During the development, the existing drainage systems of Tótvázsony settlement will be refurbished and new open and closed channels will be built. The drained water will be introduced into existing local watercourses and a reservoir will be set up in one place, which will allow for the subsequent use of the water captured. An open trench of 1950 meters will be created during the development. Where possible, we plan to create an open ditch, because their maintenance and operation can be done much better than closed ditches. 380 meters of closed channel is created because there are areas, such as private yards, where it is not possible to create an open ditch, therefore it is necessary to build closed systems, 135 m trench rivers. 980 meters at present will be restored to a ditch in poor condition. A total of 3,445 meters of rainwater drainage is being prepared in the project. Problems and Solution Plans 1. At the eastern end of the school street, through the local valley on the eastern edge of the 653 municipal property, the water drains from the surrounding arable land in case of heavier rainfall activity, flooding the road, courtyards and cellars. Solution A ditch on the eastern half of the 653 municipal property bordering the arable land has to be built at a length of about 80 fm. This ditch must be connected to the trench of the Hidegkúti Road, which leads the water down into the East Stream. Before entering the trench, a sewage pit shall be constructed so that the land washed from the arable land does not burden the trench. The construction of the ditch along the road to Hidegkút should be corrected. The sides of the ditch must be shaped and grassed. 2. In the western end of School Street, the school street ditch is abolished in the area of the Cross Street junction. This results in the drainage of the school street pavement flooding through the gateways of 6. Cross Street Regulation No 202, 7. Property under number (196), lower than the street level. In the southern half of Cross Street, there was already some border to divert the water to the gateways of other properties, but in case of higher intensity of rainfall, these works are not sufficient. For this purpose, both the dirt road and the road trench must be constructed on a suitable section. Design should be used to determine the required trench sizes. 5. There is a problem in the junction of Hajnal utca-Virág utca, parallel to Hajnal Street, the condition of the closed canal leading to the Bodonkút stream. This tube is likely to be completely muddy and does not perform its function. This pipe is the continuation of the drainage ditch on the northern side of Hajnal Street, however, as this pipe does not function, the ditch in Hajnal Street is translated into the northern part of Virág Street and the rainwater flowing down in the terrain, which threatens the 5 properties there. A fejlesztés során Tótvázsony település meglévő vízelvezető rendszereinek a felújítása, valamint új nyílt és zárt csatornák kiépítése fog megtörténni. Az elvezetett vizet a jelenleg is működő helyi vízfolyásokba fogjuk bevezetni, valamint egy helyen kialakításra kerül egy víztározó, ami a felfogott víz későbbi felhasználását teszi lehetővé. A fejlesztés során 1950 méter nyílt árok kerül kialakításra. Ahol lehetséges nyílt árok kialakítását tervezzük, mert ezek fenntartása, működtetése sokkal jobban megoldható mint a zárt árkoké. 380 méter zárt csatorna kerül kialakításra, mert vannak olyan területek, - pl. magánudvarok -, ahol nyílt árok kialakítása nem lehetséges, ezért szükséges a zárt rendszerek kiépítése, 135 méter rácsos folyóka. 980 méter jelenleg rossz állapotban lévő árok helyreállítása fog megtörténni. Összesen 3 445 méter csapadékvíz elvezető csatorna készül a projektben. Problémák és megoldási tervek 1. Az Iskola utca keleti végében a 653 hrsz. önkormányzati ingatlan keleti szélén húzódó lokális völgyön keresztül a környező szántóterületekről lefolyó víz hevesebb csapadéktevékenység esetén elönti az utat, udvarokat, pincéket. Megoldás A szántófölddel határos 653 hrsz.