Description of the programme: The program is planned for 12 months, starting in September 2019. We involve 12 high school students who are open to the one-month meeting on Saturday, where we train them as contemporary helpers under the leadership of professionals (knowledge of knowledge material and 4 development of self-knowledge). The area of contemporary assistance will last from kindergarten to support primary school age groups, where we use playful tools to show the harmful effects of drugs/alcohol/smoking, while participating secondary school students become protected and consciously aware of the adverse effects. 2. Request definition: • it is mandatory for high school students to attend 50 hours of community work until graduation, which is increasingly difficult to fill with useful things, even though it is a great opportunity to get involved in community development programs • drug involvement is a growing problem in the city, which means that the young/unexperienced/knowledge age group is most affected • the involvement of young people in community programmes in the city is low • civil society organisations do not have a replacement for young people, there are no contemporary helpers • young people are looking for a sense of belonging. 3. Objective 1: • useful spending of young people’s free time, • improving their self-awareness and self-esteem, • developing civil society in Heves • disseminating drug-related knowledge for prevention purposes 4. A program leírása: A programot 12 hónaposra tervezzük, 2019. szeptemberében indulnánk. a programba 12 fő középiskolás fiatalt vonunk be, akik nyitottak a havonta egyszeri szombati találkozásra, ahol szakemberek vezetésével kortárs segítővé képezzük őket (tudásanyag megismerése és önismereti 4 fejlesztés egyben). A kortárs segítés területe majd az óvodától az általános iskolás korosztályok támogatásáig tart, ahol játékos eszközökkel mutatjuk be a drog/alkohol/dohányzás káros hatásait, mialatt a résztvevő középiskolások is védetté válnak, illetve tudatos ismerői lesznek a káros hatásoknak. 2. Keresletmeghatározás: • a középiskolás fiataloknak kötelező 50 órás közösségi munkában való részvétel érettségiig, ezt egyre nehezebben töltik fel hasznos dolgokkal, pedig nagyszerű lehetőség a közösségfejlesztési programokba való bekapcsolódáshoz • a városban egyre nagyobb problémát jelent a droggal való érintettség, ami legjobban a fiatal/tapasztalatlan/tudáshiányos korosztály érintettségét jelenti • a városban a fiatalok bevonódása a közösségi programokba alacsony mértékű • a civil szervezeteknek nincs utánpótlása a fiatal korosztályban, nincsenek kortárs segítők • a fiatalok keresik a valahová tartozás érzését. 3. Cél: • a fiatalok szabadidejének hasznos eltöltése, • önismeretük és önbecsülésük fejlesztése, • a hevesi civilség fejlesztése • a drogokkal kapcsolatos ismeretek prevenciós célú terjesztése 4. Célcsoport: közvetlenül: 14-20 éves középiskolás fiatalok közvetetten: óvodás csoportok, ahol bábjátékokkal, kisiskolás és felsős iskolás csoportok, ahol a tudásanyag dramatikus játékokon keresztüli bemutatásával segítjük a védettség kialakulását, az egészséges felnövekedés biztosítása érdekében (Hungarian)
