The successful operation of the DRAFT'2000 Engineering Ltd. is a prerequisite for the professional competence and experience of the managers, in addition to the excellent technical equipment of the company. Wire protection on each axle end with a metal telescopic casing. The protective housing of the Y-axis moves under the column. Spacious working space is characterised as well as easy, wide open working space and side workspace doors. The main spindle is strapped, direct-powered or motor spindle. The main engine is liquid-cooled. The heat of the main spindle house is carried out with a digital oil cooler, cleaned by air blowout. Air pressurised main spindle bearing, grinded, high-precision double-milk ball screws. Bearing and pre-stressed ball screws at both ends. The toolbox is an umbrella or drum room with arm-shifting tool change. The controller and electronics NCT 201 touch screen CNC controller, EnDat 2.2 absolute measuring system, 0.00005 mm positioning resolution, nano interpolation. The table size of the machine to be purchased is 800*450 mm. The load capacity of the table is 400 kg. The distance between the main spindle façades from the table plane is 125-635 mm, the main spindle axis distance from the column is 535 mm. The machine has an X/Y/Z stroke axis, the maximum speed of the axes is 30/30/24 MPP. The main motor has a solid power of 7.5 kW and an optional power of 13.1 kW. A DRAFT’2000 Mérnöki Kft sikeres működésének alapfeltétel a vezetők szakmai hozzáértésén és tapasztalatán túl a cégkiváló műszaki felszereltsége. Az új termelőkapacitás alkalmazásával, nagy pontossággal és biztonságosan teljesíthetők a régi és új megrendelések a kopóalkatrészek vonatkozásában. Az új gép beszerzéséhez nem kapcsolódik egyéb projektelem. A beszerzésre kerülő EmL-610B CNC megmunkáló központ öntöttvas ágy, állvány és szánrendszer felépítésű. Minden tengelyen szerelt, precíziós golyós vagy hengergörgős lineáris vezeték található. Központi olajkenésű szánrendszer és golyósorsók és mechanikus ellensúly. Minden tengelyvégen található vezetékvédelem fém teleszkópos burkolattal. Az Y tengely védő burkolata az oszlop alá mozog. Tágas munkatér jellemzi, valamint könnyen, szélesen nyitható munkatér és oldalsó munkatér ajtók. A főorsó szíj-, direkt hajtású vagy motororsós. A főmotor folyadékhűtésű. A főorsóház hőntartása digitális olajhűtővel, tisztítása levegő kifúvatással történik. Levegő túlnyomással védett főorsó csapágyazás, köszörült, nagypontosságú dupla anyás golyósorsók. Mindkét végén csapágyazott és előfeszített golyósorsók. A szerszámtár esernyős vagy dobtár, karos szerszámváltással. A vezérlő és elektronika NCT 201 érintőképernyős CNC vezérlő, EnDat 2.2 abszolút mérőrendszer, 0,00005 mm pozícionálási felbontás, nano interpoláció. A beszerezni kívánt gép asztal mérete 800*450 mm.
