Within the framework of the project, the energy renovation of the buildings “A” and “B” at 7700 Mohács, Gólya street 42 of the Unified Social Institution will be implemented. The primary objective is to significantly reduce the annual energy use and operating costs of the building, as well as greenhouse gas emissions, thereby reducing the municipal energy costs. The premises of the institution concerned by the project are located in Mohács’s administrative area at 7700 Mohács, Gólya street 42. The external boundaries of buildings A and B, which are to be developed on the premises of the institution, do not meet the requirements of thermal engineering, result in very high energy use and energy costs. The chosen measures are based on the proposals of the building energy expert involved in the energy assessment. Proposals for modernisation: Building A: Modernisation of external delimitation structures according to point 3.1.1(a): inclined roof, attic ceiling, outer wall, knee wall, pedestal wall, metal plate wall, metal plate slab insulation, replacement of doors and windows with 3 layers of glazing. Modernisation of fossil fuel based heat generation equipment according to point 3.1.2.2(a): Installation of 1 Viessmann Vitodens 200 or technically equivalent 45 kW boiler, 1 external temperature sensor, 1 Viessmann VITOTROL 100 UTD or technically equivalent thermostat. Building B: Modernisation of external delimitation structures according to point 3.1.1(a): insulation of outer walls, attic ceiling, pedestal wall, replacement of doors and windows with 3 layers of glazing. A projekt keretében az Egyesített Szociális Intézmény 7700 Mohács, Gólya utca 42. szám alatti „A” és „B” épületeinek energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. Elsődleges cél, hogy az épület éves energiafelhasználása és üzemeltetési költsége, valamint az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátása jelentősen csökkenjen, ezáltal csökkenjenek az önkormányzat energiaköltségei. A projekt összhangban van a TOP 3.2 intézkedésében megfogalmazott fejlesztési irányokkal: az önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek, intézmények, infrastruktúra energiahatékonyság-központú rehabilitációja, az épületek hőszigetelésének javítása a cél, illetve önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek intézmények és infrastruktúra energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. A projekt összhangban van a pályázati felhívás TOP-ból levezetett céljaival is: önkormányzati tulajdonú épület energiahatékonyságot célzó fejlesztése, valamint a hazai megújuló energiaforrások fokozottabb használata is megvalósul, hozzájárulva ezáltal a felhívásban és a TOP-ban rögzített indikátorok teljesüléséhez. A projekt tárgyát képező intézmény telephelye Mohács közigazgatási területén, a 7700 Mohács, Gólya utca 42. szám alatt található. Az intézmény telephelyén fejlesztendő „A” és „B” épületek külső határoló szerkezetei nem felelnek meg a hőtechnikai követelményeknek, igen magas energiafelhasználást és energiaköltséget eredményeznek. A választott intézkedések az energetikai felmérésbe bevont épületenergetikai szakértő javaslatain alapulnak. A korszerűsítési javaslatok: „A” épület: Felhívás 3.1.1.a) pont szerinti külső határoló szerkezetek korszerűsítése: ferde tető, padlásfödém, külső fal, térdfal, lábazati fal, fém lemez fal, fém lemez födém szigetelése, nyílászárók cseréje 3 rétegű üvegezéssel. Felhívás 3.1.2.2.a) pont szerinti fosszilis energiahordozó alapú hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése: 1 db Viessmann VITODENS 200 vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű 45 kW kazán, 1 db külső hőmérséklet érzékelő, 1 db Viessmann VITOTROL 100 UTD vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű termosztát telepítése. „B” épület: Felhívás 3.1.1.a) pont szerinti külső határoló szerkezetek korszerűsítése: külső falak, padlásfödém, lábazati fal szigetelése, nyílászárók cseréje 3 rétegű üvegezéssel. Felhívás 3.1.2.2.a) pont szerinti fosszilis energiahordozó alapú hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése: 1 db Viessmann VITODENS 200 vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű 26 kW kazán, 1 db külső hőmérséklet érzékelő, 1 db Viessmann VITOTROL 100 UTD vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű termosztát telepítése. Felhívás 3.1.2.2.a) pont szerinti HMV rendszerek korszerűsítése: a két épületnek közös melegvízellátása lesz, az alábbiak szerint: 1 db Viessmann VITODENS 200 vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű kazán 120 kW, 1 db Viessmann VITOTRANS 222 vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű tárolótöltő melegvízkészítő modul, 1 db Viessmann VITOCELL 100L vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű 500 literes puffer tároló, 1 db Grundfos MAGNA vagy azzal műszakilag egyenértékű szivattyú 32-50. A projekt keretében megvalósuló önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: Felhívás 3.1.1.a) pont: Önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek energiahatékonyság-központú fejlesztése, külső határolószerkezetek korszerűsítése által: nyílászáró csere, padlásfödém, külső és lábazati falak szigetelése mindkét épület esetében. A projekt keretében megvalósuló választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: Felhívás 3.1.2.2.a) pont: Fosszilis energiahordozó alapú hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése, cseréje, és/vagy a kapcsolódó fűtési és HMV rendszerek korszerűsítése. A projekt keretében megvalósuló kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: Felhívás 3.1.2.1.a) pont: akadálymentesítés: info-kommunikációs akadálymentesítés. Felhívás 3.1.2.1.c) pont: nyilvánosság biztosítása: „Széchenyi 2020 Kedvezményezettek Tájékoztatási Kötelezettségei Útmutató és Arculati Kézikönyv” előírásai szerint.
