General objective: Based on the analysis of the situation and needs assessments, the overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of people living in the segregation area of Krakow and its surroundings by providing various services and planning infrastructure elements. In the project, urban institutions, civil society organisations and cooperation partners work together to reduce prejudices and get training and employment opportunities for the Gypsy in Heves as soon as possible. To this end, we strive for their integration at Community and individual level. Specific objectives of the project: I. Cooperation with a view to creating the conditions for social integration at Community and individual level. II. The creation of continuous social work. III. Work towards promoting employment. IV. Striving for development and development of education outside early childhood, childhood and formal education. V. Effort to improve health. VI Improving access to services. VII. Programmes to help prevent crime and improve public security. The project fully complies with ITS requirements, as follows: Integration with ITS (selected from the whole list) On page 30 of ITS, Table 6, the integration of social groups is highlighted. For details, the following objectives can be found (page 52, Table 15): Social — Programmes providing prevention and early detection in addition to crisis management — programmes establishing community-building — Training of experience helpers among people living in segregation — Close inter-institutional cooperation with the protective woman, educational institutions and labour agency Employment — Completion of a comprehensive survey on the proportion of low-skilled workers in the city — In the framework of a survey, which professions are most demanded — Developing projects similar to the social land programme, implementation — Inter-institutional cooperations (Labour Office, Family Support, Roma Nationality Municipality, Municipality Education — Development of Interinstitutional Cooperations — Developing a Mentor programme to support HH students DRAFT INSTITUTIONS The planned interventions are structured with the help of 6 milestones. 1. Milestone 3: Preparation of the content of the project (September 2016 — February 2017) The milestone will be realised during the first 4 months of the project with the detailed development of the KBT. The SEC meets the requirements of the Call and the detailed Guide and demonstrates the consistency of the technical programme with ITS, ASZP and HEP. At that time, the majority of the social workers were not in employment, and a project with a leading social worker was organised in the professional and administrative way. This is when the final number and the list of participants of the Support Group (TCS) will be established, the inaugural meeting will be held and the details of the work will be built. A detailed Risk and Investment Plan is being prepared. By the end of the milestone, all employees will be in work and 7 more social workers will be recruited at the beginning of the next milestone. We do not carry out procurements in the ESF section of the project, therefore we do not have a public procurement procedure. Resulting documents: KBT TCS SZMSZ and Member List Risk Plan Investment Plan 2-5. Milestone 3: (March 2017 — August 2017) (September 2017 — February 2018) (March 2018-August 2018) (September 2018-February 2019) In these six-month phases, the services undertaken are launched and delivered as follows: The detailed preparation of the program by one of the leading social workers will begin in the previous phase. Every 4-7 p.m. during the program we offer crafts, skills development and useful leisure programs for 30-40 people, mostly from the school age group. The program is perfect for helping children who are unable to eat in the afternoon, relieving work parents and providing children with community opportunities to spend their free time. You can also use computers here. These numbers and opportunities represent a visit of about 250e people in 36 months. Family Health Days Semi-yearly we would like to organise this 2nd milestone stage for a summer time. We invite organisations that help the general public to get information through screening programmes, information sessions, drug prevention briefings, while at the same time providing opportunities for children and families to participate in a community event. We expect 3-400 people one time. This is a community opportunity for families where settlement people and other urban people can meet. We organise it 4 times in 3 years, so we trust the appearance of 1200 visitors. Community actions The tel (English) | |||||||||||||||

A PROJEKT CÉLJA Átfogó cél: A helyzetelemzés és az igényfelmérések alapján a projekt átfogó célja a Krakkó és környéke szegregátum területén élő emberek életminőségének javítása különféle szolgáltatások végzésével és infrastrukturális elemek tervezésével. A projektben a városi intézmények, civil szervezetek, együttműködő partnerek közösen dolgoznak azért, hogy csökkenjenek az előítéletek, és a hevesi cigányság minél hamarabb képzési lehetőségekhez és foglalkoztatáshoz jusson. Ennek érdekében közösségi és egyéni szintű integrációjukra törekszünk. A projekt specifikus céljai: I. Együttműködés a közösségi és egyéni szintű társadalmi integráció feltételeinek megteremtése céljából. II. Folyamatos szociális munka megteremtése. III. Törekvés a foglalkoztatás elősegítésére. IV. Törekvés a kora gyermekkori, gyermekkori és formális oktatások kívüli fejlesztésre és oktatásfejlesztésre. V. Törekvés az egészség fejlesztésére. VI. Szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférés javítása. VII. Bűnmegelőzést, a közbiztonság javítását elősegítő programok. FELTÉTELEK TELJESÜLÉSE A projekt teljes egészében illeszkedik az ITS előírásaihoz, az alábbiak szerint: Az ITS-hez való illeszkedés (kiválogatva az illeszkedők az egész felsorolásból) Az ITS 30. oldalán, a 6. számú táblázatban kiemelten szerepel a Leszakadó társadalmi csoportok integrálása részcél. A részleteknél az alábbi célokat találjuk (52. oldal, 15. számú táblázat): Szociális - A kríziskezelés mellett prevencióra, korai felismerésre lehetőséget biztosító programok - Közösségépítést megalapozó programok - A szegregátumban élő személyek közül tapasztalati segítők képzése - Szoros intézmény-közi együttműködés a Védőnővel, Oktatási intézményekkel, Munkaügyi kirendeltséggel Foglalkoztatási - Átfogó felmérés készítése arról, hogy a városban működő vállalkozások milyen arányban tudnának alacsony iskolai végzettségű munkavállalókat foglalkoztatni - Felmérés keretében megvizsgálni, hogy rövid és középtávon mely szakmákra van leginkább kereslet - Szociális földprogramhoz hasonló projektek kidolgozása, megvalósítása - Intézményközi együttműködések (Munkaügyi kirendeltség, Családsegítő, Roma Nemzetiség Önkormányzat, Települési Önkormányzat Oktatási - Intézményközi együttműködések kialakítása - HHH diákokat támogató Mentor program kidolgozása TERVEZETT BEAVATKOZÁSOK A tervezett beavatkozásokat 6 mérföldkő segítségével kívánjuk strukturálni. 1. A rendezvényre elhívunk olyan szervezeteket, akik szűrőprogramokkal, információs előadásokkal, drogmegelőző tájékoztatókkal segítik a lakosság tájékozódását, ugyanakkor a gyermekek, családok számára lehetőséget teremtve egy közösségi eseményen való részvételre. Közösségi akciók A tel (Hungarian)

Community actions The tel (English)
