In our country too, transport morale has fallen to a rather low level. It’s not natural that someone goes somewhere and doesn‘t come home just to the sad news that they’ve had an accident and are in the hospital. Not to mention, when children are victims, this is an even greater tragedy. These can be prevented if we do so by making the Transport Rules better and more meaningful. It can be more effective to learn the rules when we do this when we play, e.g. starting in preschool age, where children are still susceptible and remember for a lifetime, and they will not forget to continue with children of school age from 1st grade to completion of secondary school. In adulthood, it is more difficult to solve this, then starting a family, ensuring a livelihood is at the forefront and focussing on it. At the end of an intense era, when we get tired and the dementia and the old-age mental decay appear, it becomes necessary here again to present and revive the Transport Rules, which can be solved at separate club meetings, or can also be played at events such as Spiritual and Sport events. Learning can be played not only in childhood, but also in adult and retirement age, because intelligent people can be recognised as they like to play in adulthood. People find out, as they get older, that parts of the body that are not used are beginning to wither, including the brain. If a person performs mental activity regularly, this process can be delayed. This is why this opportunity should be exploited and kept at an imaginative and playful level as well as the development of Transport Rules. Supporting the necessity of the project, antecedents Today we face a lot of traffic accidents. A significant part of this is due to insufficient knowledge of the rules, in addition to carelessness. The aim of the project is to reduce the number of future accidents with regular transport programmes. Our association would like to place great emphasis on the presentation of traffic rules for both children and the elderly. The preparation of the project has been important for our Association to assist the population of Mezőtúr in the acquisition of safe transport. The primary target group for developing a safe transport approach is children who are already involved in transport at school (e.g. walking or cycling school). When educating children, it is important that they learn how to move knowingly by learning traffic rules. Practical learning of these rules makes it easier to capture the knowledge that they can apply later in their adulthood. With the acquisition of conscious transport, a number of minor or larger accidents will be avoided in the future. Education and revitalisation of transport skills is also important in old age. Mental decay in old age, unfortunately, can result in the loss of knowledge used in everyday life. These knowledge also include the knowledge of the Highway Code. In old age, we get out less and less often, even if our physical condition does not justify this. Since we don't travel to so much longer distances, our previously acquired traffic skills will wear off, so it’s important to update and re-educate them. The technical work related to the implementation of the project has been planned and the necessary tools have been selected, which we intend to acquire within the framework of the project. Target group(s) covered by the project The target groups involved in the implementation of the project are preschoolers in the field, children in primary and secondary schools and pensioners. In order to implement the activities to be carried out, it is not enough to describe traffic rules orally, because it is easier for the majority of people to learn when they see them. It is important to raise awareness of the rules on walking and cycling for children and the elderly. These can be said orally, but the computer performance also helps a lot where you can project a traffic situation, or an accident as a deterrent. It helps to learn the rules by using different models to show the operation of traffic situations, how the different lights and their meaning occur, or how to react to this in a given situation. For children, it is also effective to set up a highway park and learn the rules in a playful way, e.g. by bicycle. Our practical experience is that even pensioners like this. Of course, they have to design this park according to their age. In addition to education, there is a need for various tools, tableboards, electrical equipment, CDs, models, parks, the financial side of which is not a small amount, and this is a precedent. Hazánkban is a közlekedési morál elég alacsony szintre süllyedt. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények Napjainkban rengeteg közlekedési balesettel találkozunk. Ennek jelentős része a figyelmetlenség mellett, a szabályok nem megfelelő ismeretéből fakad. A projekt célja, hogy a szabályos közlekedésre nevelő programokkal a jövőben bekövetkező balesetek számának csökkenést érjük el. Egyesületünk nagy hangsúlyt kíván fektetni a közlekedési szabályok ismertetésére mind gyermekek, mind pedig az időskorúak részére. A projekt előkészítettsége Egyesületünk számára eddig is fontos volt, hogy Mezőtúr lakossága számára segítséget nyújtson a biztonságos közlekedés elsajátításában. A biztonságos közlekedés szemléletének kialakításában elsődleges célcsoport a gyermekek, akik már iskolás korukban a közlekedés szereplőivé válnak (pl. gyalogos vagy kerékpáros iskolába járás). Fontos a gyermekek oktatása során, hogy a közlekedési szabályok elsajátításával, tudatosan tanuljanak meg közlekedni. Ezen szabályok gyakorlatias elsajátításával, könnyebben rögzülnek az ismeretek, melyeket később, felnőtt korukban is alkalmazni tudnak. A tudatos közlekedés elsajátításával a jövőben számos kisebb-nagyobb baleset elkerülhetővé válik.
