Due to the spirit of the call for proposals, the project’s necessity was established in this application file, meetings, discussions, desk analyses and joint project planning. However, the content may be subject to changes and changes as compared to the plans, precisely in view of the work to be carried out during the 12 months available for the preparation of the Community planning and implementation and the action plan and calendar of events. In the present grant application, as well as in the established study, we built on the activities identified as mandatory to be realised in the call. The process already has a history in the settlement, but the present application can be a significant help in the realisation of a local community development over several years, thus achieving real results. As part of the project, it is important to involve professionals in the current human capacity, and we plan to use their expertise in the first 12 months, as well as summarising discussions. We intend to involve external service providers in the implementation of local programmes, processes and actions primarily in the organisation, and the local experts will be involved in the implementation and follow-up, and the work started during the maintenance period. Ensure continuous information and publicity. The training of local staff in the cultural field is an important help from the programme. The main aim of the study visits is to look for good examples and sources from which we can learn in the field of community development and culture mediation. Detailed presentation in the feasibility study, the project preparation section has been described in detail. We have planned all mandatory tasks and complemented the processes with a road safety programme. With regard to the character limit, the designs cannot be repeated in full detail in this section. The final processes and programmes, which will be finalised on the basis of the 12 months of real community planning, now appear on an idea level based on preliminary surveys. As a result of the call, the programmes were not planned in detail on the basis of the future action plan but on the basis of the current preliminary surveys and presented in the study and its annexes. Against this background, both the processes and the planned costs will be clarified by the end of the planned milestone 2, when the 12-month planning and preparation process is completed and the Action Plan and the calendar of events are adopted with the costs of the activities set out therein and the implementation period of the programme for 36 months can start. We planned to close the project for 4 months, during which the summary document will be prepared, as well as the results communication and the finalisation of the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A pályázati felhívás szellemiségéből adódóan jelen pályázati anyagban a projekt szükségességének megalapozása történt meg, találkozók, beszélgetések, megtartásával másodelemzések és közös projekttervezéssel. Azonban a tartalom éppen a közösségi tervezés és megvalósítása, valamint a cselekvési terv és rendezvénynaptár elkészítésére rendelkezésre álló 12 hónap alatt elvégzendő feladatokra tekintettel változhatnak, módosulhatnak a tervekhez képest. Jelen támogatási kérelemben, valamint az elkészült megalapozó tanulmányban is a felmerült szükségletekre alapozott a felhívásban kötelezően magvalósítandónak jelölt tevékenységekre építettünk. a folyamatnak a településen már van múltja, azonban jelen pályázat jelentős segítséget nyújthat egy több éven keresztüli, tehát valós eredményt is elérő helyi közösségfejlesztés megvalósításához. A projekt keretében jelentős segítség, hogy szakembereket vonhatunk be a jelenlegi humánkapacitás mellé, az ő szakértelmüket elsősorban az első 12 hónapban, illetve az összegző megbeszéléseket tervezzük igénybe venni. A helyi programok, folyamatok, akciók megvalósításába elsősorban a szervezésbe kívánunk külső szolgáltatót bevonni, a helyi szakemberek pedig a lebonyolításban és utánkövetésben veszek majd részt, illetve a fenntartási időszak alatt végzik a megkezdett munkát. Biztosítják a folyamatos tájékoztatást és nyilvánosságot. A kulturális területen dolgozó helyi munkatársak képzése jelentős segítség a program részéről. Tanulmányutak keretében elsősorban olyan jó példákat és forráshelyeket kívánunk felkutatni, amelyekből a közösségfejlesztés és kultúraközvetítés terén tanulhatunk. Részletes bemutatás a Megvalósíthatósági tanulmányban, a projekt-előkészítettség részben részletesen bemutattuk. Minden kötelező ellátandó feladatot terveztünk, illetve közlekedésbiztonsági programmal egészítjük ki a folyamatokat. A karakter korlátra való tekintettel teljes részletességgel a tervek nem ismételhetők meg ebben a részben. A végleges folyamatok, programok, melyek majd a 12 hónapos valós közösségi tervezés alapján kerülnek véglegesítésre, most az előzetes felmérések alapján ötlet szinten jelennek meg. A felhívásból adódóan így a programok nem a jövőben elkészülő cselekvési terv alapján, hanem a jelenlegi előzetes felmérésekre alapozva kerültek részletesen megtervezésre és a í tanulmányban, valamint annak mellékleteiben bemutatásra. Ennek tükrében mind a folyamatok, mind a tervezett költségek is pontosításra kerülnek a tervezett 2. mérföldkő végére, amikorra lezárul a 12 hónapos tervezési, előkészítési folyamat és elfogadásra kerül a Cselekvési terv és rendezvénynaptár az azokban megfogalmazott tevékenységek költségeivel és megkezdődhet a 36 hónapra tervezett program megvalósítás időszaka. A projekt zárására 4 hónapot terveztünk, amely időszak alatt megtörténik az összegző dokumentum elkészítése, valamint az eredménykommunikáció és a projekt végelszámolása. (Hungarian)
