has a software control, it is possible to produce custom inscriptions from any font set, and the graphics department can be connected to the graphics department immediately, based on the corresponding drawings, the mantle to be manufactured can be started or modified immediately. The soul of the system is a bending knife, controlled with a precision of a minute of high speed, which takes into account the feed rate and material, as is the case with the edge bending machines, but at a much higher speed. The operation of the system ensures the extremely efficient production and creates a unique position for the company, because, according to our knowledge, no equipment with this capability is currently located in any company in Hungary. As with the previous device, this CNC machine has all the international security, technical, manufacturing and energy certifications that meet age requirements and environmental protection. Progress in the production value chain: It is clear from the above that with the implementation of the project the company’s production efficiency and efficiency will increase significantly, and a significant increase in added value can be achieved in our company. A fejlesztés során egy 5 tonna teherbírású emelő villás targonca kerül beszerzésre, mely nagymértékben támogatja a cég napi működése során a lemezanyag mozgatási feladatokat, a palettára csomagolt alkatrészek rakodását, és a termékek szerelése során keletkező emelési és megtartási feladatokat. A berendezés a mai kor igényei szerint rendelkezik a legmodernebb opciókkal, melyek biztosítják a villák motoros beállítását, a nagy emelési magasságot triplex rendszer segítségével, állapotfigyelést, és ehhez mérten üzemanyag fogyasztás csökkentő rendszerrel is rendelkezik, mely a gyártó szerint 13%-os megtakarítást eredményez a hagyományos technológiához képest. A berendezés képes az üzemünkben fellelhető legmagasabb polcrendszer elérésére is, ugyanakkor a kisebb méretű ipari kapun keresztül is kényelmesen mozog. Az eddigi 3.5 tonnás emelési maximum helyett 5 tonna a megemelhető súly, továbbá modern kezelői cockpit-el rendelkezik, ami számos funkciót kínál a vezetőnek. Az előbbi gép segítségével az alapanyag és részalkatrészek gyorsabban és pontosabban, továbbá alacsonyabb költséggel kerülnek a megfelelő gyártási és raktározási pozíciókba. Rendelkezik minden olyan nemzetközi biztonságtechnikai, műszaki, gyártási és energetikai tanúsítvánnyal, ami a kor elvárásainak és a környezetvédelmi szempontoknak megfelel. A projekt második tétele egy CNC vezérelt betűpalást hajtogató berendezés, mely automata előtolóval rendelkezik. Célja hogy a bevezetett tekercs szalagot reklám betűk palást szerkezetévé alakítsa oly módon, hogy nagy széria esetén is tökéletesen ugyanolyan méretű, formájú és felületű betűpalástok jöjjenek le a gépről. Ezeket gyűjtik össze a szerelő munkások, és építik bele a végtermékhez szükséges további alkatrészeket, mint például betűtest, LED-ek, távtartó és szigetelés. Mivel a rendszer szoftveres vezérléssel rendelkezik, így tetszőleges fontkészletből egyedi feliratok gyártása is lehetővé válik, továbbá a grafikai részleggel hálózati összeköttetésben, a megfelelő rajzok alapján azonnal indítható vagy módosítható a gyártandó palást. A rendszer lelke egy nagy sebességgel mozgatott fokperc pontossággal vezérelt hajlító kés, mely az előtolási sebesség és alapanyag figyelembe vételével végzi a műveletet, hasonlóan az élhajlító gépekhez, csak jóval nagyobb sebességgel. A rendszer működése biztosítja a kiemelkedően hatékony gyártást, továbbá egyedi pozíciót teremt a vállalkozás számára, mert tudomásunk szerint ilyen képességű berendezés Magyarországon jelenleg egyetlen cégnél sem található meg. Ahogyan az előző eszköz esetében is jelen CNC gép rendelkezik minden olyan nemzetközi biztonságtechnikai, műszaki, gyártási és energetikai tanúsítvánnyal, ami a kor elvárásainak és a környezetvédelmi szempontoknak megfelel. Termelési értékláncban való előrelépés: A fent leírtakból egyértelműen kitűnik, hogy hogy a projekt megvalósításával a társaság gyártási hatásfoka, hatékonysága jelentősen megnő, cégünknél jelentős hozzáadott érték növekedés érhető el.
