A.) As part of the project, a comprehensive smart home solution will be developed, the essence and purpose of which is to make existing and diverse homes suitable for smart home solutions. The project will also provide a basis for market uptake. The basic idea of the project is that not only newly designed houses and apartments, as well as refurbished homes at high cost, can be smart homes, but all apartments can be smart homes with very low start-up costs or can start on the path towards the entire system. Accordingly, the project will develop a prototype system that will be sold in the form of a standard and an extended package, which will allow the purchase of a later ancillary system element and the connection of the related cloud-based data retention and data analytics service. The system consists essentially of end devices (controllers and sensors) and an on-site central unit, a server and a user-side mobile application. In the homes, controllers and sensors are installed, as well as the central unit. The central unit communicates with the controllers and sensors, executes preset commands automatically and transmits the received information to the server, which makes the information and response to each event available to the resident via the mobile application. In addition to the development, the company will participate in the SmartSummit event in London in order to sell the system. B.) 4 large project elements can be separated within the framework of the project: 1. Development of constituents 2. Coordination of the system 3. Pilot operation of the system 4. Implementation of market access activities The 4 project elements will be implemented as follows: 1. Development of constituents 1.1. The aim of the development of the system components is to create small built-in modules that can be installed without any major transformation and investment, and the communication between the home and the occupant can be as simple as possible. Accordingly, it consists of the following steps: 1.2. Development of external sensors and controllers: Within the framework of this project, the system’s “end units” are sensors and controllers. The sensors collect the information and the controllers execute the instructions given in the response by directing each essentially mechanical device. 1.2.1. The following sensors will be developed under this project: 1.2.1.1. Door specific motion sensors capable of communicating with the system 1.2.1.2 custom IP camera developed specifically for communication with the system 1.2.2. Within the framework of this project, the following controllers will be developed: 1.2.2.1. Control relays for opening and closing mechanical devices (doors, windows). 1.2.2.2. Smart switches (for electric switches and other electronic switches) 1.2.2.3. Smart sockets in built-in design 1.2.2.4. Smart sockets can be connected in a version 1.3. Development of a central “head” unit: A unit capable of receiving signals from each sensor, transmitting data, receiving responses and transmitting commands contained in the response. The unit has two distinct roles: receiving and managing information from sensors and executing commands. Once the information is received, you can handle the information in two ways. The unit shall either signal to the controllers on the basis of pre-specified instructions and forward only the fact of the information and instruction to the server or, if it does not have a predefined instruction for the particular case, a request is sent to the server in addition to the case. I.e. the system will allow the user to create predefined automatic commands for certain cases (e.g.: the sensors shall indicate all open windows to the central unit after the front door has been closed, giving the controllers an automatic command to close the windows. Commands may accordingly be automatic or commands given on request. In the case of automatic commands, only an indication of execution is sent to the server, while the request is sent in the case of an instruction request from time to time until a response is received from the server side. The central unit represents the smart home unit to the external server, accordingly it is an IP-addressed unit for accurate identification and proper data management and information security. In addition, smart electronic devices can connect to the central head unit, so the app will allow you to see all the elements of the smart home that can communicate. 1.4. A.) A projekt keretében egy átfogó smart home megoldás kerül kifejlesztésre, melynek lényege és célja, hogy a meglévő, legkülönbözőbb otthonok is smart home megoldások befogadására alkalmassá váljanak. A projekt keretében emellett a piaci bevezetés megalapozása is megtörténik. A fejlesztés mellett a rendszer értékesítése céljából a projekt keretében a cég részt fog venni a londoni SmartSummit rendezvényen is. B.) A projekt keretében 4 nagy projektelem különíthető el: 1. Rendszerelemek fejlesztése 2. A rendszer összehangolása 3. A rendszer pilot működtetése 4. Ennek megfelelően a következő lépésekből áll: 1.2. 1.2.1. Jelen projekt keretében a következő érzékelők kerülnek kifejlesztésre: 1.2.1.1. nyílászáró specifikus mozgásérzékelők, melyek alkalmasak a rendszerrel való kommunikációra 1.2.1.2. egyedi IP kamera, mely kifejezetten a rendszerrel való kommunikáció céljából kerül kifejlesztésre 1.2.2. Jelen projekt keretében a következő vezérlők kerülnek kifejlesztésre: 1.2.2.1. Vezérlő relék mechanikai eszközök (ajtók, ablakok) nyitásához és zárásához. 1.2.2.2. 1.4. A szerver egy külső felhő alapon működő elem lesz, mely gatewayként funkcionál. A szerepe a smart home és a lakó telefonja köz (Hungarian)