-ú önkormányzati ingatlan keleti felén egy árkot kell létesíteni mintegy 80 fm hosszúságban. Ezt az árkot be kell kötni a Hidegkúti út árkába, ami a vizet levezeti a Keleti patakba. Az útárokba vezetés előtt egy hordalékfogó aknát is kell kialakítani, hogy a szántókról lemosott föld ne az útárkot terhelje. A Hidegkút felé vezető út mentén lévő árok kialakítását korrigálni kell. Az árok oldalait rézsűsen kell kialakítani, és füvesíteni kell. 2. Az Iskola utca nyugati végében a Kereszt utcai csomópont környékén az Iskola utcai árok megszűnik. Ez azt eredményezi, hogy az Iskola utca burkolatán lefolyó csapadékvíz elönti a kapubejárókon keresztül a Kereszt utca 6. (202 hrsz.), 7. (196 hrsz.) szám alatti, az utca szintjénél mélyebben fekvő ingatlanokat. A Kereszt utca déli felében a további ingatlanok kapubejáróihoz már került némi szegély a víz eltereléséhez, azonban nagyobb intenzitású csapadék esetén ezek a művek nem elegendőek. Veszélyeztetve van továbbá a Kereszt utca déli végében lévő Kereszt utca 1. (228 hrsz.) ingatlan. Megoldás Ki kell építeni a hiányzó csapadékvíz elvezető műveket az Iskola és a Kereszt utcákban. 3. Szintén az Iskola utcáról nyíló Telep utca déli része (96 hrsz.) azért problémás, mert ezen a területen halad át egy kisebb lokális völgy, amelyen keresztül, és a Telep u. 11. sz. (112 hrsz.) ingatlanon átvezetett 111 hrsz.-ú árkon át lefolyó csapadékvíz elönti a Telep utca 121és 122 hrsz.-ú ingatlanán álló 2/1, 2/2 és a 3/1, 3/2 számú épületeket. Megoldás Egyrészt csökkenteni kellene a Telep utcára jutó csapadékvíz mennyiségét úgy, hogy az Iskola utcai csomópontban rácsos víznyelőt kell beépíteni és a meglévő 600-as csőbe való bekötésével csökkentjük a Telep utca terhelését. Szintén a Telep utca csapadékterhelésének csökkentésére a Telep utca keleti végében az István utca végén lévő övárokhoz hasonló árokkal a külterületi vizeket kell a terepen levezetni. A maradék csapadékvizet a Telep utcán kiépített árokkal vagy zárt csatornával lehet elvezetni a Kereszt utca felé. 4. A Magyar utca déli végében épült lakóházakat (777/2-5 hrsz.-ú ingatlanok) a Balatonszőlősi útra keleti irányból becsatlakozó 0292/11 hrsz.-ú földútról lefolyó víz veszélyezteti. Megoldás A földútról lefolyó vizet meg kell osztani. A vízválasztótól keletre lévő útszakaszról a Keleti patak völgyébe lehet a vizet elvezetni, a vízválasztótól nyugatra pedig a közút árkába lehet a vizet vezetni. Ehhez megfelelő szelvényűre ki kell építeni mind a földút, mind pedig a közút árkát. Tervezéssel kell meghatározni a szükséges árok méreteket. 5. Problémát jelent a Hajnal utca-Virág utca csomópontjában a Hajnal utcával párhuzamosan, a Bodonkúti patakig vezetett zárt csatorna állapota. Ez a cső vélhetőleg teljesen be van iszapolódva, funkcióját nem látja el. A Hajnal utca északi felén húzódó csapadékvíz elvezető ároknak ez a cső a továbbvezetése, azonban mivel ez a cső nem funkcionál, ezért a Hajnal utcai árok be van fordítva a Virág utca északi részére és a terepen folyik le az idáig levezett csapadékvíz, ami veszélyezteti az ottani 5 ingatlant. Megoldás A Hajnal utcai árkot rácsos folyókával át kell vezetni a Virág utca kereszteződésen, és újjá kell építeni a patakig tartó szakaszon a tönkrement zárt csatornát. 6. További problémát jelent a Virág utcába a Malom utcai csomópont, mivel a Malom utcából lefolyó víz a Virág utcai ingatlanokat (544/2, 540/7, 540/8 hrsz.) öntötte el nagycsapadékok esetén, mivel az utcából lefolyó csapadékvíz nem talált már utat a terület mélypontjáig, a befogadó Bodonkúti patakig. Megoldás A Virág utcában az útburkolat mellett is kell egy árkot építeni, amely az utcából lefolyó csapadékvizet kivezeti az 549 hrsz.-ú ingatlan után húzódó a patak felé vezető földútra.
