The cardboard tablecloths are located in a container on the machine. The container has a dosing mechanism that dispenses the cartons continuously, depending on the remaining quantity. The container has two built-in suction arms with vacuum suction cups, which are normally in lower end position under the upper position of the forming area. The cardboard box making machine with glue unit, using moulding tools and hot liquid adhesive, makes boxes from paper or corrugated boards cut to shape. Changing the size and shape of the boxes is very quick and easy thanks to the many adjustment options and interchangeable parts. Corrugated boards can be stored at the top of the machine, which ensures the feeding during the operation of the machine. The control of the machine consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC). The packaging material prefabricating machine is used to make packagings, made of cut to shape corrugated paper, without glue. The compact steel frame structure, the small encapsulation dimensions, provides a high degree of flexibility when positioning or moving the machine. A Csillagösvény 2012 Kft sikeres működésének alapfeltétel a vezető szakmai hozzáértésén és tapasztalatán túl a cég kiváló műszaki felszereltsége. Az új termelőkapacitások alkalmazásával, nagy pontossággal és biztonságosan teljesíthetők a régi és új megrendelések a jövő vonatkozásában. A projekt hozzáadott érték- növekedési potenciállal bír, hiszen a megvalósításával a Csillagösvény 2012 Kft. tevékenységének színvonala, a termékek minősége az új gépeknek köszönhetően növekedni fog, hozzájárulva a fenntarthatóság és a projekt hosszú távú céljaihoz, így a vállalkozás fejlődéséhez. Az új gépek beszerzéséhez nem kapcsolódik egyéb projektelem. A beszerzésre kerülő 2 db kartondoboz konfekcionáló gép ragasztó egységgel és a 2 db csomagolóanyag előregyártó gép csúcstechnológiát képviselnek a csomagolóanyag gyártó gépek között. A karton terítékek egy tárolóban helyezkednek el a gépen. A tárolónak van egy adagoló mechanizmusa, amely a kartonokat adagolja folyamatosan, a hátralévő mennyiség függvényében. A tárolónak két beépített, vákuum tapadókoronggal felszerelt szívó karja van, melyek alaphelyzetben alsó végállásban vannak a formázó terület felső pozíciója alatt. A kartondoboz konfekcionáló gép ragasztó egységgel, formázó szerszámok és meleg, folyékony ragasztóanyag segítségével dobozokat készít, a formára vágott papír vagy hullámpapír táblákból. A dobozok méretének és formájának változtatása nagyon gyors és egyszerű, köszönhetően a sok beállítási lehetőségnek és cserélhető alkatrészeknek. A hullámpapír táblák a gép tetején raktározhatók, mely a gép működése alatt biztosítja az adagolást. A gép vezérlését programozható logikai vezérlő (PLC) alkotja. A csomagolóanyag előregyártó gép csomagolások készítésére szolgál, formára vágott hullámpapírból, ragasztó nélkül. A kompakt acél vázszerkezet, a kicsi befoglaló méretek nagyfokú rugalmasságot biztosítanak a gép pozicionálásakor, illetve mozgatásakor. A hullámpapír táblák a gép tetején raktározhatók, mely a gép működése alatt biztosítja az adagolást. (Hungarian)
