The buildings included in the project do not comply with the existing energy standards and therefore cannot be operated economically. In order to achieve “CC” after renovation, the following technical interventions are carried out: • provision of thermal insulation plaster systems to external wall structures with 16 cm thickness EPS thermal insulation, fire separations with the same thickness of excavation and mineral wool insulation, 12 cm XPS thermal insulation system on the plinth parts; • only at the School there is a flat roof, here the flat roof also receives the new 15 cm EPS thermal insulation system built on the existing layer, on which new PVC waterproofing will be added; • the attic walls shall be equipped with EPS-material thermal insulation with a thickness of 10 cm on the inner sides; • installation of thermal insulation in the roof plane on the attic parts, new interior coverings; • on attic slabs 3x10 cm mineral wool heat insulation; • after opening doors and windows of different quality and condition, the installation of doors and windows conforming to the Decree of the Minister for Transport; • refurbishment of floor structures in necessary places, installation of step-proof EPS thermal insulation; • reduce fossil energy consumption by installing solar systems; • reduce fossil energy consumption by installing heat pump heat generation systems; • modernisation of heat take-off systems; • the School’s gym is currently covered with corrugated slate, which is replaced by sheet metal and the A-best cover is also disposed of; • the establishment of accessible toilet rooms; • other additional technical works (tinner, lightning rods, etc.) (English)

    A projektben szereplő épületek nem felelnek meg az érvényben lévő energetikai előírások-nak, ezért nem üzemeltethetők gazdaságosan. Azért, hogy a felújítás után az épületek a "CC" mi-nősítést elérjék, a következő műszaki tartalmú beavatkozások történnek: • külső falszerkezetek hőszigetelő vakolatrendszerrel való ellátása, általános helyen 16 cm vastagságú EPS-anyagú hőszigeteléssel, tűzvédelmi elválasztások azonos vastagságú ás-ványgyapot anyagú hőszigeteléssel, a lábazati részeken 12 cm-es XPS hőszigetelő rendszer-rel; • csak az Iskolánál van lapostetős épületrész, itt a lapostető is kap a meglévő rétegrendre épí-tett új 15 cm EPS hőszigetelő rendszert, melyre új PVC-anyagú vízszigetelés kerül; • az attikafalakra a belső oldalakon hőhídmentesítő 10 cm vastagságú EPS-anyagú hőszigete-lést kell beépíteni; • a tetőtéri részeken a tetősíkba (többlet)hőszigetelés beépítése, új belső burkolatok; • padlásfödémeken 3x10 cm ásványgyapot hőszigetelés elterítése; • különféle minőségű és állapotú nyílászárók kibontása után a TNM rendeletnek megfelelő Unyílászáró-értékű nyílászárók beépítése; • szükséges helyeken a padlószerkezetek felújítása, lépésálló EPS hőszigetelés beépítése; • napelemes rendszerek beépítésével a fosszilis energiafogyasztás csökkentése; • hőszivattyús hőtermelő rendszerek beépítésével a fosszilis energiafogyasztás csökkentése; • hőleadó rendszerek korszerűsítése; • az Iskola tornaterme jelenleg hullámpalával fedett, ennek fémlemezre való cserélése, az az-beszt anyagú fedés ártalmatlanítása is megtörténik; • akadálymentes WC-helyiségek kialakítása; • egyéb járulékos szakági munkák (bádogos, villámhárító-szerelés, stb.)
