The indirect objective and expected result of the project is to contribute to reducing the adverse consequences of the greenhouse effect with energy saved over many years. It is an indirect objective to set an example to show that a public service institution can also act with proper organisation, preparation, rational management and unnecessarily external support — EU and central budget — to preserve the future. The direct objectives of the project can be summarised as follows: • Meeting the requirements and expectations of domestic and EU directives • Promoting sustainable development • Promoting a change of attitude in the field of sustainable development • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions • Reducing energy dependence • Improving the competitiveness of the country The project aims to strengthen local environmental protection and improve environmental security with environmental priorities in mind. The project contributes to the improvement of local and wider regional environmental status by reducing environmental pressure through the implementation of the planned investment. The Municipality of Erdőkürt intends to implement the energy renovation of a kindergarten building in the framework of the tender. The direct target group of the development is the employees and users of the affected buildings of Erdőkürt. The indirect target group of the project is the permanent population of Erdőkürt, tourists visiting the settlement and the entire population of the country through the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions achieved. Kindergarten: The aim of the development is to minimise the maintenance costs through the energy renovation of the nursery in the forest. The building is divided into two parts, an old farmhouse and a flat-roofed building in 1975. The building is owned and maintained by local governments and is extremely outdated from the energy point of view. Planned interventions: 1. The entire exterior facade of both parts of the converted building receives 15.0 cm external EPS insulation (dryvit). In order to improve the energy parameters of the converted building, it is planned to install a heat-insulating layer of 20.00 cm thick rock wool in the closing slabs, while in the flat roofed building 20.0 cm EPS is provided (including waterproofing). 2. All doors and windows will be replaced during the refurbishment and renovation, instead of the current outdated windows, they will be installed on modern thermally insulated plastic doors and windows as follows. Windows: A plastic window system is installed where the heat transmission factor of a window structure with high insulation value is U=1,15 W/m2K. The following windows are installed: 2 pieces 120 cm*40 cm size window 4 pieces 40 cm*60 cm size window 5 pieces 185 cm* 180 cm size window 3 pieces 90 cm*200 cm size window 6 pieces 120 cm * 140 cm window Doors: Plastic doors compatible with the window system are installed. (U=1,15 W/m2K.) The outdated boiler is replaced by a 22 kW modern condensation gas boiler, which can also produce domestic hot water. At the same time, the radiators are equipped with thermostatic valves, so each room will be regulated in the building. Accessibility: As a result of the development, the main entrance of the building will be made accessible. As part of this, the entrance is logically connected to all the accessible spaces and elements around the building with an obstacle-free route. On both sides of the doors provide a level space of sufficient size (1,50x1.50 m) for movement — manoeuvring. During the construction, we try to avoid the construction of the thresholds. If you need it, it will be a rounded threshold no more than 2 cm high. The road from the entrance to the toilet will be fully accessible. With the realisation of the investment, a toilet of a size that allows the wheelchair user to turn 360 degrees is created. The toilet cup is placed in such a way that the transfer of an active user from a wheelchair can be approached in at least three ways, and that suitable space is provided for any assistance person behind the toilet or next to the toilet. Rehabilitation environmental planning engineer/expert will be involved in order to comply with accessible regulations and to ensure proper implementation. In the technical preparation of the project, during planning and in the technical implementation of the project, the specialist/expert for rehabilitation environmental planning is involved. In addition, a 4 kW solar system installed on the roof is installed with the installation of 16 250 Wp solar modules and an inverter suitable for system performance. Based on data from recent years, the solar system has been scaled in such a way that its production is used in the given building, so no electricity is sold. (English)

A projekt a tervezett beruházás megvalósítása révén a környezeti terhelés mérséklésével hozzájárul a helyi, tágabb értelemben a regionális környezeti állapot javulásához. Az átalakított épület energetikai paramétereinek javítása érdekében a zárófödémekben a parasztháznál 20,00 cm vastag kőzetgyapot hőszigetelő réteg elhelyezése tervezett, míg a lapostetős épületben a 20,0 cm EPS hőszigetelést kap (vízszigeteléssel együtt). 2. Nyílászárók Az átalakítás, felújítás során az összes nyílászáró kicserélésre kerül, a jelenlegi elavult nyílászárók helyett korszerű hőszigetelt műanyag nyílászárókra kerülnek beépítésre az alábbiak szerint. Ablakok: Műanyag ablakrendszer kerül beépítésre, ahol a magas hőszigetelési értékű ablakszerkezet hő átbocsátási tényezője U=1,15 W/m2K. Az alábbi ablakok kerülnek beszerelésre: 2 darab 120 cm * 40 cm méretű ablak 4 darab 40 cm * 60 cm méretű ablak 5 darab 185 cm * 180 cm méretű ablak 3 darab 90 cm * 200 cm méretű ablak 6 darab 120 cm * 140 cm méretű ablak Ajtók: Az ablakrendszerrel kompatibilis műanyag ajtók kerülnek beépítésre. (U=1,15 W/m2K.) Napelemes rendszer Ezek mellett kiépítésre kerül egy tetőre telepített 4 kW teljesítményű napelemes rendszer 16 db 250 Wp-s napelem modul felszerelésével, illetve a rendszer teljesítményéhez megfelelő inverterrel. (Hungarian)
