The retrospective thermal insulation of facades, footings and flat roofs is carried out in reverse layers. The 135 outdated façades with wooden frame structure with a heat transfer factor of 2.50 W/m2K will be replaced with modern, 1.15 W/m2K PVC framed façades. You only need to shield the skylight, it will be insulated with protective film. To meet the own electricity demand, a photovoltaic system with a power of 50 kWp will be installed on the flat top of the building based on a static calculation. Since the roof can be loaded on the basis of the calculations, it will be fixed with concrete weighting to the support structure of the solar panels. As part of the heating upgrade, the conventional gas boiler will be replaced by a condensing boiler with an efficiency of 98-105 % with an external temperature sensor connected. Conventional valves for radiators in good condition will be replaced by thermostatic valves. School lighting is outdated, classroom lighting is generally undersised, fluorescent tube armatures are inefficient. Armature rows have a bad layout, often run next to the window, they are basically bad in design and are incomplete. The drilling luminaires are of different types and quality. Since it is also appropriate to standardise all luminaires, all luminaires will be replaced with fluorescent lamps fitted with electronic ignition.     A pályázat „Összetett beruházás”, azaz 2 db "Projekt" . A Polgármesteri Hivatal épülete, - Öskü, Szabadságtér 1. (hrsz: 3) -, illetve a Tasner Antal Általános Iskola épülete, - 8191 Öskü, Mecset utca 3., (hrsz: 114,127) –különálló saját mérőhellyel rendelkezik. Az épületek tervezett felújítása energetikus által készített teljes körű energetikai átvizsgálásán alapszik. Az 1. projekt a Tasner Antal Általános Iskola épületének energetikai felújítását tartalmazza. A 2150 m2 fűtött alap-terület iskolaépület jelenlegi energetikai besorolása GG, azaz csak „Átlagost megközelítő” (278,91 %). Indokolt az energetikai felújítás, mivel az összesített energetikai jellemző, az Ep: 233,20 kWh/m2a, míg a követelményértéke, az Epm: 85,00 kWh/m2a. Az épület összesített energetikai jellemzője a követelmény százalékában: 274,36 %. A projektben az 1989-ben átadott lapos tetejű iskola épületének külső határoló szerkezeteinek utólagos hőszigetelése előtt el lesz távolítva a falakat borító 775 m2 palaburkolás is az azbesztmentesítés keretében. A homlokzatok, a lábazatok és a lapostető utólagos hőszigetelése fordított rétegrendben történik. A 135 db elavult, 2,50 W/m2K hő átbocsátási tényezővel bíró fa keretszerkezetű homlokzati üvegezett nyílászárók korszerű, 1,15 W/m2K tényezőjű PVC keretszerkezetű homlokzati üvegezett nyílászárókra lesznek cserélve. Árnyékolni csak a tetőablakot kell, védőfóliával lesz szigetelve. A saját villamosenergia-igény kielégítésére fotovillamos rendszer, 50 kWp teljesítményű napelem rendszer lesz telepítve az épület lapos tetejére statikai számítás alapján. Mivel a számítások alapján a tető terhelhető, ezért betonsúlyozással lesz rögzítve az a napelemeket tartó hordozó szerkezet. A fűtéskorszerűsítés keretében a hagyományos gázkazán lesz lecserélve 98 -105 % hatásfokkal működő kondenzációs kazánra, külső hőmérséklet érzékelővel összekapcsolt szabályozással. A megfelelő állapotban lévő radiátorok hagyományos szelepei lesznek termosztatikus szelepekkel kiváltva. Az iskola világítása elavult, a tantermek világítása általában alulméretezett, a fénycsőarmatúrák rossz hatásfokúak. Az armatúrasorok rossz az elrendezése, sokszor az ablak mellett futnak, alapvetően rossz a kialakításuk és hiányosak. A búrás világítótestek eltérő típusúak, minőségűek. Mivel egységesítésük is indokolt, valamennyi lámpatest elektronikus gyújtással szerelt fénycsöves lámpatestre lesz kicserélve. A projektben az iskola épületének projektarányos akadálymentesítése is megtörténik. Az energetikai beavatkozás eredményeként az épület energetikai besorolása BB lesz. A 2. projekt a Polgármesteri Hivatal épületének energetikai felújítását tartalmazza. A 286 m2 fűtött alap-területű hivatali épület jelenlegi energetikai besorolása HH „Gyenge” (361,53 %). Indokolt az energetikai felújítás, mivel az összesített energetikai jellemző, az Ep: 315,16 kWh/m2a, míg a követelményértéke, az Epm: 85,00 kWh/m2a. Az épület összesített energetikai jellemzője a követelmény százalékában: 350,18 %. A projektben az 1880-ban épült nyeregtetős hivatal épületének külső határoló szerkezeteinek, homlokzati falak, padlásfödém, padlózat, lábazat utólagos hőszigetelése előtt le lesz cserélve azbesztmentesítés keretében a Hivatal tetőzetén az 578 m2 palaborítás, kerámia cserépfedésre. A 24 db külső nyílászáró közül csak 3 db régi, elavult, 3,60 W/m2K hő átbocsátási tényezővel bíró fa keretszerkezetű homlokzati üvegezett nyílászáró. A többi korszerű, 1,15 W/m2K tényezőjű PVC keretszerkezetű homlokzati üvegezett nyílászáró, ezért nem lesznek cserélve. A saját villamosenergia-igény kielégítésére fotovillamos rendszer, 20 kWp teljesítményű napelem rendszer lesz telepítve az épület magas tetejére statikai számítás alapján. A számítások alapján a tető terhelhető. A Hivatalban a teljes fosszilis energiahordozó alapú hőtermelő berendezés ki lesz váltva, cseréje 24 kW –os levegő-víz hőszivattyúra és mindössze 2 db infrapanelre. A jelenlegi hőközlő rendszerre lesz csatlakoztatva a hőszivattyú, mivel a radiátorok műszakilag megfelelőek, csak a hagyományos szelepeik lesznek termosztatikus szelepekkel kiváltva. A hivatal helyiségeinek világítása általában alulméretezett, ezért a korszerű armatúrák által biztosított fényerő-növekedést nem lehet darabszám-csökkentéssel kihasználni. Valamennyi lámpatest elektronikus gyújtással szerelt fénycsöves lámpatestre lesz kicserélve. A Hivatal akadálymentesítése az infokommunikációt kivéve, korábban megtörtént. Az energetikai beavatkozás eredményeként az épület energetikai besorolása AA+ lesz. A 2 projekt fejlesztéseinek eredményeként az üvegházhatású gázok becsült éves csökkenése 77,80 CO2 egyenérték (t) lesz, a megújuló energiaforrásból előállított energiamennyiség 197,95 GJ/év, a A középületek éves primerenergia-fogyasztásának csökkenése 242 621,95 kWh/év, és primer energia felhasználás csökkenés 511,53 GJ lesz.
