The purpose of this tender is to propose a complex energy modernisation of the Romhány municipality’s building involved in the development. The planned state of all external boundaries of the building affected by the renovation was determined in such a way as to comply with the cost-optimal requirements for heat transmission factors in Decree No 7/2006 of 24 May 2006. Quantified results of the investment made: Result name Quantity Units Reduction of greenhouse gases: estimated annual greenhouse gas reductions of 40,98 CO2 equivalent tonnes Energy efficiency: Reduction in annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 160 324.97 kWh/year Renewable energy sources: The additional capacity of renewable energy production 0.008000 MW of primary energy consumption achieved by energy efficiency improvements is 0,00049590 PJ/year The amount of energy from renewable sources is 0.00003251 PJ/year The energy upgrades/developments covered by this tender comply with the strategic objectives of the Territorial and Urban Development Operational Programme (TOP) to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from fossil fuels.     Jelen pályázat célja, hogy javaslatot tegyen a Romhány település fejlesztésbe bevont épületének komplex energetikai korszerűsítésére. Az épület és ezáltal az önkormányzat üzemeltetési költségeinek csökkentését célzó fejlesztési javaslatok: - külső falak hőszigetelése 15 cm vastagságú EPS hőszigetelő rendszerrel; - fa keretszerkezetű nyílászárók cseréje műanyag hőszigetelt üvegezésű ablakokra és ajtókra; - padlásfödém hőszigetelése 20 cm vastagságú ásványgyapot hőszigetelő rendszerrel; - pincefödém hőszigetelése 14 cm vastagságú ásványgyapot hőszigetelő rendszerrel; - fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése: o meglévő gázkazánok cseréje időjáráskövető szabályozással ellátott kondenzációs gázkazánra; - 7,5 kWp egységteljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítése az épület tetőszerkezetére. Az energetikai korszerűsítéssel elérhető energiahatékonyság növelés elsősorban az épület használóit, látogatóit szolgálná. Az energiafelhasználás csökkenés környezeti hatásterülete azonban túlmutat az épület határain és közvetve az egész ország energiaellátásának biztonságát és versenyképességét javítja, továbbá a környezeti állapot megőrzését érdemben szolgálja. Az épület valamennyi, a korszerűsítésben érintett külső határoló szerkezetének tervezett állapota úgy került meghatározásra, hogy megfeleljen a 7/2006 (V.24.) TNM rendelet hőátbocsátási tényezőkre vonatkozó költségoptimalizált követelményértékeinek.
