The aim of the project is to present sport, healthy lifestyle and the importance of physical activity directly to the inhabitants of the city, as part of a series of events consisting of 10 elements, by placing heroes of Hungarian world stars in various popular sports. The purpose of this event is to promote cycling sport in primary and secondary schools. The need for the project is confirmed by the fact that, according to general health data, children are increasingly moving, with many obese, unhealthy children. By listening to a world-famous Hungarian athlete, the joint training and the experience report, young people can turn to sport again, move more and live healthier. The popularity of the event is increased by the involvement of Balassagyarmat during the Tou de Hongrie 2019 competition, and there is also a good chance of visiting our city at the 2020 competition. Within the framework of the project, an event will be carried out in the second quarter of 2020 as an independent activity at the Dózsa György Elementary School of Balassagyarmati and the Albert High School of Szent Györgyi. A Hungarian world star who promotes cycling sport among children will be invited to the event. On the program, we expect nearly 200 parts of the year. The program will be recorded. Within the framework of the application, the professional programme is written as ineligible activities, as well as the provision of project management, which are carried out, but no costs are declared in this respect. The project will not be subject to a public procurement procedure. During the implementation of the project, compulsory publicity is ensured, for which no costs will be declared either. The project will be implemented cost-effectively, as the contract will be concluded with the best bidder. Savings are also ensured through the involvement of many volunteers: for a number of activities, no costs are declared, so neither publicity nor project management/financial manager costs are declared. A projekt célja, hogy egy 10 elemből álló rendezvénysorozat részeként, különböző népszerű sportágak magyar világsztár hőseinek Balassagyarmatra hozatalával közvetlenül ismertesse meg a város lakóival a sportot, az egészséges életmódot, a testmozgás fontosságát. Jelen rendezvény bemutatásának célja a kerékpár sport népszerűsítése az általános és középiskolákban. A projekt szükségességét támasztja alá, hogy az általános egészségügyi adatok alapján a gyermekek egyre kevesebbet mozognak, sok az elhízott, egészségtelenül élő gyerek. Egy világhírű magyar sportoló megismerése, a közös edzés és az élménybeszámoló meghallgatásával lehetőség nyílik arra, hogy a fiatalok újra sport felé forduljanak, többet mozogjanak, egészségesebben éljenek. A rendezvény népszerűségét növeli, hogy a Tou de Hongrie 2019-es versenyes során Balassagyarmat is érintett volt, és jó esély mutatkozik arra is, hogy a 2020-as versenyen is városunkba látogasson a rendezvény. A projekt keretében önállóan támogatható tevékenységként valósul meg 2020. második negyedévében egy rendezvény a Balassagyarmati Dózsa György Általános Iskolában és a Szent Györgyi Albert Gimnáziumban. A rendezvényre meghívásra kerül egy magyar világsztár, aki a kerékpár sportot népszerűsíti a gyerekek körében. A programon közel 200 fő részévtelével számolunk. A programról felvétel készül. A pályázat keretében önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységként valósul meg a szakmai program megírása, valamint a projektmenedzsment biztosítása, mely tevékenységek elvégzésre kerülnek, de e tekintetben költség nem kerül elszámolásra. A projekthez kapcsolódóan közbeszerzési eljárás nem kerül lefolytatásra. A projekt megvalósítása során a kötelező nyilvánosság biztosításra kerül, mely tekintetében szintén nem kerül sor költség elszámolására. A projekt költséghatékonyan valósul meg, hiszen a legkedvezőbb árajánlatot adóval kerül megkötésre az szerződés. A takarékosság a sok önkéntes munka bevonásával is biztosított: számos tevékenység esetében nem kerül sor költség elszámolására, így sem a nyilvánosság biztosítása, sem a projektmenedzsment/ pénzügyi vezető költségei nem kerülnek elszámolásra.
