The aim of the project is the town of Pécs-Somogy already mentioned by historians in the Middle Ages, the name of the settlement comes from the word “som”. For centuries, the village, like other villages in Baranya, lived mainly from agriculture, livestock farming and the proximity of Mecsek from the forest. Mining in the village started in the 19th century, but it did not become as predominant as in the neighbouring village Vasas. The village was attached to Pécs in the middle of the 20th century, and as one of the smallest parts of the city, it had little room for development. The aim of the project is to renovate the Kossuth L. Cultural House in Pécs-Somogy district — replacement of doors and windows, modernisation of heating system, floor insulation, accessibility, installation with new devices. In Pécs-Somogy, the Kossuth Művház, concerned by the project proposal, is the last building that has been omitted from the developments. The aim of the HKFS is to which the project contributes most, in line with the 2nd target system of HKFS Pécs, on the basis of existing organisational and community cooperation, we strengthen the local initiatives by modernising the infrastructure of our current project proposal, which result in a modern and modern community scene providing a comfortable background for local communities. Through the present project proposal, we also realise/promote the area-specific goal of HKFS, i.e. the integration of the local society into the city fabric of Pécs can be easier by using a modern cultural house. In accordance with point 6.1.1 of the HKFS, the aim of this project proposal is to make the inhabitants of the Pécs-Somogy district of Pécs and Somogy primarily the infrastructural community by creating the infrastructural background of the community development, which is an important element of creating the infrastructural background of the events, which contributes to the high-quality implementation of community events during and after the support period. The direct objective of our project is to renew the community squares of Kossuth L. Művház in Somogy settlement, thereby strengthening the communities of the Pécs-Somogyi settlement area, providing a venue for local events and programs. The aim is also for local organisations and communities to base and implement the development of community spaces together, by involving the communities using Kossuth L. in the development process. The beginning of the history of the Kossuth L. Cultural House in Pécs-somogy district dates back to the 1920s. Like the Kodály Cultural House on the mining site, this building was also a restaurant at the beginning. For decades, this was the venue of the programs of the Cultural Association of Somogyi Miners and Farmers, as well as various events, balls and youth group gatherings. The consistency of the cultural house has deteriorated as a result of decades of use and the lack of renovations. Our association took over the house, which is in very bad condition from a technical point of view, for operation in 2010. Unfortunately, so far, only level-maintaining, conservative interventions8e.e.g.: roof insulation, reloading of tiles (unfortunately only with open tiles), painting of interiors, renovation of sanitary blocks, etc.) was the source of the association, not for the development leading to the renewal of the building and reducing its maintenance costs. 2.5.2 Preparedness of the project The activities not subject to authorisation referred to in point 2.5.4 will be carried out in the framework of a planned project The modernisation of heating is only work subject to administrative authority and not subject to building permit, and we attach an official certificate on these non-licensing works. If the tender is awarded, prior to the commencement of the works, the relevant gas authority licences and gas licence plans, prepared by the appropriate professional, shall be submitted to the authorising authority, as required by the legislation. With regard to the solar system, the necessary authorisations and EON consent are also attached. The target group(s) concerned by the project is, in a broader sense, the population of Pécs City, the inhabitants of Somogy using the Kossuth Cultural House, 750 households, about 2700 people. In particular, the following NGOs and clubs are registered in the Kossuth L. Cultural House: Let’s do for one another Association, head of Margit Kocsisné Nagy (22 persons) Somogyi Betyárok Equestrian Association, leader László Kóta (12 persons) Somogyi Cultural and Environmental Protection Association, leaders Tamás Vókó and Zsuzsanna Hang since 2014, while János Vókó and József Walter (16 people) Jiu-Jitsu martial arts sports club, János Peti (35 persons) Taekwon-Do martial arts sports club, head of József Nagy (16) Head of the Aerobik group, Gabriella Baumanné Jávorka (15 persons) Head of the Women’s Club Somogyi Jánosné Farkas (11 persons) Baba-mama Club (12 persons) Darts C... A projekt célja a Pécs-Somogy városrészben található Kossuth L. Művelődési Ház felújítása - nyílászáró-csere, fűtésrendszer korszerűsítése, födém-szigetelés, akadálymentesítés-, új eszközökkel való felszerelése. Pécs-Somogy városrészben a projektjavaslattal érintett Kossuth Művház az utolsó olyan épület, ami eddig kimaradt a fejlesztésekből A HKFS célja, amelyhez a projekt leginkább hozzájárul A Pécsi HKFS 2. célrendszeréhez igazodva, a meglévő szervezeti és közösségi együttműködések bázisán megerősítjük a helyi kezdeményezéseket jelen projektjavaslatunk infrastrukturális korszerűsítése által, amelyek eredményeképpen egy modern és korszerű közösségi színtér biztosítja a komfortos hátteret a helyi közösségek számára. Jelen projektjavaslat által a HKFS területspecifikus célja is megvalósul/elősegítjük, azaz a helyi társadalom Pécs városszövetébe történő integrálása könnyebbé válhat egy korszerű művelődési ház használatával. A HKFS 6.1.1. pontjában meghatározottakhoz illeszkedve a jelen projektjavaslatunk célja, hogy a közösségfejlesztés infrastrukturális hátterének megteremtése által elsősorban Pécs-Somogy városrész lakosainak egy cselekvő közösségé kovácsolása, melynek fontos eleme a rendezvények infrastrukturális hátterének megteremtése, mely hozzájárul a támogatási időszakban és azt követően a közösségi rendezvények színvonalas megvalósításához. A projektünk közvetlen célja, hogy a somogyi településrészben a Kossuth L. Művház közösségi terei megújuljanak, ezáltal a pécs-somogyi településrész közösségei megerősödjenek, a helyi rendezvények, programok számára helyszínt biztosítsanak. Cél továbbá, hogy a helyi szervezetek és közösségek együtt alapozzák és valósítsák meg a közösségi terek fejlesztését, ennek érdekében bevontuk a Kossuth L. művházat használó közösségeket a fejlesztésbe. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A Pécs-somogy városrészben található Kossuth L. Művelődési Ház történetének a kezdete az 1920-as évekre vezethető vissza. A napelemes rendszer vonatkozásában a szükséges engedélyek, EON hozzájárulás szintén csatolásra kerül. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) Tágabb értelemben a Pécs Város lakossága, a Kossuth Művelődési házat használó somogyi lakosok, 750 háztartás, mintegy 2700 fő. Konkrétan a következő civil szervezetek és klubok vannak bejegyezve a Kossuth L. Művelődési Házban: Tegyünk Egymásért Egyesület, vezetője Kocsisné Nagy Margit (22 fő) Somogyi Betyárok Lovas Egyesület, vezetője Kóta László (12 fő) Somogyi Kulturális és Környezetvédő Egyesület, vezetői 2014-től Vókó Tamás és Hang Zsuzsanna, míg korábban Vókó János és Walter József volt (16 fő) Jiu-Jitsu harcművészeti sportklub, vezetője Peti János (35 fő) TaekWon-Do harcművészeti sportklub, vezetője Nagy József (16 fő) Aerobik csoport, vezetője Baumanné Jávorka Gabriella (15 fő) Somogyi Asszonyklub vezetője Farkas Jánosné (11 fő) Baba-mama klub (12 fő) Darts-klub (22 fő) A Kossuth Művelődési Ház ad otthont 2017-től a Tudásközponttal új együttműködés keretében kialakított Kossuth Könyvtárpontnak is, amelynek vezetője: Novák (Hungarian)
