The project aims to develop the designated action area in the southern part of Mohács, which captures 2, 3 and 5 segregates. The needs assessment was interrupted due to the emergency situation that entered into force on 11 March 2020. The technical programme of the project was defined from the data of the needs assessments carried out so far, taking into account the experience gained during the implementation of the project on the same subject in Mohács Újváros. The applicant plans complex interventions responding to the problems identified by the needs assessment in the action area comprising three segregates. The project applicant envisages the following interventions: Individual development: Preparation of individual development plans in order to accurately map the actual personal circumstances of the persons involved in the programme and, on this basis, tailor-made to identify the priority areas to be developed. In accordance with point 3.2.12 of the call, the performance of the activity shall include the achievement of the objectives set out in the individual development plans drawn up on the basis of the mapping of the problems, and a review at least every three months. In the framework of complex family organisation: 1. Family day: The programme provides an opportunity to carry out value-oriented leisure activities. It provides families living in poverty with participation in activities that enrich them with positive experiences. The programme will also help children to build social relationships, strengthen their conflict-solving skills, and acquire basic social standards, which will later become an essential element of the child’s social integration. The tasks of the program develop handicrafts, creativity, responsibility, community spirit, cohesion, and resolve the conflict between parents and children. The event helps communication and the development of partnership, gives a uniform pattern of community behaviour and conveys values to families. Complex life management: Within the framework of the project, ad hoc life coaching is provided in parallel to individual development and in close connection with that provided by the social workers involved in the implementation of the project. In doing so, the social case management process is divided into phases and the time needed for work is structured, since case management, like any workflow, requires the planned order of the appropriate steps. Different objectives and tasks are assigned to each phase, e.g. the exploratory discussion at the first (some) encounters is followed by the preparation of a joint work plan aimed at alleviating or eliminating the problem. In the framework of household management and debt management advice: 1. In the framework of social work with families and individual development, household management counselling is carried out on a continuous basis and continues until the family becomes suitable for independent household management. Household management deals with the following topics: exploring and achieving the possibilities of healthy lifestyles and nutrition, conscious purchasing, reducing overhead costs by taking into account environmental awareness, division of labour in the family, keeping household logs. The advice shall be provided in accordance with point 3.2.11 of the call. 2. The purpose of debt management advice is to eliminate their arrears and restore their solvency by learning about the intentions of the debtors seeking the service, with the help of a jointly established debt settlement plan. To do this, the operation of the debtor household, the possible forms of cooperation and the possibilities of support for the settlement and the conditions of access must be known. It is important to establish good cooperation with service providers — creditors — so that the debt settlement and repayment agreements also take into account the bearing capacity of the parties concerned. In the course of individual case management, tailor-made strategies can be developed in cooperation with the client — with the involvement of those living in the same household — that can be used to reduce and/or settle the debt. The first step is to identify problems, followed by the preparation of an arrears management plan and the necessary practical steps. Further advice may be provided during after-care. The advice is provided in the context of the social work and individual development of the stakeholders, in accordance with point 3.2.11 of the call. Within the framework of the programme element, the social workers involved in the implementation of the project provide labour market mentoring to the members of the target group through individual development, in order to facilitate the entry into employment of those seeking employment, to achieve a working status, to ensure career planning and advancement, and to help them stay in work. A projekt a mohácsi déli városrészben kijelölt akcióterület fejlesztését célozza meg, mely magában fogalja 2, 3. és 5. szegregátumokat. Az igényfelmérés a 2020.március 11-én életbe lépett Veszélyhelyzet miatt félbeszakadt. A projekt szakmai programját az eddig megvalósult igényfelmérések adataiból, a Mohács Újvárosban zajló hasonló tárgyú projekt végrehajtása során szerzett tapasztalatokat is figyelembe véve határoztuk meg.Pályázó az igényfelmérés által feltárt problémákra reagáló, komplex beavatkozásokat tervez a három szegregátumot magában foglaló akcióterületen. A projekt keretében pályázó az alábbi beavatkozásokat tervezi: Egyéni fejlesztés: Egyéni fejlesztési tervek elkészítése a programba bevont személyek aktuális személyes adottságainak pontos feltérképezése, és ez alapján egyénre szabottan az elsődleges prioritást élvező fejlesztendő területek meghatározása érdekében. A felhívás 3.2.12. pontjával összhangban a tevékenység ellátása folyamatos, a problémák feltérképezése alapján elkészített egyéni fejlesztési tervekben foglalt célok megvalósítását és legalább háromhavonta történő felülvizsgálatát is magában foglalja. Komplex családszervezés keretében: 1. Családi nap: A program lehetőséget nyújt az értékorientált szabadidős tevékenység megvalósítására. A szegénységben élő családoknak, olyan tevékenységben való részvételt biztosít, mely pozitív élményekkel gazdagítja őket. A program továbbá segíti a gyermekek társas kapcsolatok kiépítésének készségeit, konfliktusmegoldó képességeinek erősödését, alapvető társadalmi normák elsajátítását, amely a későbbiekben a gyermek társadalmi beilleszkedésének alapvető elemét képzik. A tanácsadás a felhívás 3.2.11. pontjában foglaltakkal összhangban történik. 2. A program folyamata: 1. Mohácson, ellátási területünkön a fellelhető iskola rendszerű képzések, tanfolyamok, álláslehetőségek feltérképezése. 2. Kapcsolatfelvéte (Hungarian)
