The city library is one of the key institutions of the city’s community cultural life. For years, the library has considered the city’s rich literary heritage an important wall. The encounter of older age groups and young people who have experienced recent history with experiences that strengthen urban identity together with the presentation of literary and film series, encounters with authentic creators is extremely important for cultivating traditions. It is particularly important to sensitise teens and secondary school age groups to the history of the city by processing literary and film works. It is important that young people feel the lives of older people and those in difficulty. It is also important for young people to be active participants in meetings with renowned creators of the works linking today’s Hungarian literature, which are experience-rich and identity-enhancing programs. This is how cultivating cultural traditions can be linked to the city’s long-term programme. Our goal is to strengthen local identity by organising a series of cultural and community programmes — 7 events. The objective of the HKFS, to which the project contributes most, is strategic objective II: The Library is an integral part of the city’s high intellectual potential, home to inclusive and inclusive communities. He plans two series of programmes (literary and filmmaker) that help preserve cultural heritage at a high level for local communities, building on cooperation between institutions. The library’s high-quality programmes strengthen the creative city function identified in HKFS, as it serves the community of citizens who can build on its traditions and want to live. With our programs, we would reach out to all generations, from youth to the elderly, by exploring the possibilities of social care. We strengthen local identity by using local services and serve as an integral link between public education institutions, which improves efficiency by sharing resources. Details of the professional content of the project (max 4000 characters) Supporting the necessity of the project, antecedents The need for the project is confirmed by the ongoing won EFOP and TOP applications in which the community spaces of the library are renewed, which forms the basis of the programme series to be implemented now. In 2016, there were 5 episodes of unconventional film screening and discussion series in the library, which had a clear positive feedback. The community of the city is looking forward to the continuation of the programmes, for which this project offers an excellent opportunity. A projekt célja: Kőszeg az egyik legrégebbi magyar város, amelynek sokrétű kulturális öröksége, keresztényi és polgári hagyományai vannak. A város közösségi kulturális életének egyik meghatározó intézménye a városi könyvtár. A könyvtár évek óta fontos faladatának tartja a város gazdag irodalmi örökségének ápolását. Célunk a helyi identitás erősítése, kulturális, közösségi programsorozat – 7 rendezvény szervezésével. A HKFS célja, amelyhez a projekt leginkább hozzájárul II stratégia cél: „A város legtágabban értelmezett kulturális örökségének, mint megtartó és befogadó erőinek gondozása, megerősítése” A könyvtár szerves része a magas szellemi potenciállal bíró városnak, befogadó és együttműködő közösségek otthona. Két olyan programsorozatot tervez (irodalmi és filmes), amely a kulturális örökség megőrzését segíti magas színvonalon a helyi közösségeknek, intézmények együttműködésére épülve. A könyvtár színvonalas programjai erősítik a HKFS-ben megjelölt kreatív város funkciót, hiszena hagyományaira alapozni tudó, és élni akaró polgárok közösségét szolgálja. A közösség, amely magas hozzáadott értéket képvisel, és korszerű műveltséggel erősíti a fiatalok városi identitását, mely hozzájárulhat a munkaerő megtartásához. Mindez szorosan kapcsolódik a HKFS-ben megfogalmazott iskolaváros program megvalósításához, hisz iskolán kívüli tanulási környezet kialakítása is megvalósul a könyvtár közösségi tereiben. Programjainkkal minden generációt megszólítanánk az ifjúságtól kezdve egészen az idős korosztályig benne a szociális gondoskodás lehetőségeinek feltárásával. A helyi identitást erősítjük a helyi szolgáltatások igénybevételi lehetőségével és szolgáljuk a közművelődési intézmények közötti szerves kapcsolatot, amely az erőforrások megosztásával javítja a hatékonyságot. A projekt szakmai tartalmának részletezése(max 4000 karakter) A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A projekt szükségességét alátámasztja a folyamatban lévő elnyert EFOP és TOP pályázataink mely keretében a könyvtár közösségi tereinek megújítására kerül sor, ez alapját képezi a most megvalósításra váró programsorozatnak. 2016-ban 5 részes rendhagyó filmvetítés és beszélgetés sorozat volt a könyvtárban melynek egyértelmű pozitív volt a visszacsatolása. A város közössége várja a programok folytatását, amelyre e projekt kitűnő lehetőséget kínál. A projekt előkészítettsége A projekt előkészítettségét a korábbi programjaink és folyamatban lévő pályázataink alapozzák meg. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A fejlesztés kiemelt célcsoportja a középiskolás korosztály: az ifjú olvasók, amely összekapcsolódik a másik kiemelt célcsoport a város középkorú és nyugdíjas tagjaival a közös élményeken keresztül. A helyi fiatalok önkéntes munkájuk keretében részt vesznek a rendezvények helyszínén a szervezésben. A könyvtár kiemelt figyelmet fordít az idős olvasóink életminőségének javítására bevonja őket a könyvtári rendezvényekbe, akadálymentesített szolgáltató helyen. Az esélyegyenlőségi célcsoportokat is pl. mint: 50 feletti, GYES-ről, GYED-ről visszatérők stb. bevontuk a program tervezésbe. A város helyi identitás erősítése és a gazdasági életének élénkítése érdekében helyi szolgáltatás igénybevétele: plakát tervezése, nyomtatása helyi vállalkozóval. A programok szervezésekor a könyvtár együttműködik társintézménnyel, a városi múzeummal. Megvalósítandó tevékenységek A projekt fő tevékenysége: mint Kötelezően megvalósítandó önállóan támogatható tevékenység filmes (3 db) és irodalmi (4 db) programok megvalósítása. A városi múzeum szolgáltatásait vesszük igénybe a megvalósításkor. I. Válogatás Kőszeghez kapcsolódó filmekből: filmvetítés és beszélgetés (beszélgetőpartner bevonásával)alkotókkal 3 alkalommal, melyen olyan filmeket mutatunk be, amelyek valamilyen módon kapcsolódnak Kőszeghez és környékéhez. 1.GYEREKEK A HÁBORÚBAN / KRISTÓF ÁGOTA „háborúja” - A Nagy Füzet c. film A kőszegi származású Kristóf Ágotának a háború embertelenségéről szóló regényéből készült film vetítése.
