The project aims to connect 100 % municipally owned buildings to renewable energy installations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels. The energy refurbishment of the buildings to be included in the project will be carried out in accordance with the call for proposals and are in line with it. The results of the project will contribute to Member States’ energy efficiency obligations under Directive 2012/27/EU and the share of renewable energy under Directive 2009/28/EC. Project sites affected by the development: Buildings to be developed as part of a tender title No. Building Title 1. School 3332 Sirok Borics Pál út 2 2. Sports hall 3332 Sirok Borics Pál út 2 3. Mayor’s Office 3332 Sirok Borics Pál út 6 4. Community House 3332 Sirok Borics Pál út 8 5. Library 3332 Sirok Borics Pál út 1 Following the examination and economic analysis of a number of technological options, it has been established that the establishment of a heat pump system adapted to the specificities of the existing technology can be a reassuring response to changes in the external environment. The constant change in consumer demand, market opening in the electricity and gas markets, the constant rise in energy prices and the challenges of creating sustainable development encourage different actors in society, including industrial companies and municipalities, to take a new approach to the issues of energy supply. In line with domestic and EU energy policy, the Municipality of Sirok has the objective of mainstreaming environmental aspects in economic development. This is conditional on the ever-increasing use of renewable energy sources, the development of a harmonious relationship between society and the environment, and indirectly the positive influence of the domestic energy source mix by facilitating the shift from conventional energy sources to renewable energy sources. The purpose of this tender is to propose a complex energy modernisation of the buildings involved in the development of the municipality of Sirok. Improvement proposals aimed at reducing the operating costs of the building(s) and thus of the municipality: Biomass project part: • Installation of 1 wood gasification boiler of 149.3 kW and 1 pcs 199.7 kW, with a total rated output of 349 kW, • Chimney construction • Installing a pre-insulated pipeline between the thermal centre and the buildings included in the heat supply, • The thermal conversion of coated buildings, connection to the heating systems of the buildings to be supplied, • Construction of basic material storage solar panel project: • 3 solar powered HMKEs with a total connection capacity of 22 kVA, broken down by building as follows: O Primary School: 10 kVA o Sports hall: 7 kVA o Mayor’s Office: 5 kVA (English)

A projekt célja a 100%-ban önkormányzati tulajdonban lévő épületek megújuló energiát hasznosító berendezésekre történő kapcsolódása, melyek a fosszilis energiahordozókból származó üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátásának csökkentését szolgálják. A projektbe bevonni kívánt épületek energetikai felújítása a pályázati kiírással összhangban valósul meg és illeszkedik ahhoz. A projekt megvalósításának eredményéül szolgáló értékek hozzá járulnak a 2012/27/EU irányelv szerinti energiahatékonysági illetve a 2009/28/EK irányelv szerinti megújuló energia részarányra vonatkozó kötelezettségek tagállami teljesítéséhez. A fejlesztéssel érintett projekt helyszínek: Pályázat keretében fejlesztendő épületek No. Épület megnevezése Cím 1. Ennek feltétele a megújuló energiaforrások mind nagyobb arányú felhasználása, a társadalom és a környezet harmonikus viszonyának kialakítása, közvetve a hazai energiahordozó forrásszerkezet kedvező befolyásolása a hagyományos energiaforrások felől a megújuló energiaforrások irányába való elmozdulás elősegítésével. Jelen pályázat célja, hogy javaslatot tegyen Sirok település fejlesztésbe bevont épületeinek komplex energetikai korszerűsítésére. Az épület(ek) és ezáltal az önkormányzat üzemeltetési költségeinek csökkentését célzó fejlesztési javaslatok: Biomassza projektrész: • 1 db 149,3 kW és 1db 199,7 kW, összesen 349 kW névleges teljesítményű faelgázosító kazán telepítése, • Kémény építés • Előre szigetelt vezeték fektetése a hőközpont és a hőeállátásba bevont épületek közt, • Bevont épületek hőközponti átalakítása, csatlakoztatás az ellátandó épületek fűtési rendszereihez, • Alapanyag tároló építése Napelemes projektrész: • 3 db napelemes HMKE kialakítása összesen 22 kVA csatlakozási teljesítménnyel, az alábbi épületenkénti bontásban: o Általános Iskola: 10 kVA o Sportcsarnok: 7 kVA o Polgármesteri Hivatal: 5 kVA (Hungarian)
